I called and spoke to someone on the phone and they dispatched a tow truck immediately. The guy on the phone was alright his attitude was decent. His brother who came and towed the car was super arrogant and rude. I had my 9 month old with me and as soon as he arrived he didnt even say hello or anything he just asked for the money. On the phone the guy never gave a certain price and said I would find out when he got there. I told the guy I didnt have any cash and he got extremely upset and said very loudly this shouldve been handled already, I have somewhere to go. He spoke to me as if I were wasting his time even though I was paying for his services. So I called the number back and they were able to take my card over the phone. I told the guy who was towing my car to bring it to an auto shop and gave him the address. When I arrived to the location I saw that the tow driver just dropped my car in the middle of way where it was blocking other cars and could have been hit. I would never use this tow company again because of the lack of good customer service and care for peoples cars.

They were able to fit me in on a Saturday morning to address a TPMS issue. Diagnosed the problem as a single faulty sensor when other shops tried to get me to replace 2 or more. Good and honest customer service and decent rates as well. Will definitely use them again.

I mostly take the company car there. The guy at the front is friendly, but not talkative and the mechanics work fast.
