I have used Denver’s Quality Automotive several times for new brakes, oil and fluid changes, and other repair and maintenance issues. Each time they are quick, efficient, friendly, and professional. Yesterday I damaged my rear panel and came in this morning for advice. John dropped what he was doing, came out looked at my car without an appointment, clipped up the rear panel as a temporary fix because it was hanging down, and would not take any money for it. Of course, they do not do bodywork but he referred me somewhere else. I feel confident that my car will be well taken care of. I love this place!!! I highly recommend them.

I had a great experience with Denver Quality Automotive. I reached out early in the week to see what could be done about a larger 4WD service issue, and two smaller issues with my AC and windshield wiper fluid. They got me in the next day and were attentive and communicative throughout the entire experience. They kept in touch as they dug deeper and updated me on price as they did. They were able to diagnose the problem, source the part, and get me back on the road within 3 days and within a very reasonable price. They even detailed my car, returning it much cleaner than it was given to them. Will absolutely be using them for all of my service needs in the future!

Denvers Quality Automotive was great! They were able to fit me in on a busy Friday for an oil change and tire rotation. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I took my car on a long trip the very next day and everything went smoothly. I would definitely return!

When my car started making noises during a road trip, Denvers Quality Automotive was the only shop that could squeeze me in (within 24 hours) in either Denver or Kansas City. They made time, provided a rapid and accurate diagnosis and were exceedingly courteous. They got me back on the road with the shortest possible delay.

I was recommended by an old employee to go here for a windshield wiper malfunction. I called first and spoke with John, who was literally one of the most friendly people I’ve ever spoken to at a mechanic shop. When I showed up John was prompt in following through with exactly what we discussed and discovered the issue was much less work and money than what I was planning on. Very pleasant surprise in both of the repair and the amazing service.

Its because of Lisa and John that I will recommend this place to everyone. After having a rough day, these two wonderful people provided me with the kindest, best experience I have ever had at an auto shop. I was treated with respect and professionalism even though I just needed a front grill pushed back in.

I brought my car (2005 Honda Pilot) in for an alignment, tire rotation and if possible, repair of a nail in the tire. The truck is in good condition and exhibited no signs of issues aside from I noticed my rear tires had worn unevenly which was why I brought it in for an alignment. I do the majority of my own work on my cars from full engine swaps, clutches etc...Im not a certified mechanic but I know my way around a car.I got a call from a technician barely an hour later telling me there was bad news and they couldnt do the work because of a slew of issue. Figuring this was BS from what I got on the phone I told him to write up an estimate and I would pick it up that evening. When I got there I was told that all four shocks were completely blown, the steering rack needed replaced as well as full tie rod assemblies and that all four tires needed to be replaced. The estimate I got was for a whooping $3302.09 NOT including tires...wow. Also was told the tire with a nail in it was unrepairable as it was too close to the sidewall.Got the car home and immediately jacked it up. There were no indications that they ever even tried to adjust or check anything. The tie rods show no play when moving the wheel laterally and the boots on them are in good shape. Full disclosure: there is a small seep of fluid on the passenger side of the steering rack, something that will need addressed in the nearer future but as it sits would not affect a mechanics ability to do a simple alignment. As a precaution I replaced the rear struts with KYB excels and go figure, the rears I removed were definitely worn but still had plenty of compression in them. These also took me all of 30 minutes to do both sides in my garage and cost me $65 and they wanted to charge me close to $400 for this. I then did the fronts and same story up there..worn but in useable condition. Far from what these expert mechanics told me.The rear tires will need replaced as the camber damage on them is bad enough that Im not comfortable driving them into the winter but I was able to plug the tire for the meantime and it hasnt leaked air in the last month.I did find it odd that of all things they noted as damaged and needing replaced, the tech didnt make note of the visibly worn out sway bar links that have torn boots on both sides. They also checked the boxes that my brakes are in good shape when the fronts are down the squealers and need pads and rotors show significant wear.This why people lose trust in repair shops. Integrity and honesty go a long way in keeping customers happy.

