I just want to write that I been with this insurance agency for 3 years and my agent name is Haley. She and I have never met in person and only ever had phone contact. Through the years she memorized my names (been legally changed), what vehicles I drive, my coverages, and most important she has always given me the best advices to handle any situation. Also, her advices are always in your benefit and not theirs!She really is the agent of the future. Especially now, you would want to have someone of her skillsets. Someone wholl learn who you are and help you with your needs without ever needing to meet with you. So, you guys better hurry before she gets to busy to put you on her list.

I prefer an agent that is available for person to person contact, whether by phone, email, or at their office. Doing business with companies today usually means spending phone time being passed from one recording to another, checking yourself out at the register, or searching in vain at the store for a Knowledgeable sales person to assist you with a purchase. With Dolbow Insurance I feel secure knowing that if I have a question or need assistance with my policies I can contact Anne Morgan by phone or email and she will respond within a reasonable time frame with an answer or a solution. I have been with the agency for a couple of years and when I switched to them they saved me a considerable amount of money on my home and autos.

Every time I have ever had a question or need changes to my policies, Anne has responded quickly and with more detail than I even know to ask for. For example, I recently had a payment issue with Erie. My payment was not applied to the correct policy. Anne told me two different ways to resolve the issue and included my policy numbers so I didnt have to go look that up. She is thorough, accurate, knowlegable and responsive.
