This store did a great job with a lift kit, shocks, struts and tires. They worked with us on a discount for wear on the previous tires and saved us labor by doing all the jobs at one time. Staff was great to work with.

THE OFFER HAD A 40K TIRE AND A 50K PRICE DIFFERENCE OF OVER 100.00 FOR A SET. WE SAID WE WOULD TAKE THE LOWER PRICE THE REP SAID WE ARE OUT OF STOCK ON THEM ONLY HAVE THE HIGHER PRICED. BAIT AND SWITCH .........I LET THEM KNOW I KNEW IT WAS BAIT AND SWITCH, HE THEN OFFERED TO HAVE TIRES IN THE AFTERNOON OF THE LOWER PRICE....THE ONLY REASON I EVEN STAYED WITH LES SWAB WAS BECAUSE ONLY TIRE WHERE WE ARE MOVING. NOW HERE IS THE KICKER. LESS THEN 2 HOURS PAST AND WE GET A CALL BEFORE 11AM SAYING THE CAR WAS READY TO GO.........TIRE HAD TO OF BEEN ON SITE AFTER ALL.......SORRY LOW RENT PRACTICE.

This was my first time using Les Schwab. I was very satisfied with the entire experience. The online booking was easy and convenient. They got my van in and out for an alignment in about 40 minutes. The waiting area is nicely set up for customers to sit at tables and make good use of their wait time. Multiple people were on laptops while I was there. Josh was nice and took a photo of a coupon that I forgot at home, I really appreciated that. I will go back again and recommend to others.

Service is a little cut and dry, but they’re professional and fast. They had informed me of a recall on my 2010 Toyota RAV4’s rear toe arms I hadn’t known about, and they only charged me for a front alignment instead.

Had done business with Les Schwab for many years in the Northwest and was extremely happy to see them expand to Colorado. Every experience Ive had at any of their locations has been excellent, customer service has always been excellent and all repairs they have done have always been affordable and done right the first time.

Super friendly and really fast. We have them swap our summer and winter tires each season and have purchased tires here. They go above and beyond, recently fixed my wifes flat tire in less than 20 minutes - for free! Great service and great selection of tires.

I bought a brand new tire with a warranty here about 3 months ago. It has been going flat for a month. I have had to put on a spare twice. I went to this location twice to get the tire fixed. Both times they tell me they cannot find a single thing wrong with the tire. The second trip, I showed the manager pictures of my flat tire with dates and times. Not to mention, the first time I had my spare on and brought the actual flat tire in. He refused to fix or replace the tire. He was extremely rude, as well. He suggested, maybe a neighbor kid is letting the air out of your tire as a joke. I have to pay another company to fix my tire. Les Schwab does NOT honor their warranty.

I hopped in my car to run errands and saw I had a low tire. I stopped here at 4:55p thinking they were probably about to close (they closed at 6p).They quickly checked my tire pressure, found a nail in one tire, and had me repaired and on my way at 5:30p. Super courteous staff! They did this for FREE, and I had a little popcorn while I waited, too! I just moved to the area, and this will be the first place I go for new tires based on this experience.

Came in for my appointment and Lonnie the manager asks me “what’s going on with it?”, so I explain that the alignment is a bit off and I just had the pitman arm replaced. He proceeds to tell me that the ship didn’t install my pitman arm correctly. He then tells me that I need to get it done correctly before he can align my car. All of this before even looking at my car.I take it back to the shop and they check it out and let me know it’s installed fine, and that if it was wrong there would be more than the 30 degree variance with my steering wheel.Lonnie, you’re a lazy bum. If you don’t like your job, then quit. Don’t sit there turning business away and wasting your customers time. I’ll take my business to Lakewood Alignment because their local and know how to take care of customers the right way.

I came in because I ran over a screw and wasn’t sure if it could be fixed. My tires were fairly new so I didn’t want to replace all 4. Josh and Jeremy were both very helpful and gave me many options. In the end, I was able to find a math for my tire at another store because of their help. They seem to try to do what is best for their customers. Next time I need a new set of tires, I’m definitely coming back to this location. Thanks guys!