They provided very good service on my BMW diesel glo plug problem. Communication was good and the final cost was less than the estimate. I think they quoted for a worst case scenario and the repair was easier than first thought. I will definitely use Denver Quality automotive again.

So I have to say first off this review breaks my heart being that I have been a customer of this business for about 6 years. It used to be the only place I would think of taking my car. Over the last year or so I feel the quality has just been lost. The last time I used them they charged me 6 times what the job should have cost after doing my own research and the amount I agreed on and put a deposit on was suddenly raised when it came time to pay. I will say it was a small job and understand that the mechanic needs bigger jobs to make a living. I would much rather have been told the job was to small rather than feeling like they lost all my trust. On top of this the mechanic broke a sensor in my car which messed up my tire. They only told us about it once we basically showed up for the car and they had to admit they were waiting on an extra part that was broken by them...Tom im so sorry, this made me so sad to write.

Well for starters...Tom the owner always has a standard reply for unhappy customers. So i took my lexus to get the steering whine checked. They said it was the steering pump so, it was replaced. Got it back and a week later the same noise was happening...took it back and they replaced the pump however they called and said that pump also was bad so they put a new pump in the same day.So,now the same exact noise was happening again. By this time i was really upset and they told me to bring it in again 3rd pump! So, Tom the owner handled it from this point forward. Mind you they kept my car for 3 more days!!!! They got me a rental car at tis point. Tom called and said he found the problem, air was getting in the hose so they replaced it.Got it back the 4th time with all new steering parts except one (rack and pinon ) and that he said, I declined because of expense. He didnt say the rack needed to be replaced or if it was even bad or my safety was at risk..He saidI dont know whats wrong and who knows you could drive it for years or months!!Btw i have his text messages stating that. So here i am 750$ later and the same darn problem! Seniors beware because you too could also lose out on money. Oh yes, i got my lexus back with grease finger prints on the doors and grease all on the floor mat. So, now i have to take them to small claims court. Shame on them.

Had my car worked on here. Unfortunately, they didnt find and fix everything the first time and I had to go back a week later. Theyre not so great at communicating. I had to call multiple times to find out when my car would be ready. Theyre on AAA site as 10% off but only give 5%. I like that theyre local but Im sure theres other honest mechanics that could do better.

I have been going to Quality Automotive for about a year now. First, I just got oil changes, but I was sussing them out for more potential repairs. They mentioned on two separate occasions, that I had a minor oil leak and that my suspension needed maintenance. Well, I got a second opinion and they were not lying. Then I had an emergency repair come up with the coolant system. When I called them, they gave me an ordered list, here is what can wait, here is what needs repaired immediately, and a quote. I got everything fixed, oil leak, suspension, and coolant. The quote was A) Less than other quotes I got, and B) entirely accurate. They didnt charge me one penny more. Excellent place.

I recently moved to Wheat Ridge from Colorado Springs. In the Springs I always went to the same car place that my father had gone to. We knew the people and were very comfortable. Unfortunately, I got a nail in my tire and found myself needing a good auto repair place in Denver. I was really worried and apprehensive to try a new place, but had heard really good things about Quality Auto Care and Tire Center. I decided to take my car here, and am glad I did. I couldnt have been happier with the service. The gentlemen inside were very nice and took me seriously even though I am younger. I really appreciated that a couple of them took a look at my tire to judge if I needed a new tire or a patch. I was pleasantly surprised that they explained to me why a patch wouldnt work and why I would need a replacement. They worked hard to find the best replacement tire for my budget and preferences. Specifically, I was helped by Dave, Mike, and Jammie. It is rare to have a great experience with one person, let alone three! Not only was the service my car received top notch, but so was their team! Thank you for an amazing experience that surpassed any Ive had before!

Tom and team is the best. They are above and beyond on absolutely everything. Driving to get parts, helping you find parts online, giving you a ride wherever you need to go after dropping off your car, the works.Even those occasions where I fix something and something else goes wrong (because thats how cars like to get you), they are very clear at what was original problem, what they fixed, what else may be wrong and how to fix that.

