Great service! Our pick up is always on time. Even with holidays, they are never more than a day behind. The employees are extremely educated on their products as well. They are able to answer any questions you may have.

Republic has been very reliable in my particular neighborhood (Morgantown, WV). I have resided at my home for almost 22 years, and have been missed 10 or less times in all those years. Most, if not all those misses, were snow related. And any large, bulk item that Ive had to dispose of has been picked up without any problem. I feel that Morgantown is a difficult area to service to begin with, with many narrow streets, a lot of on-street parking which makes access to some of the streets difficult. Certain areas of this town experience more frequent misses, and I do hear the complaints from my place of employment. There would not be a company without issues, but speaking from my personal experience, they have been great!

Truly a Garbage company. I have been trying to schedule a bulk item pickup (supposedly I am entitled to two per month) for over three weeks now. They have failed to pick up my item on four scheduled days so far. I have been on the phone with them six separate times for this one pick up and they continue to fail miserably.They dont care about customer service due to a monopoly in this area imposed by the public service commission. Unhappy customers have nowhere else to turn. Trust me, I have called around.We all have our strengths and weaknesses. Republic Services weaknesses unfortunately include picking up trash when they say they will and communicating with their customers. I havent noticed any strengths yet but I am sure they have at least one...Update: it has been 23 days since I first called to schedule this pick up and they still havent come. They have been picking up my normal trash which is literally touching the bulk item. Pathetic.Update: Now it has been 25 days. Supposedly they will get it tomorrow. I talked to corporate today and they called the local branch. The local branch said they had been down my road but couldnt find my house because I dont have house numbers. This is a pile of bull for two reasons:1. I do have numbers on my mailbox2. The queen size mattress and box springs they are supposed to be picking up are like a soiled white beacon of trash, inches off the road and touching my Republic Services trash can. They can not be missed.The level of incompetence of this company absolutely astounds me.

They are awful service they never show up on the day there scheduled for always canceling pickups . Then you get the annoying voice on answering machine DUE TO UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES WE WERENT ABLE TO PICK YOUR TRASH UP WE KNOW YOU UNDERSTAND what a joke wont even be bad out and there no show . Either hire better employees or get out of business only reason your around still is nobody else to compete with

I would dive a minus 1 they leave trash and come at 4 am in a our neighborhood, husband gets up at 6:00 am for work, but woke up 2 hours early from the trancing! You are an annoying company

I pay for weekly trash pick up but currently have gone 3 weeks without trash pick up! They say its due to weather and the holidays. I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt but I cant. This is ridiculous. I have bags of trash piling up on my back deck so nothing gets into them since my dumpster is full. They refuse to compensate my bill because it is unforseen circumstances. Well I worked the holidays and weekends driving on the same road. UPS has delivered to my home and I have seen numerous trucks (except trash trucks) on the road. Very poor customer service.

Cant even explain all the problems. Its crazy how often these people have left a bigger mess behind! No way its not on purpose.
