Amazing. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. I called 5 min before and walked in without an appointment and was served immediately. My initial nail tech, Sean, was so friendly, and had Jennie take over for the design to ensure I had the best experience possible. Jennie was amazing. She took her time and was so attentive to the design I wanted—probably my favorite nails ever! Will be back again.

The staff is amazing! All are very knowledgeable of all styles/designs and if one is not they will turn you to someone who is to assure you recieve exactly what you want! This Salon is the only one my family and I go to when we are on this side of town. ♥️

This is LITERALLY THE WORST nail shop Ive ever been to. Not only do my nails break about 10 minutes after I left, I even told her that the nails were not thick enough. She said they were they just have to dry. Mind you I have been getting my nails done for about 15 years now. Then when I went back to have them fix it, the next day, they said You should take your business somewhere else since you arent happy with the kind of work that were doingI was actually being very nice and they just completely dismissed everything that they did wrong.

This was my first visit. Wonderful customer service from start to finish. Will definitely be returning for a pedicure.

I payed shellac, they didn’t have the color I wanted and gave me regular nail polish, and when I walked out the salon the polish was still wet and messy, and didn’t want to fix it!

Always clean, courteous, Covid conscious and expect to sign in, mask and Temp Taken. Have been with them for years.Andy is my go to guy!

Great place for your nails

When i first came here i was very upset with how my toes were done. But i called and informed them and they re-did them at no charge. Great customer service: this is now the only place i go to! Andy is the best at pedicures, nobody else touches my toes! And very affordable.

This family run business has more service than all of Tennyson street combined. If you love in the Highlands, journey over just a bit for much better service.

They do a good job for a decent price

Clean place ill give them that and friendly but the quality of their work not so good. The person that was doing my toes said they couldnt get my polish of. Barely scrubbed my feet. I asked if they can redo my heels because I still had dry skin. They used this tool but used it very lightly and tried to cover it with oil and wanted me to put my own sandles on. Ugh! I cant stand that feeling. The mani was ok just wish they could of done my cuticles better. So when i got home, cleaned off all that oil from my feet, legs, and arms i noticed my feet as if they didnt do anything to them. My feet were still rough. They still looked that same. And i had to get the rest of my old polish off.Very disappointed 😞 i will not be returning there.

I went online to look up their number and noticed they have 4.2 stars average. I was surprised it was that low and started reading any negative reviews that would have affected their ratings. I have been going to 5 Star for 20 years. They are always very friendly, very clean, and have always done a wonderful job. Their pricing is more than fair and I have NEVER heard a bad word out of any of their mouths. It leads me to believe a couple of people may have selected the wrong 5 Star. I have seen Nancy, Jenny, Lynn, Shawn, Andy,....they are all wonderful and professional.

They were friendly and made me feel quite comfortable. I was going on vacation and never had a professional mani pedi before. Since I was going to be wearing sandals I didnt want to have ugly feet and long toenails. They did a good job. I was able to get in and out without any delay.

This was my second visit to five star nail.Both times I made an appointment. During this visit the nail polish bottle would not open. Instead of letting me pick a new color for my toes they used a similar color sitting next us. I didnt like it but I let it go.We sit to do my nails and in the middle of it he says he has to leave. He left in the middle of my last visit too. This explains why he wouldnt let me pick another toenail color, he was in a hurry. So I get passed to someone else. Ok, fine just give me what I want. This girl complained the entire time. She didnt want to do anything extra like I originally asked. And complained I didnt come earlier.I just spent 70 bucks for horrible service & I didnt even get what I wanted. There are plenty of nail salons in this area, I suggest you find another one.

Not a bad place to go. The only down fall is I asked for nude color powder and they didnt have it. It seems like they are not up to date with all the latest nail trends and products. Prices are fair and they do average work.

Amazing job and great atmosphere.

My nails were uneven and inverted instead of having a nice arch. He forgot to top coat a nail and it was all sticky and forgot to file a nail, and were left kinda bumpy. His cell phone was going off so much I felt like he payed way more attention to his phone than my nails and the length of them were all uneven. Also they had a build up of acrylic under them and I had to peel acrylic off all my finger tips when I got out to my car. Also the gel on top was put on over my cuticles. Very disappointing service. I would have come back to get them fixed but I just didnt have the time.

This is the worst place Ive ever been to. I picked an advertised tip and they were out, every other word coming out of the techs mouth was the f word. They looked like crap. A couple of days later one nail popped off, and I went in for a repair (I would have been gone somewhere else but I wanted these ugly nails to match) and they told me it would be an hour wait. A whole hour just to fix one nail! Save your money and go somewhere else.

They cut my toe and didn’t sanitize after, the lady came right after me. Charged me an extra 10$ to take my gel off my toes! And after he tried to short change me off my 20!!!