Ive been getting my cars serviced at Quality Auto for about 25 years. These guys are great! I trust them implicitly which means a lot to me. They are fair, fast and honest. In the past few years they have changed ownership and managed to improve on something that was already very good. They spiffed up the place, got a new look, added pickup/drop off service and overall great customer service. I highly recommend this place!

Thought this was a decent place until I shopped around. Im new to the neighborhood, so I thought I would take my car to a place with some good reviews. I took my car here for an oil change and an estimate. The oil change was fine, but they charged me $65 just to do an estimate and it came out to $1800. I thought this was a bit high, so I took it down the street to Philips and they gave me a free estimate that came out to $160 of repair. Needless to say, I went with Philips who told me almost none of the things this place told me I needed actually needed to be done. Definitely shop around before you get work done!

I was so impressed with the AMAZING customer service I received at Denvers Auto Care! From the moment I walked into the door Mike was ready to help me with getting new tires put on my car and an oil change all in the same day!! My past experience with mechanic shops have not been good in the past. Moving forward with our cars maintenance we will only go to Quality Auto Care and tire center. I have been taking my cars here for 3 years whenever they need work. The guys at Quality Auto Care are amazing. I recently had a lift kit done and it looks and drives great! I cannot recommend these guys enough. Mike really helped out on the Toyota 4runner lift I had done. They also made sure to tell me any ins and outs with the lift kit. These guys are amazing! Their prices are fair and their work is great.

I brought my car in because pep boys gave me a quote that seemed high. They beat pep boys price. Took care of everything same day, and they even drove me home while I was waiting for my car. I received EXCELLENT customer service! In all the years of having my car serviced, this is the first Auto/Tire service center where each person was genuinely friendly, knowledgeable and gave me excellent customer service. I had been to another auto center a few weeks before coming here and was told I needed to have several maintenance items completed on my car. At Quality Auto Care & Tire Center, they first checked my car to see if those items even needed to me done. Only 2 out of the 3 items were necessary to be completed! Ive found a place I can trust and will enjoy bringing my car here to have it serviced!

I am so grateful for the service I received. From the Christian music in the waiting room, to the rides to and from the shop, I felt confident and comfortable doing business here. Their prices were reasonable and comparable to market prices and they made sure to give me different options, selecting the best and cheapest possible. I came to this shop because my boyfriend referred me there. I was doing a pre-purchase inspection for a car that I wanted to buy. When I first pulled up the tech was already waiting for me. I didnt hear back from them at all. I finally called on the following Monday. I was told $600 for the repairs, plus they would have a transmission specialist look at the car the same day. I didnt hear back at all, so I called on Wednesday. They said the repair was done but the transmission specialist was never scheduled. They then told me it would be almost $900 for the repair. When I asked why the difference was so much from the price quoted, the tech said I will just add some discounts and we can make it $600. How does $300 dollars get added and then just disappear? Then when I came to pick up the car, it was sitting in the lot, unlocked and the check engine light was still on... Esmerelda gave a half hearted sorry, shrugged, and turned and walked out of the office into the garage.

I lived in Wheat Ridge for a few years while I was at school and passed by Quality Auto Care almost everyday. The building is bright, inviting and they always seemed busy. After seeing their sign saying something like, Were family here let us become part of yours, I decided to get my car checked before making my 2,000 mile trip home. They were extremely nice and welcoming. They checked my car for a fair price and let me know how it was running honestly. Needless to say I made my trip home safe for the holidays :)

I had a death wobble in the front end of my 14 year old Jeep Wrangler. The staff at Quality diagnosed it quickly and accurately. The fix wasnt cheap, but they gave me some options for doing the work on a budget, and they offered me a new customer discount if I bit the bullet and did the whole thing. That Jeep is the dream car I had wanted since I was a little kid, so I went for it.Quality finished the work two days ahead of schedule, on budget, and my Jeep drives like a DREAM! It feels like a whole new ride. I highly recommend Quality to anyone needing knowledgable, fast, and well executed service.Their building is also probably the cleanest auto shop I have ever seen too!

