Adam Ramjan was the technician that came today to apply the spider prevention treatment around the perimeter of the house. Upon arrival, he rang my doorbell to let me know he was outside and explained the work he was going to perform as well as some safety precautions. He also asked if I had any concerns and after telling him that Ive seen some spider activity inside my house, he offered to spray the perimeter inside as well, since he was already there. In addition, I asked him to check the mousetrap that was left by the last technician and happily obliged. Adam was so great to work with. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. It is because of technicians like Adam that I would highly recommend Viking for all of your pest control needs!

Jordan came out and addressed an ant issue we were having. He was very thorough and professional and tracked down the cause of our issue. He uncovered a large hive near our shed and identified it as the source of our issue. Once the source was found, he treated all of the areas around the house, shed, and our yard. He spent a lot of time ensuring the issue was solved. I was very happy with his service and expertise. You guys are luck to have such a good employee!

I had Viking Pest Control come to my house for the first time yesterday. I was told a technician would be at my house between 3 and 7, my technician arrived at 3:15. He evaluated the situation and explained everything he would need to do. Even letting me know that my dogs needed to be outside for the indoor spraying. My technician was very friendly, knowledgeable, and detail oriented! The technician definitely made me feel like my home was in good hands! Highly recommend!

The Viking pest control Wayne branch did a phenomenal job a couple weeks ago for my home. They showed up on time and conducted themselves extremely well. The lead technician Jordan G, was very helpful and conducted himself with extreme professionalism. I haven’t felt a mosquito bite in my front or back yards since the day they came. Overall I was very impressed and satisfied with the service.

Had occasion to call Viking Pest Control - as a new customer - because of sudden onset of Europeon Hornets! Initially seen on outside corner of house, but that very night were 4 flying around INSIDE the dressing room. Viking was full with same day service calls, but after a few pleas they were able to schedule someone for late afternoon. Thank goodness, it was Shawn A., a licensed professional exterminator. Shawn called prior to his arrival, as planned, and as soon as he saw the Hornets flying outside their nest (which, unfortunately, was inside the attic crawl space and could not be seen from the outside), knew exactly what to do! He was polite, knowledgeable, explained how he planned to treat the Hornets (something I have NEVER seen in my life), as well as Cave Crickets which have been a continuing nuisance in the basement, and did so. He gave me a Maintenance Schedule, completed the paperwork, and left me with a feeling of confidence. He KNEW what he was doing, and definitely seemed to enjoy his job and helping his Companys customers. He is an asset to Viking, and one I hope they realize they have!

They purchased my old company. But they dont services their customer like my old company. They had me schedule for inspection in August and last minute they cancel. Today when I call they didnt even have me on the schedule. Very unprofessional. You got paid for the service you should perform it in a timely matter.

Their attention to details and level of communication with clients are impressive. I do also like to command the management team for treating us like family while we got stuck out of town for 6 months due to the COVID disaster. They were very kind and accommodated all our requests till we got back home. We use Viking for monthly indoors and outdoors services for the last few years and we are very pleased.

They came because we had mice. They set traps. Then we really got mice! This was a follow up call since the traps didn’t work and they were tons of mice droppings. We will see what happens with the visit number two. I found an underground cicada killer hornets nest in my yard. Viking Pest Control came in a timely manner and destroyed the nest. I havent seen any of them since.

First treatment fir ants on Monday. Today, Thursday, we still have ants. So I tried to call them 5 times this morning to inquire about next steps. I got cut off 3 tines(call dropped) and the service rep didn’t call back. I tried several more times to connect but couldn’t get through- the prerecorded call wouldn’t accept my “2” to connect and said goodbye. I’m super annoyed. I also emailed the service rep that set me up, but he is out of the office.

The technician was very professional and understood the infestation problem well. He assured us that his treatment would take care of the wasp problem even though we still saw wasps coming and going after the treatment. After just one day we didnt see a single wasp as Anthony, the technician mentioned. After a full week we still see no wasps and are confident that Viking took care of the problem as promised.

Stewart located and sprayed the bees and their nest. So far so good. We hope we won’t have to call them back for this problem again.

We had them spray for mosquitos but noticed no change in the amount of mosquitos in the yard. When I went back and review my security cameras the technician only sprayed half of our yard. I subsequently called to complain and was told there’s nothing they could do. Extremely disappointed with both their service and customer service.

We have an annual subscription where they come out 3-4 times each year. But we can call whenever we have a problem. they are usually out within a day or two and solve the problem. Highly recommended

Ill be honest, when I initially starting the service, we got off to a rocky start. I had 2 issues but they were quickly resolved and every single customer rep that I dealt with was empathetic and proactive. They went above and beyond to try to resolve the issues. I had a tech named Mike Lefrevre come to my home and he was professional, on time and knowledgeable. I would recommend Mike and will specifically request him for any follow ups moving forward.

We’ve been using Viking since 2015, and they come quickly and do what we need. Their employees explain the process thoroughly and then fix the problem, returning if necessary for further treatment.

EDIT: A customer service representative reached out to me today and told me that they will come & set up the traps again for a week with no additional charge. This is what I call great customer serviceThank you Viking Pest for being on top of your business and valuing your customers opinions and concerns.---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------I am not completely satisfied with their service and the amount of $$ they charge for it.The only thing they did is that they set up 3 traps which would cost max 100$ and put coffee lids in them (not jk) - some tuna and some nuts to catch squirrels and a raccoon. The result was we ended up catching nothing.Paid the $ for nothing as well.850$ for setting up cheap traps and catching 0 animals.Not sure what to think about that
