Brittney G is absolutely amazing. There’s a pretty large group of us going on a cruise and she has been more than patient, kind and understanding over the past 8 months. She’s spent way too much time with all our questions and on the phone with vendors. We know she balances many other clients and appreciate every minute she’s been able to assist us. We just hope everyone else understands just how much she balances! Thanks again, Brittney! ☺️

Recently my car wouldnt start and I was stranded in Westerville. I called to have my battery checked and was told I needed a tow truck. Sigh. As a long standing card member. Im concerned that I was told I would also have to find my own transportation to the shop where my car was being towed. It was cold and I was alone. I understand the seriousness of COVID-19 however I was not asked if I had a mask nor if I had symptoms or encountered someone who was sick. What would happen if I didnt have a alternative means of transportation? Im grateful the dealership cared enough to pick me up. If they hadnt I wouldve been outside in the cold without a vehicle. I think thats absolutely ridiculous!! I pay for my membership and rarely ever use it. The young lady told me the last time I used a tow was 2009. 11 years later and the best solution was find my own way? AAA really need to do better. Im absolutely disappointed in the company as a whole. For the record, I had a mask. I had gloves. I had hand sanitizer and wipes as well. Ive never been sick and I too am an essential worker. Im not saying the solution had to be me riding with the tow truck driver BUT I wasnt offered anything and I wasnt asked any questions. Maybe next time offer to check the battery BEFORE recommending my car be towed. It could all be so simple.On a positive note, the tow truck drive was great and he arrived in a timely manner even though the lady took down the wrong address. *deep sigh

Nikki has been so patient and helpful with our questions, concerns, and options for a family of 5/ along with a separate booking for a couples trip! She is throwing great ideas out each time I shut it down or it doesnt work for our family.. She has been positive and fun.. she is quick to respond and send info even when I cant make it in!! Thanks Nikki for being so great to work with ! I cant wait to see where we actually go!! lol

We worked with Andi Allen to get a trip set up to Hawaii this April. Andi did a wonderful job and took care of care of all the details. She spent time tells us about the how tos, what to see and things we must do.Great job Andi.

My review relates to TripTic directions and AAA routing info through West Virginia. When I inquired about construction along the West Virginia turnpike I was shown and told that the entire turnpike had ongoing construction and possible delays. This turned out to be 95% WRONG! There was little ongoing construction except at Beckley WVa. where that project has been for years. Glad I did not take alternate Route 52 at 3-4 hours more!

I have been a member of AAA since 1970. We lived in Dayton, Mansfield and Cincinnati. All of these AAA clubs were great and provided knowledgeable and professional service. The materials that were made available were also top quality.We now live in Westerville. The trip tic they can provide on short notice is generated by the computer. This requires little or no knowledge on behalf of the agent providing assistance. When you explain why the new trip tic is not of the same quality of the old trip tic they dont seem to understand. One example of the difference is in locating rest areas. The ink on the computer generated trip tic makes it too hard to locate them. It is very easy on the original style trip tic. While I understand I can still get the old type trip tic if I wait 10 days I believe it is important for the Westerville Club to have knowledge of the issue. But the response we received when suggesting to the agent that they pass along our concern was We cant make a suggestion to them. I would hope that if others have concerns they try and make an effort to get the information to the proper authority. At least they will have a chance to listen!

What a fantastic experience! I had let my passport lapse, was scheduled on a bus trip anD would lose everything if I didn’t go. Curt and Andi were amazing! I only missed one day of my trip and they had me catch up with the tour. Curt spent HOURS coordinating getting my passport renewed, making plane reservations and getting me to Canada. Day 1 there was a major snafu while I was getting the passport renewed in Detroit and Andi fixed it! I can’t say enough about these two!

Andi Allen was extremely helpful in assisting us to plan our five week trip out west. We were a little slow in getting some needed information to her and she was very patient. She supplied us with three trip-tics (due to the length of the trip) and all the maps and tour books needed to help us as we travelled. She was professional and answered our questions to our satisfaction. We have already returned to briefly discuss our hoped for next trip.