I took my car in for an alignment and they quoted me at $80 for the front tires or $100 for all four if the rear wheels needed to be aligned as well. When I came to pick it up they only aligned the front wheels (for $80) and told me it would cost and additional $230+ to align the rear wheels because I needed after market parts. I took my car to the dealership to get my alignment double checked because I no longer trusted Les Schwab. The service department at the dealership told me my alignment was perfect and the Les Schwab was trying to sell me additional services that I did not need.

Prices are very good but HORRIBLE customer service. Will pay the extra somewhere else to not be treated that way. Simple error on their part that could of been smoothed over by friendly , professional service cost them a customer and sales. After doing research it was the Manager that needs help with manners and a friendly attitude. Pointing to the vehicle and asking the customer to drive their own car out of the shop with not so much as eye contact...... Good luck!

I stopped in on Monday afternoon, on my way home from work, to have a tire replaced under Road Hazard. The crew got to work on it immediately, and I was out the door and on my way home in about 15-20 minutes.I was very impressed with the expedient nature with which they completed the work. Kudos to the staff, all of which I interacted with were upbeat, courteous and friendly.Thanks again!

Came 15 minutes before closing assuming I would have to drop my car off to repair/replace a flat tire but the guys there were able to fix my flat in no time and save me the trouble of coordinating a ride the next day!

This place was absolutely wonderful! Some jerk put a screw in my tire and flattened it. The next day I came to Les Schwab to have it patched. All the salesmen were extremely friendly and helpful. They repaired my tire in a timely fashion and, the most wonderful part, they did it FOR FREE!!!!!! They didnt charge me at all for the tire repair! After being so upset about what happened to my tire by some malicious stranger, the people at Les Schwab Tire Center completely restored my faith in humanity. What a great business to have in the community! I will definitely be coming back at the end of the summer when I replace all four of my tires.

This place is a joke when it comes to the promotions that they don’t actually offer/keep their word. For example free tire rotations?!? Yeah in your dreams! I have never had to pay to get my tires rotated at a Les Schwab ever since they came to Colorado 4 years ago. This location I have been to twice and out of no where I have to pay $26! You have to go to be kidding me! You advertise FREE. The service guy did say that they only offer for the first time and that other locations do it different. Um that’s a lie because they are no all owned and operated individually. They have one state manager because I have had to deal with them previously.So come here for other services if you want but not for tire rotations because who knows they might charge you even more!

I would personally like to thank Lonnie! I got a flat late on a Tuesday night and brought the car in early on Wednesday morning. It was a couple of minutes before 9:00 am but Lonnie came outside and asked how he could assist me even though it was not 9:00am yet. In my eyes this is true customer service. He went above and beyond which was extremely helpful when I had to be to work by 9:00am in Longmont which is 33 Miles outside of Denver. My experience was truly wonderful and I could not thank him and Les Schwab enough. I will defiantly be keeping my business at Les Schwab in the future. As well, applaud Lonnie for his outstanding professionalism. Thank you!

I just cant do business with les Scwab tire any longer. Ive given multilple locations a try. They fail to provide even a mediocre experience time and time again. I called the corporate customer care line. Seems like this company has gotten to big tgaf. The rest of you can continue to support toxic big businesses but I cant do it. That is all.

Pulled into the parking lot and the tech was walking out to greet me. No pushy sales. Gave great advice for tires and alignment with a discount.

Quick service, right when I pulled in there was someone walking over to help us out. They diagnosed the correct problem with our brakes and had them fixed that day.The waiting room is kid friendly with some popcorn and water available as well as a small table for the little ones. There were coloring pages and some other things to do.The waiting area is also nice for adults.

I called in looking for a good set of tires. Drove off with rims as well. I was only looking to buy cheap tires cause mine were going flat twice a day, plus they finance WOW! I enjoyed the experience very friendly. Warranty is really good on tires and service.

Ive been to this location 3-4 different times with seamless customer service and headache free repairs and tire installation. Josh has helped me the times I have been there and is a complete professional. I highly recommend them. You cannot beat a tire company with a policy of free flat tire repairs, even if the tires were not purchased there.

