His advice saved me an enormous headache, countless trips to the hardware store, and also quite a few bucks! Jim understood the problems quickly, and clearly explained WHAT steps I needed to take and WHY I needed to do them. This helped me fully understand the scope of the project and it only took 30 minutes. It was quick easy, and there is no doubt I am giving DIY Coach a call next time I need a hand. Talked to Mike on video call about installing range hood, skylight, and re-shingling. He pointed out safety and shingling issues regarding the range hood that caused me to change the design and placement. He also explained what kind of fasteners and nail patterns to use for constructing the skylight shaft. He followed up with links to the fasteners, which I really appreciated. The information and knowledge gained were quite helpful and not things that I was able to learn from searching the internet or watching Youtube. Great service, highly recommend.