This is such a great shop. David, Steve and Mike are so great to work with especially with some tough issues. My car was stolen at the end of December, recovered, and I took it to Quality based on all the great reviews I had read online. They helped me work with my insurance company. That car was totaled, unfortunately, so I got a new car. Fast forward a few months and I have a new car and get in a fender bender resulting in another insurance claim. David was quick to advise me on how to handle things and got my car into the body shop for an estimate immediately. They even gave me a ride home and drove my car back to me. Top notch customer service and quality repair work. I know my Subaru will be looking brand new again very soon. I cant wait to try them out for just routine maintenance!

I do not recommend Quality Auto of Wheatriidge. We took our 1998 Nissan pick up their last summer for repairs. They missed diagnosed the problem and had us helping them hunt for the missed diagnosed part for over six weeks. In the end they told us it would be best to sell the truck as salvage. We took one more chance and brought it to Dave’s auto just down the street who diagnosed the problem correctly and had the truck running great and back to us in three days. And this is not the first I have been disappointed by Quality Auto but it is the last time.

Oh, how I wish I had heard about Quality ages ago! Ive driven by it for years and when my car died the weekend before I was moving (12 miles away), a friend recommended them. I was exhausted, sore, and completely stressed, so the idea of expensive car repairs on top of everything else made me want to weep.Dave was AMAZING! He called me very quickly after my car arrived, told me what they needed to do, and then helped me out with some price breaks. Everything was done the next afternoon by one of their best techs. When I picked up the car, Dave reviewed everything with me and offered some suggestions to get a little more time and a few more miles out of my very old car. I wanted to hug him! Thank goodness there are good, decent, friendly, reliable, honest, generous people like the crew at Quality. I will send everyone I know there from now on. And I will happily drive the 12 miles to see them next time.

They gave me no pressure to replace it, but found a good deal for me on it and offered to order it for me when I was ready. They answered all of my questions and treated me like a valued customer. Stopped in to see if they could quickly fix a leaky tire (slow leak requiring added air every 3-4 days). They found a small nail, fixed the hole and had me on my way much faster and cheaper than expected: I was in and out in less than 15 minutes, and the best part - no charge. I do a lot of my own auto work, but if theres ever anything thats out of my wheelhouse, Quality Auto Care will be my first call.

Am new to Denver and wanted to establish myself with a quality mechanic. Stopped in and met Tom and scheduled an oil change. Mentioned my left directional was blinking rapidly and Tom replaced the bulb and even re-filled my window washer container w/o my asking. My first impression was that these folks are really dedicated to top quality service to their customers. Tom also answered all my questions regarding my moving to a different climate and how it affects my car....a good experience all around.

I had a massive coolant leak and Kelly helped get everything taken care of reasonably. I had a great experience here! Thank you guys!

I had my car towed here. They couldve over charged me, but instead they were honest and fast! I even got a ride to my house and picked up the next day. Everyone was super nice and helpful. Highly recommend!!!!

I have to say, Tom is amazing!! The customer service he provides to his customers, and the willingness to make sure every person he works with gets taken care of fairly and timely, with quality work is worth your time to take your fleet or personal car to his shop. Customer service and honesty is his number one concern. Excellent!

These guys are great. Needed a quick wheel swap (winter to summer) and they jumped right on it. Not only did they swap my wheels out while I waited, they vacuumed and did my windows!!! Good to know we have this quick and friendly service right in the neighborhood! Looking forward to many more visits.

My niece was returning home to Kansas on a Friday when the power steering pump on her SUV went out. The location of the pump on her particular vehicle made it a much more complicated job than normal. Because she needed to be back to work on Monday, we needed to get it repaired so she could be back on the road. David and the technicians managed to get a 7.5 hour job completed that afternoon so we could pick up the vehicle and get her headed home on Saturday. We really appreciated their effort and the 2 year nationwide warranty added to our familys appreciation of the job well done!