Had a leak in a tire and put fix a flat in it. Went to Firestone for help and they said that there was nothing they could do with fix a flat in it and I would need to replace all four tires. Went across the street to Les Schwab and they fixed two punctures for free. Will definitely be back and recommend this place.

Awesome customer service! This cold December morning, I started driving the kids to school and my check tire pressure light went on. I pulled into Les Schwab and they filled the tires and sent us on our way. So grateful!

We had a low tire for a couple of days and looked online for a place to get a repair/replacement. This place was close to our house and had good reviews. The receptionist wasnt the friendliest, but got us checked in quickly. The mechanic came in and let us know he was done with our car. He repaired our tire at no charge!! However, did say we needed to replace our tires soon and gave us pricing. The pricing was very reasonable. When we are ready to buy tires we will for sure get them here!

Just a cool thing

Fast, friendly, reasonable and only sold me what I needed and did not try to upsell me something I could not afford or want; very clean waiting area complete with cable TV on News channel and comfortable sitting and tables to do work on. Whole new set of tires and alignment and it was less than 30 mins. Really impressed with staff and will return and recommend.

Came into this location with a last minute flat tire situation. The staff was fast, efficient, and courteous. They quickly identified that I had a nail stuck in my right, rear tire causing a slow leak. They promptly got me into the garage, patched the leak, and checked my other remaining tires. In 20mins I was back on the road and I was not charged for the repair. Very professional service from a knowledgeable team.

I went to Lee Schwab today as my tire pressure registered as zero on one of the tires. The sensor was determined to be defective. The sensor was replaced quickly, efficiently and relatively inexpensively. When I explained to Francisco, the technician, that the same tire had a slow leak, he quickly identified the problem and fixed it. I would recommend this business without hesitation.

I was a loyal Les Schwaab customer for 10 years in Oregon (where they are from), and I was very happy when they expanded into Colorado. They are a great company. Sure- I was paying a little less at Discount tire, but I always had to wait for hours for any service. More importantly- Les Schwaab pays their employees more, guarantees full time hours and gives them benefits. Combine that with top notch customer service and I am sold. Dont worry about a few off the wall one star reviews- I have been using Les since 1998 and they are superb.

I’ve always trusted les schwab. I thought they were better than the rest. I waited an hour for a tire patch, which I didn’t mind. But today, I went to take off my tire and my lug nuts were over threaded. Now, I have a broken stud and no car till I can get it fixed. Thanks les Schwab. I’ll never visit any location again.

I wouldn’t even give them 1 star if I didn’t have to. Spent $100 on an alignment that they couldn’t even get right the second time I went back. Do not go here if you want quality service on your car. My alignment is still messed up after 2 trips. Never will I come back here or recommend this place to anybody.

Im currently sitting in the lobby, my experience started off great, I pulled in to have a tire checked and was greeted right away and they pulled my car in. Guy up front took my info and said it would be about 10min. They took off the tire then 4 workers all started doing something else, it has now been one hour... And Im still sitting here... 45 min in they said nothing was wrong and the tire just needed air. That was 20 min ago. Still here.

Excellent service. Drastically cheaper than any dealership. I had super quick service from Gabe who kept in contact with me thru the whole process of my vehicles repair.... This is the 4th shop Ive been to in the last 24 hours and these guys are the only respectable ones Ive ran into. I recommend.

Ive been coming here since they opened. The service here was excellent when I first stared coming here. But now the service is bad... long wait times, only 2 employees so that means they are only doing one car at a time. Makes no sense when they have 3 bays. I came in today for a simple tire rotation and have been waiting an hour. Something I could have done myself at home in 20 to 30mins. So sad how a business can go down in just a few years, the bad part is I recommend this place to a lot of friends and family and now I regret it. Thanks for reading!!!

Great service! For winter driving get your tires Sipped for extra traction. Makes a world of difference in safty, accelerating, breaking and overall control on snow and ice in Colorados driving conditions.

I come here for everything, they are friendly, honest, and go out of their way to help. They just saved me over $300 which they could have easily charged me. I wont go anywhere else, EVER!!!

