Doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Insane how choppy my hair was even after telling the stylist it was choppy. I normally get my haircut here but this was absolutely atrocious. Never ever going here ever again. I’m so disappointed.

Sarah was the best. So very talented, but also so nice, friendly, welcoming and professional! I will go only to her from now on!

Haircut was fine, BUT they do NOT have restrooms for customers and ONLY for employees. One must go to adjacent store-Michaels in order to have access to a bathroom! That makes for POOR customer service.

I used to go to Supercuts because it was cheap, and I dont need to spend a lot of money on a trim. They raised their haircutting price over time from $15 to $20 for a trim, and just recently they added a surcharge of $3.99 for use of your credit card.

I usually get my hair cut at Ulta or lower priced salons. I went on a whim and saw Jackie, who was fantastic. She gave me a perfect blowout and trimmed my hair exactly how I wanted. I would definitely recommend her as a stylist.

Came in to get a haircut..needed to use the bathroom young blonde girl said its out of order you have to go next door..didnt even look at me or acknowledge me.went somewhere else.

The ladies in this place are very friendly! They are super quick as well and there may be a line when you walk in but youll wait 5 minutes max for a haircut and you wont get it badly done either. They do both men and women hair.

I will never step into Supercuts again. People seem nice but the quality of work is horrible. I had given specific instructions to only focus on the sides and back and before I know it, hairdresser buzzed through my back and sides and starting cutting through my hair on top. Very disappointing experience and I would recommend others to stay away from this place.

She cut my daughters hair WAY WAY TOOOOO SHORT! She didnt even dry her hair all the way and it was raining out and a little chilly. I had to drive home to dry it all the way( wasnt the plan after). I will NEVER EVER NEVER GO BACK AGAIN! Do not take anyone there!

Good place for a cut in a hurry but dont expect anything exceptional. Most of the staff is right out of high school or still in it and not especially well trained. Prices for a cut are decent but dont expect andyhing out of the ordinary.

They took all of 5 minutes on my haircut and it was terrible. Didnt even want to go back. Grew in wrong and generally is not what i asked for at all. Might be good for small children and pets