Well they were able to get me what I needed within 24 hrs. which was very impressive. They were very friendly, also appreciated. There was a considerable wait when I went in to place my order but eventually they explained they were having a bad/off day personnel wise. It would have been nice to be told that before I waited so long. There was also considerable computer issues filling my order, which was frustrating as well. Finally, I found the service/waiting area set up very inconvenient and impersonnal with no privacy for the ppl. getting service, as the waiting ppl. sit right in the middle of the service area. This felt very awkward indeed. I saw 2 people get up and leave. Personally when one is discussing personal vacation orders, foreign currency orders, etc. it would seem they should be afforded some degree of privacy and distance from persons waiting which could be accomplished with a simple rearrangement of that area! Also lumped in the center of the area is an insurance persons desk. Just very poorly set up it would seem. Oh, and if you have quick business, you may have to wait while someone plans thier entire vacation who is ahead of you-seems this might be laid out better as well.

Tippy, one of the agents, was extremely helpful in giving me travel brochures for my upcoming trip to the west coast. She shared some of her own experiences with travel and was very personable. I definitely would refer people to her for travel counseling. We always appreciate the maps and travel guides from AAA, not to mention the emergency road service.

Went in office at 9:15 AM as a walk-in on a weekday to pay annual dues and request Euros. Receptionist called someone from the back who came out and took care of everything in a manner that demonstrated she was knowledgable with how to do things. So from a personnel/service point of view, I was satisfied. I suspect it could have been different if I had come later and there had been more customers.

NOT IMPRESSED. I recently booked a Florida trip through the Westerville office. The agent was very knowledgeable and helpful. We booked a stay at a Disney resort and days at both Disney and Universal Studios. All tickets, rooms, travel, etc were paid for in advance. Everything went great until we got to Universal Studios and realized that we had no idea how to get into the park. My wife began checking her emails from AAA and I just called the office thinking that it would be the quickest if I just asked our agent. Nope. I was told that she was with a client and COULD NOT be interrupted. Eventually a manager came on and told me the same thing. He then stumbled and bumbled his way through our itinerary and had to put me on hold before he told me what we had to do.... just go to a will call kiosk and put in the credit card I used to purchase this tickets. Simple. And my wife did feel silly for missing this in the papers. The problem was the 30 MIN it took me to get an answer! I spent a LOT of money on that trip and sure didnt need the stress AAA put me through. I certainly would have wanted to be interrupted if I was sitting there and a client called in distress! Why? It shows you care! I hope the customer you didnt want to interrupt was important, because you LOST THIS ONE!!!

Needed a trip tik for an upcoming mini-vacation. The trip tik was ready two days before it was promised, the staff were friendly and helpful, and they asked if we needed additional items such as maps and tour books. Love AAA Westerville!!

The staff have always been very friendly and helpful. I needed a TripTik and called to request to pick one up. They said they no longer take phone requests for TripTiks and I would have to come to the office. I went in and did not have to wait more than five minutes, and Allison (?) helped me. By the way, I dont like the TripTiks; they are not new and improved.

Its been a while that I havent visit Westerville AAA store. My last visit to AAA Westerville was way back on August 8, 2017. I stopped by this morning to get a TripTik routing for St. Louis, MO. I was very lucky that theres not too many people waiting at AAA Westerville until the next available agent to help. Then finally my Travel Consultant: Allison Bryant showed up and helped me with my TripTik to St. Louis as well. The last time Allison helped with my previous TripTik routings was in July 30, 2016. I also like the printed version of the front and back covers of the TripTik routings at the Westerville location except for other AAA locations like: Upper Arlington, Hilliard, Gahanna/New Albany and Worthington are still doing the shiny front and back TripTik covers at the other stores as well. Thanks again for your help, Allison!