I have been taking my 2008 4-Runner to these guys for a couple of years and never have I been more impressed with an auto care company! The very name of Quality Care states it all however I would like to tell you of my last visit to this shop. On September 3, I took my Runner for its 90K maintenance which included - by industry standards - having the shocks and struts replaced. One hour after I dropped the SUV off I received a call explaining that if they changed out my shocks and struts I would be down grading a system that is one of the best made, in other words they recommended I NOT spend the $1300.00 I was prepared to spend that day! Amazing in this day and age to find any company with this type of ethical behavior! I had planned before this to continue taking my Runner here for maintenance, now I know I will also take any other vehicle I have! Thank You Gentlemen for the excellent work!

I greatly appreciate this auto shop. They were very friendly and they saved me tones of money. Another auto shop, who shall not be named, told me all kinds of things were wrong with my car that weren’t.I will totally be back again and highly recommend them to others.

I have found the best place to take my car for repairs in Denver. I have been to other repair shops that do not even come close to the service I received at QAC&TC. They are reliable and honest. They get the work done when they promise. I dont know all of the employees names, but they are all great. I highly recommend Quality Auto Care & Tire Center.

My friend referred me to Quality Auto, and I recently had the opportunity to experience them for myself. I took my Toyota Rav4 in for an inspection, as the front wheel was making a lot of bad noises. They got me in quickly and found that I had a broken wheel hub. Mike called me with the update and gave me an estimate on price as well as time it would be fixed that same day! He explained everything to me very clearly (which is huge since I know absolutely nothing about cars), and kept me updated throughout the day with my cars progress. When I went to pick it up, they told me that they had discovered more damage than originally discussed -- but they had FIXED it with no extra charge. Imagine my shock when I still got my car back the same day, completely fixed. I was so impressed with their professionalism and honesty. I have recommended them to other friends already, and will definitely be returning for future car needs.

I brought my car in to get a quote for body damages and Tom told me I would have my quote in a few days. 2 weeks passed by and still nothing. Then, I was told they would come to my house to provide another quote since they lost the original-that took another 2 weeks. I had also asked for a simple letter on their letterhead explaining in a few sentences that my windshield had been previously installed incorrectly, which they agreed it was and would be providing me with the letter. Here we are 6 weeks later and still no letter. After several times asking and being told I would have it soon-Tom completely stopped answering me all together.I have a major issue with this shop and how they have handled my business. When you tell a costumer you will have a quote/letter by a certain date and dont have them when you say you will thats unacceptable-especially if you are a prior customer. In addition, I was provided no update that they were delayed and my quote would take extra time.Im very disappointed and will not be returning to this shop again.

Great local business. I have been bringing my familys vehicles here for 2 years. Always great service. They never try to up sell work that is not necessary. Jamie has been great to work with every time.

They are so incredibly wonderful! I had a leak in the front of my car. They looked at it and the oil cap wasnt on very tight, so they tightened it up. They also noticed a nail in one of my tires, so they patched it up - all for $10.) I am a single girl and WAY too often, I go into a car place and some how, hundreds of dollars later, everything is fixed. With Quality Auto, they are trustworthy and tell me if something really needs to get fixed, or if its just a small thing (tighten the oil cap.) I was recommended to them from my roommate who had an excellent experience with them. Luckily, I had an excellent experience too! When you need car-work done, DEFINITELY go to Quality Auto Care & Tire! (And theres a wireless cafe a few blocks down, so I went there and got some work done while I waited.)

Although I never had the chance to bring my car back for repairs (I had to return it to the dealership), the staff was great for the initial inspection and oil change. They were great at explaining why I needed the repairs and were easy to schedule (I called at 7am to drop off at 7:30). It was a little on the expensive side though.

Visiting Family and Friends in the Colorado area, the staff at Quality Auto Care are incredibly kind, accommodating, and knoweldgeable. Even though we from out of town they treated us as if we are neighbors. Having run my familys shop back in California I can assure you this is honest, straight forward, and quality auto repair shop.
