Best lab I have ever been too. Called the day before to confirm they had my orders and spoke to a very pleasant woman. Went first thing in the morning, was in and out quickly. Staff were friendly, helpful and while some often have a difficult time finding a good vein for bloodwork, they got it right away. Will never go to another lab if they are an option! Thank you staff at Cudworth Road!

While not all around a terrible experience since they were able to draw my blood and send it for testing. They didn’t enter my insurance information correctly, didn’t let me know my insurance wouldn’t cover any of the tests that were being done, I had to fight to get anything from my insurance company. Then after months of hassle I come to find out they never even sent my results to my doctor. This office needs to get organized and take more care with their clients.

I had a preinatal test at this lab last month. I paid about two grands for this test. I had to call them more than five times to get the results because they neither faxed the result to my doctor nor mailed it to me! Every time they got doctors tel number from me to fax the results to her but they didnt. Last time I called them they asked me to drive there to give me the results! and Im 30 minutes of driving away from them. They are very irresponsible and disorganized. I had multiple tests done with them and this problem happened every time so I wont go to them anymore.