After two tire shops were only interested in selling me 4 new tires, and not repairing the one with a small screw in it, Les Schwab did not hesitate to plug the tire with no sales pitch for some special on all brand new tires. Needless to say, Ill be returning for new tires this year when the time comes.

Worst customer experience I have had in over 25 years. I had one flat tire on my 2016 Subaru (7,000 miles on the tires) and the guy said you have to replace all four tires. Seriously?Here is the full story:No wonder this place is empty and the discount tire around the corner is full. Their attempt to scam me into buying 4 tires is ridiculous.here is what they did...Employee comes out to look at my obviously damaged tire and says I need to bring it in to the garage and inspect it. Now the hook...he has my tire..Then he says I need to check stock to see if we have a replacement. Meanwhile i am waiting a long time in completely empty tire store (zero customers).Then I decide to see what is happening and the guy is standing around with 2 other employees shooting the breeze in the garage (again this place Is completely empty...no cars...no customers). Then he says we cant replace one tire...we have to replace all four. Then the 3 employees look at me with a blank stare...as they watch me carry my wheel /tire back to my car.Honestly, if I did not know better, I would have thought this place wa being robbed and they wanted all the customers to leave. And, if that was the case, I will retract this review

Tried to charge me $209 to get my own tires exchanged for the winter. Are they insane! I’ve paid $20 at other places. SCAM ALERT!

They really care about their service and their customers.I have had multiple flats from nails & they patch them for free.This is the only place i take my vechicle to because they show you the work that needs to be done and they are the cheapest.They make you feel like your service is appreciated which is rare nowadays.

Best experience ever at a tire center. Living in a household of 4 drivers (two of which are teenagers)I have had plenty of visits to tire shops. This by far was the best one I have ever been to. I went on a recommendation from a co-worker and I am so glad I did. I just needed a tire repaired from a nail, but I also requested pricing for new tires. The price quoted seemed reasonable, but I then asked how much for the warranties for repair and replacement that most other shops up charge for. Les Schwabs price includes all of these things. No upcharges no add ons. It blew me away. Tell me the last time you shopped for tires and the price quoted didnt increase hundred plus bucks due to mounting and warranty? Never, thats when unless you went to Les Schwab. Plus the people are genuinely friendly and knowledgeable. Seriously give these guys a shot next time you need anything tire or brake related. You will be pleasantly surprised

Tires are great and the service pertaining to tires. However, batteries are horrible. I bought mine around this time last year and its already bricking in the cold. Ill stick to strictly tires when it comes to this place.

These Guys are great! I took my rv trailer to get a new tire.I got there about 45 Mins before they closed and they still treated me like I was there first customer of the day! They were very fast and helpful and had my new tire on in about 15 Mins. The store is very clean! This is now where I will buy all my tires. I have always shopped at Discount Tire but not any more! Les Schwab Tire Has my business now.

Wanted them to inspect tire. Svc tech drove my BMW around the bldg like he was Ernhardt even though I parked half-way inside a svc bay. Wouldnt repair a tire and told me damage was catastrophic. Big windows in waiting area allowed me to watch inspection as they didnt remove tire, submerge in dip tank or even spray water to test damaged area. Gave me a $1071 est for low-end tires I could get from TireRack for $350. Sad these places exist and this is commonplace.

Always a great place to get tire

Two sales guys came running out the door as I pulled in as if they were racing for commissions. When I got inside I told them the type of tires I was after and that I was shopping around. The salesman said I should go with a different brand because it had the same tread pattern and cost less. Again I said I was after a certain tire and was not interested in that brand. He then printed out quotes of both brands and took me over to where the off brand clone was sitting in the showroom to go over the quotes. The off brand was going to cost more than the authentic brand I was after when compared with the shop across the street. The authentic brand was quoted at literally double the price as the other shops I visited that day. Over enthusiastic pushy salesmen, over priced tires, and trying to sell me something I didnt want made me so glad to leave you would have thought I just got out of Guantanamo bay. They opened a week ago, but I dont expect them to be around long so MAYBE Ill go back when they are having a going out of business sale to equip my other car which is nearing a need for new tires.
