Amazing! My pedicure lasted FIVE weeks! I dont know their magic, but its awesome... Along with incredible service, the staff is cool, friendly and helpful! Highly recommend -- and being a guy Im newer to the magic of manis and pedis!

Hana is amazing and now my go to. She’s efficient and kind and does an excellent job! Don’t request her so much that I can’t find a spot though! LOL but seriously amazing!

Luckily got in for a spa pedicure at Tootsies on its first day at its new location in “Sweet Ridge” and can report back: it’s amazing! Super slick design and soooo much more space than before (and a rooftop deck!). The services are as awesome as they’ve always been — and now they’re adding hair and makeup to the mix. Hot dog! Thanks for fixing my “Covid feet,” Tootsies.

My first (and only) experience was personally okay. I booked with a certain girl and once I arrived, I was greeted and worked on by another. I didn’t actually know that it wasn’t the girl I booked with until about 30 min in when she told me she was covering for the original girl because she wasn’t able to make it in that day. It honestly wasn’t a big deal because when I booked, I booked with any available technician since it was my first time in. However, as I was sitting there, another lady came in and said she had an appointment with the original girl I booked with as well. She clearly was a previous client because she knew everyone by name. The girl working on me said she wasn’t sure that she was even coming in (she was very nice and apologetic) but long story short, she never showed up and completely left this poor lady hanging without a mani/pedi. There was no one else around so she just had to leave even though she had a scheduled appointment, which I thought was extremely unprofessional of the girl not to show up with zero communication. The girl that was working on me kept trying to text/call her but no answer. I get that things come up but it’s still a business and she should have told her client she wasn’t coming.I had several more sessions booked out with the original girl and thought I’d give her another chance since I wasn’t technically personally affected that day by her not showing up. Well, I received a call yesterday from the salon telling me they were going to have to reschedule my appointment next week. Mind you, this was the second girl calling who apparently was going to be covering for the original girl AGAIN even though I did not book with her. It all just seems very unprofessional. If you can’t handle booking people more than 2 weeks out, where you’re going to have to constantly have to reschedule them or have someone cover, don’t have that as an option on the booking calendar. I like to book my mani/pedis several months in advance, especially before traveling and it’s a bummer not knowing if I’m going to be left scrambling to find another salon because they book up fast in Denver!My nails were also peeling after 4 days, even though they were gel.

The people are nice, but the website is so confusing. i had no idea you had to book a pedi or mani for a certain time to get a certain thing done. nobody told me how long my appointment was going to be and i asked to do dip and tips, but they did the complete opposite and gave me normal polish because i only had a 30 min appointment. my nails are already chipping even though i got the deluxe polish 4 days ago. the appointment making is so complicated and everything is so so so overpriced.

Always a hands down (haha)great experience at Tootsies! They put so much care and concern into cleanliness and customer experience. Looking forward to my next pedi.

I am just starting my natural nail journey after having acrylics for years. Sharaya did my first gel manicure and she was awesome. Explained all the ins and outs of the service and was very nice and knowledgeable. A week later I had to go back in because my polish was chipping (no clue why). Allison was wonderful on the phone and got me right in to make it right. Joy did my redo gel polish and was so friendly and very meticulous. Everyone in this shop had a smile on their face. The best part are all their very sanitary practices. Im so happy with my nails!

Tootsies is the only nail salon Ive been to in Denver that doesnt stink of chemicals. They were so nice, the place was so clean, and my toes look great. Andy, my tech had great attention to detail and was awesome. Recommend highly.

This nail salon was wonderful. I will definitely be going back as I was very satisfied with my services (mani/pedi). The staff was very friendly and personable and the color selection was very fresh and up to date! This place definitely cares about their customers and the products they use are top notch.

I have had one mani and two pedicures in the last few months. Loved the results from all. Always easy, fun and relaxed. I have funny toenails that grow so the skin on my toes does not end right at the white part. If the manicurists just start clipping away - my toes can get cut into. (Ouch!) I have never had this problem at Tootsies! They are conscientious and take their time - which is much appreciated. :)

Super friendly staff and a great pedicure! Glad this is near my house! They were busy when I walked in so I had to come back later with an appointment but I guess that’s a good sign that they weren’t completely available right away...

I loved this place. I thought the techs were really fun and they redid one is my nails because I hit it against my purse. They also told me what they were doing to my nails every step of the way and offered me water and magazines while I waited for them to dry.

I made an appointment 2 weeks ago, with a specific technician that I wanted to see. When I showed up early to my appointment, they told me sorry, but the woman ahead of me was late 20 minutes to her 30 minute pedicure appointment. I was now not seeing the person I wanted and I was going to be 20 minutes behind on my pedicure. They are constantly running behind and apologizing for it. They do an okay job but sometimes they do not. I have been going to Tootsies for 8 years and I am constantly being reminded how poorly their shop is run. It is also gotten so expensive. The cleanliness used to be what set them up but nothing sets them apart anymore.

They fit me in for a brow wax, which was fine/normal. But honestly, $20 is WAY TOO MUCH to pay for brows. I wont be going back with prices like that.

I had an appointment for a spa pedicure today with Chayla and it was wonderfull! I am always a little anxious about pedicures (I have a thing with nails), but it was honestly the most relaxing pedicure I have ever had! Chayla was so sweet, and I had a great time chatting with her. Tootsies is a super cute salon, and I loved that they dont use jacuzzi foot baths (which I always find a little gross). I thought their chairs were WAY more comfortable than traditional massage chairs you find at most nail salons. Highly recommend!

For the record, let me state up front that i have gone to tootsies several times, and the only times i had a pedi, it was from traci (?). now i have a raging fungal infection for which i am taking meds so strong that i have to have my liver tested every so often. i cant imagine where else id have gotten it. and the first time i went, i saw one of the girls (not traci) doing an older lady that had very yellow, obviously fungus-y toes. they were thick and i could smell them in the next pedi chair. i almost lost my lunch. so why i went back, i dont know. but now i am paying the price. also, im not so sure its super sanitary as they claim to be, as i saw one of the girls take a USED file out of the tiny trash can & reuse it. that is disgusting. sure, they speak english, but honestly, i almost wish they didnt- i dont want to hear some 22 yr olds life story & how her boyfriend cheated...etc etc... give me a break. i understand its not a spa setting, per se, but i should not have to be subjected to that.i wont go again-- and i suggest very strongly you chose another *actually sanitary* salon.

Not a friendly experience upon walking in. There was no eye contact after talking directly to me to tell they were booked. We weren’t offered another time to make an appointment. It wasn’t even that busy.
