Thomas Dunkley came out and was amazing! Did a thorough inspection located the nest and sprayed. He was here well over an hour inspecting the nest to determine if additional treatment was necessary. Thomas very professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommend using Orkin.

I have routine treatment done every other month. I’ve been pleased with the outcome, far less creepy crawly things around. The two technicians that we’ve had come out were pleasant and respectful. I’m not so pleased with the scheduling. Service dates and times have changed with little to no notice so I’ve taken to checking my account closer to an anticipated visit to see when I can expect a technician to arrive.

Jason was very knowledgeable. He really took the time to explain our issue, what he was going to do about it and the likely outcome. He was a pleasure to work with. Hopefully we will not have to have him out again, but I will certainly call Jason and Orkin if we do.

Ryan was punctual, arriving exactly at the time he was supposed to arrive. He thoroughly explained the process and how the spray would work to rid my yard of spiders and ants. He also identified a wasp nest I was completely unaware of and sprayed between the fascia boards and brick around the entire house and garage where I had spotted bees. Besides being extremely professional, Ryan was also very friendly and personable. I would highly recommend using Orkin based on my experience. Their pricing was also much less than a quote I received from a competitor.

I hired Orkin to come out and take care of some wasps that were in a tree of mine in the front yard as well as spray my basement and outside against centipedes spiders and other such insects. Overall the experience was good however the inspector when he arrived informed me that they dont do trees and he could do nothing about the wasps since that was an additional charge and what he would spray really wouldnt do anything against them. While I am pleased with the overall service I am disappointed that the person on the phone informed me they would be able to take care of the wasp problem in my tree and when the person arrived that was not the case.

Very friendly, both when I called to schedule and when the technician came out. He spent a lot of time spraying both inside and out for preventative treatment. He was on time and professional. Its reassuring and worth the price to have this service!

Louis Wells came out to our home to help us with a rat problem. We were previously using another company and Louis helped us find a better solution especially because we have 3 little dogs. He was very professional, helped us with all of our questions and was very knowledgeable. He was also able to help us with a wasp problem at the time of our service. We switched our company right after we had Orkin out to our home. I would recommend this company to anyone and especially recommended Louis.

We had bees, hornets, ants and wasps that got into our house. One day I got stung five times by hornets. That caused me to call Orgon to get rid of all of these pests. The serviceman went out of his way to do a thorough inspection and spray To eliminate these pests.

Inspector was professional and did a thorough job. We were able to schedule a treatment in a very reasonable time. Treatment tech appeared knowledgeable, looked over the job before starting and provided the application neatly and efficiently. Both employees were polite and friendly, and were careful to follow Covid protocols. It remains to be seen how effective the treatment was: this is not an instant kill procedure.

I am selling a house that the previous owner hadnt been able to clean for a few years due to the combination of pride and frail health and I was concerned about the possibility of various infestations so made an appointment with an Orkin representative to do an inspection and then treat any problems found. The person was clear, careful, etc. and found only the signs of carpet beetles explaining carefully how to deal with them. It was such a relief to be able to trust the conclusiong/recommendations.

The company did a great job cleaning and insulating my attic with a product to address insects. They were courteous, professional and did a great job. They were also patient with me and answered all of my questions. I was also impressed with their honesty in terms of recommending not to complete one of the services because they did not think it was necessary. Lastly, they left the premises and my home clean.

Little things like that are so important--the fact that he noticed that and helped me.NOTE: If you use Orkin, go directly to your local vendor! Mine was in Wayne, MI. The phone people who answer that main national line are not good--at least the one I got was not good. I wanted to get rid of carpenter bees (which was about $230) and told him so: instead, he signed me up for a $1,200 mosquito program. The local office fixed it.
