Purchased a 2016 Certified IS 300 from Silvia Daniels. She was a pleasure to work with from the initial phone call to the picking up my car this week. Cant say enough good things about how I was treated and the entire experience. A+I live 2 hours north of the dealership and inquired online late one evening about a 2016 certified IS 300. The next morning at 8:30 I received a call from Silvia. This prompt call wasnt expected and told me she took my inquiry serious. She answered all my questions regarding the car and appreciated the fact that I lived so far away from her dealership. After multiple follow-up calls over the next two days, including her day off, Silvia worked to get me a price good enough to make the trip down to look at the car. I put a small refundable deposit down on the car and Ray Catena held it for me for 3 days with no commitment to purchase.My wife and I took the drive down and loved the car. Silvia and Fabio Villa were very responsive to our needs and worked with me to get me a great deal. Signing the papers and picking up the car were super easy and efficient.Overall great experience and highly recommend.

BEWARE I saw a car on line price $26,899. Four days later same car,same vin number is now $30,598. I have the proof because I saved the link to their website. on my phone.Disappointing!!! I was planning to look at it. I guess their pricing is however they feel in the moment. I contacted the dealership twice no response from anyone. I wonder why?????

I just purchased my certified pre-owned vehicle from Rick Brogan and Brian D. Barry and had the MOST WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! I have been trying to purchase a certified car for the past 30 days. So many dealerships list an inaccurate price on CarFax just to get you in the door and hit you with thousands of dollars of fees (destination, dealership, landing, etc)... from etchings on windows you dont need to doc fees in the thousands. I phoned Brian TODAY, offered him my out the door price for his already competitively priced ES 350. He accepted my price over the phone (without telling me I had to come in so they can run the numbers) and I drove over and purchased my car on the spot. They didnt pressure me to finance with them (I was already pre-approved through a credit union -- check out DCU for 1.99% auto financing for used cars) and were LOVELY, KIND, and most of all -- DID NOT WASTE MY TIME, DID NOT go to the back to exhaust me, make me hungry, etc... like other car dealerships (including other Lexus dealerships). If you are a woman, a person of colour, or both -- this is the spot. Honest, transparent, kind, and mindful of YOUR TIME. I was in and out in 30 minutes and I will buy all future cars from these folks because they are ethical. (on the contrary, Axis Motorcars in Jersey City, NJ, ran THREE HARD CREDIT INQUIRIES and never sold me the same ES 350 I bought at Ray Catena Lexus of White Plains for no hassle and all smiles).

Everyone that I had the pleasure of dealing with at Ray Catena Lexus of White Plains was exceptionally professional and trustworthy. Dan Zaccagnino and Nick Manzi proved why this dealership is so highly rated with their clients.I was interested in an RC350 that I had seen while browsing their inventory. We have owned a Lexus vehicle for over 20 years, either a lease or to own. This was our first time leasing a 2019 ES350 from Ray Catena Lexus of White Plains. I first went to two other Lexus dealers, one of which the previous lease was from. I was not impressed by the lease cost I was presented with. Accordingly I decided to visit Ray Catena and was introduced to Mr. Michael Bergman one of the sales people at the dealership. He first showed me the new ES350 and explained the difference between my 2016 versus the 2019. A couple of days later I returned with my wife to take a test drive, we were both impressed with the new ES350. I negotiated a fair price with Mr. Bergman. On the day we picked up the new car he took us around and introduced us to the service department and others. All-in-all it was a great experience working with Mr. Bergman, we are very happy with the 2019 ES350.

I went to this dealer ship looking for a car, and they just assumed I was just wasting their time. I had to approach the receptionist to get any attention. Then, the sales guy was simply rude: not even interested in showing me their cars or answering any of my questions. A horrible experience. I simply left and never went back. Ended up buying a nice German car where sales guys were not biased.

The service department has the best prices among the Lexus dealers in the area. They are very friendly and helpful. They gave me an appointment on short notice a couple of times.Update April-2021:I needed another vehicle and since I have enjoyed Lexus for many years, I decided to get another one. I go to Ray Catena for my services and I decided to check their inventory to see if they have my desired car. I found a car that was on special sales. I called and got connected with Rick. Rick greeted me on short notice, although he was helping another customer. He got the car out of the showroom after moving three vehicles and gave me the key, and said, take it for a ride and come back whenever you want. So, I took the car, test drove it, and brought it back after 20 minutes. I said I think about it and let you know. I asked a couple of questions that he did not know at the time. He called me the next morning with the answers. I called him in the afternoon and told him I think I will purchase the car. I met him around 5 pm, and I was done in an hour. The whole process was straightforward and there was no hidden fees or anything. One of the best experiences I have ever had. Very professional.While I was in the dealership waiting for my car to be ready, I realized that I do not have any cash for the tip; I asked Rick if I can use their card reader and get some cash using my debit card. He said why. I said I want to tip the person who brings the car. He emptied his pocket and gave me what he had. I mean, this guy is a GOAT. What a gesture. I made a mental note to pay him back, but this is one of those experiences that is almost unreal.He told me that he was the head of Lexus sales in North America for 13 years, and he has been with Lexus since 1989 when they basically started.We need more people like Rick Brogan in this business. He made my car buying experience unforgettable. If you go there, ask for Rick.

Wanted out of my last lease, Dan and Eric made it happen. I got a better deal then my previous one with no pressure. The trade in was smooth and to the point. They are willing and able to work with you on a deal that makes sense for you. I highly recommend visiting if you are in the market for a new vehicle.

Nice dealership

I am very disappointed and feel cheated after my service experience at Ray Catena of White Plains. I came in for a regular oil change and during the routine diagnostic test, I was told that my front and rear brake pads/rotors/and calipers needed to be changed and I was given a $3000 quote to change them. I was also advised not to drive my car unless I had to. I was shocked as I had changed my rear brakes/rotors/calipers less than two years ago. I declined the work with Lexus, and I then took my car to a local mechanic in White Plains, who checked both brakes and told me there was nothing wrong with them. I am a loyal Lexus customer and I have been going to Ray Catena of White Plains for 2 years now and I am disappointed that this Lexus branch would try to cheat me into spending $3000 when nothing was wrong with my brakes. This is very insensitive and this quite fraudulent behavior. I wont be returning back to this branch and I recommend that you find somewhere else to service your car.

Mike is a gentleman. He was the true differentiation 3 years ago when I leased the first car. This place is horrible, I have been waiting for two and a half hours at the dealership for an oil change. They do not have enough mechanics on hand on a Saturday to deal with the traffic... Better off getting a Mercedes like my husband.

No judgement, no information overload, not pushy, just there, which is exactly what we needed. He asked some questions but refrained from getting too personal and allowed us to think about it. Michael Barone was my sale person. With this COVID situation everything was out of the ordinary with this lease renewal, but Michael went extra miles to make it happen. Excellent at returning emails and calls. Not so interested in selling me a vehicle. Disappointed after numerous emails and inquiries about a certified RX450 and the sales associate saying they will get back to me when the price dropped. The day after my last email the price dropped and the car was sold. Of course not to me.

A nice dealership with helpful employees. We ultimately could not agree on a price for the suv I was interested in but a good customer experience nonetheless
