I called an talk to mark he took all my info an then when I asked if he had this item in stock he says he does an I went on to tell him I have call stout an they where the only place to have it then it went to the item was dedicated to a customer I will never call them again or go to them go to the Redford location on grand river between Beech Daly and 7 mile Road they are the best screw this place

I use to like rent a center until recently. I already have service with them. One is almost paid for the other is almost half way. Due to covid i was a little late twice but nonetheless still paid. So i called to get a bedroom set and the rep like yes of course you have been a loyal customer earliest date i have to deliver is saturday..i called on tuesday..so im like thats fine..so by getting the approval with the bedroom set i quickly threw out my bedroom set since the garbage co was coming the next day and i did not want it in front of my house long...now the rep said he would let me know if delivery will be faster since i was a loyal customer..so i called the next day just to see if an available spot was open only for them to tell me i could not get the bedroom set anymore unless i signed up for auto pay because i was last with last payment due to me having Covid...it was very unprofessional and distasteful..once im finished with paying for my things i will not be buying another item with them!

Very rude. No customer service and I believe to be discriminating racially. After making me wait for her personal phone call to end she decided to order a pizza on my time as well. An Africa American woman walks after Ive been waiting for at least 10 minutes at this point, and when she was done on the phone proceeded to help her first! Like was I not waiting here in your face first? Anyways never will I ever go back to this particular rent a center.

The workers are not informed about the products, they really dont work with you. They are rude and bossy. I advise you not to go here.

Very unprofessional a lot of curse words used when talking to each other...Also Was told to bring certain that I needed things with me and I called ahead of time to make sure before coming for them to call a day later telling me they cant get in contact with my land lord when they really werent calling her to begin with.....they contact her and ask her for information that shes not able to provide and she calls and tell me the things they were asking her...they made it out to seem like I was lying about my enployment and residency so I asked for my money to be returned and I will be taking my business to Aarons.!
