Fusion has dubiously renewed my contract with any notice what so ever. According to both NY and NJ law they must provide written notice. The service they have provided was sub par and the customer service is very slow. I want to leave this company. I spoke with Monica Scaglione who first she claimed the renewal date was in May, even though our contract was 1 year starting march 31st 2016. Your current term date is 5/31/2018. then she stated that The terms and conditions of your contract that was signed by Delila on 3/31/2016 states, Unless otherwise specified, the services covered under this agreement and related service attachments are provided on a twelve (12) month basis. At the conclusion of any term or renewal, the term and these Terms and Conditions shall auto-renew for an additional term of equal length unless cancelled by Customer in writing to Fusion no less than 45 days prior to term expiration. Customer hereby waives any notice required by law relating to this paragraph. which is against NJ and NYS law. They are liars and crooks. FORCED TO INVOLVE ATTORNEY. Would rather have prisoners as customers than have people want to stay. Awful..***BEWARE***
