Got a flat, none of the tire stores had a replacement tire. I called 5 Ford dealers, one could get a tire, but couldnt install it in a timely manner. But Lincoln of Wayne came to the rescue! Had the tire, and could install it pretty much right away. I cant fault them on their temporary waiting room, they choose the best option while updating their showroom and waiting room.

I found my new car online at Lincoln of Wayne. It was not a Lincoln, but it was in beautiful condition! Lincoln of Wayne and the salesman, Burak, were extremely helpful and made the sale go very smoothly. We did a lot by phone ahead of time, since the dealer is 1.45 hrs away from our home. We drove up with our current vehicle to trade in. We agreed to the trade in value and took a quick test drive. After that, we signed the paperwork. Overall we were in and out of the dealership in 40 min. Great car buying experience! Thank you!

I was not satisfied with the treatment I was given at the Lincoln dealership in Wayne NJ. I was having SYNC problems between my phone and my vehicle , my vehicle and the satellite, It had something to do with the modem as well. I also needed an update. You dont have anyway of knowing if you need an update, there is no communication between the dealership and the car owner about updates.I was told that if my car need a new modem, etc. that I would be provided a loaner. I did make a reservation.. When I got there they told me it would take upwards of 45 minutes. I couldnt wait, but they didnt have a loaner so I was relegated to wait in the lounge. The chairs were about as comfortable as folding chairs. The temperature was cold and there was no water provided besides a dog bowl on the floor. So if I was thirsty I guess I would have to get down on my hands and knees to drink.There was an elderly gentlemen with a cane sitting on the uncomfortable chair - he was freezing too. I went into one of the offices and dragged a cushioned chair out to the lounge are so the man could sit in somewhat comfort. I went to the manager to complain about the water. He had no idea that they took the water cooler out of that area and offered my two small bottles of water from his own office.If you expect people to spend upwards of $50,000 for a vehicle, I think the least you can do Is not lie about the time it will take to service the vehicle, keep your promises about the loner and provide a comfortable space to wait.

I have been leasing cars for over 10 years, leasing 4 Lincolns at a time. In the past year, there is always an issue when I bring it in for service. On 7/16, I made an appointment for service for tomorrow, 8/3. I decided to just bring it myself, since the wait for a loaner was 6 weeks. (By the way, you now pay for oil changes for your Lincolns because they offer valet. But Valet is never available). I received a call today that they could not tell me how long the diagnostic for my service issue would be and did I want to reschedule. This is ridiculous! Your cars are way too expensive for this type of service!

Last year my wife and we’re looking for a new car. We test drove _9_ different makes; BMW, Lincoln, and Land Rover made the final round.All of the brands were luxury cars, and all had their Pros & Cons. When it came down to final selection, I found myself with a choice that had to be made: We went with a Lincoln Aviator. Lincoln of Wayne simply overwhelmed us with benefits, including but not limited to, concierge service to our home, fair and reasonable negotiation, and exemplary customer service.Fast forward many months later: When it was time for another car, they made it *impossible* to consider another deal elsewhere.We have had experiences you just don’t get anymore. Lincoln of Wayne goes further than the others will. They have great programs, perks, points/incentives programs, and above all else, great people.Cutting to the chase: I am not a fan of reviews, but this one is well worth my time. It was good at first, but I am irritated by the service that I received last month. My dad and I were looking at cars and everything was good, and this was going to be a replacement for my old car that died. In May, we looked at the car and paid partially, and then we left. When we went to pick it up a few weeks later, we were informed that there was a problem with the car, and the problem was found on the same day that we first came to pay for the car. Nobody called us or informed us about it until my dad was asked to sign off on papers when we went to pick it up weeks after. This was extremely troublesome because I knew I could not do anything to provide for myself until I got this car. I would have to wait until the car was fixed in order to get a job. I was also planning on going on my first ever date after driving this car home, and I was upset that this issue popped up last minute when it could have easily been prevented had someone just called us.They put a recall on the car and we made an appointment to get it fixed in about a MONTH, which was okay at the time, but I could barely use the car after driving it home in fear of something going wrong with it. Today was the appointment to get my car fixed, and I went to a different dealership, and I was informed there that there actually was nothing wrong with the car and everything was fine. This is extremely frustrating. I had to hold off on getting employed and paying for my own expenses because I thought my car had a problem, and to be informed a month later, at a different dealership that my car was actually okay the whole time was extremely infuriating. The Lincoln Dealership was not even the one to let me know, it was a completely different dealership. My dad and I were not informed about the problem in the first place, and we were also not informed that my car was actually unaffected, so my time for that past month was wasted on waiting for my car to be fixed instead of being able to provide for myself and getting hired.I wrote this review because it was something that could have been easily prevented. But because it was not, it negatively affected me for a long period of time and that is completely unfair. I hope that in the future these problems can be avoided, and other people dont have to be inconvenienced as much as I was.

We recently leased a 2020 Navigator Reserve L from this dealership. We had our minds set on a 2021 Tahoe, but after months of receiving very poor service from a local Chevy dealer, we decided to stop at Lincoln of Wayne. We were promptly greeted by William Cordero, who showed me around and answered all of our questions. This was considerably more money than what we had planned on spending initially, but William was very understanding and was not pushy at all. In fact, we could not have been more happy with the level of professionalism that we received from William. Not only are we happy with the vehicle we are in, but we are even more pleased with the service and how we were treated during the entire process. Normally I would be starting this review by loudly complaining about how I was treated, but I can not think of a reason to do that. I took my Lincoln to be serviced for three small problems that apparently required new parts.I did have a loaner car, a 2021 Lincoln, it took almost five weeks to get the parts and install them before my car, washed, polished and sparklingly cleaned was ready to be picked up...Was it a long wait? Yes, but who can complain driving a brand new car, at no cost to me...To be honest it was a great vehicle and if I were in the market for a new car I would seriously consider that vehicale..So! No complaints here, all repairs were made, and one that I did not know I needed a new water pump was installed and covered by the warranty...Thank you serice at Wayne Lincoln, a 30 year customer!!!

The service at Lincoln of Wayne was excellent.The problem was the time it took to receive parts from FORD/LINCOLN and the lack of information from FORD/LINCOLN on the delivery of the parts. When asked it was claimed parts on back order or it was the cause of the pandemic never giving a possible time of arrival of parts. Parts order was placed back in September last year they arrived in March 2021 and it took only one day to install.The staff at Lincoln of Wayne performed their functions in a professional manner under the strain of lack of support from FORD/LINCOLN.

Worked with William to purchase a used 2017 F150. He was fully engaged with the purchase and answered every question I had. I Love Love Love this car. After 2 weeks I can’t find anything I would had different in it. Recently, a situation caused us to lose all respect for Lincoln of Wayne. Previously, our experience over the last few years was good. We would travel the extra distance for service even though another Lincoln dealer was nearer. We have a 2011 MKZ. Overall, it was running well and weve been happy with it. However, it started making noises and exhibiting other things that indicated something wasnt right. We had them look into it at least twice but each time they claimed nothing was found. So, a few days ago, the car found the issue for them. The engine started shaking violently with unusual sounds and the temp dash icon came on. I quickly turned off Route 10 into an empty parking lot. Thankfully so, because the car then died. Seconds earlier and it could have been a pile up since the highway was busy and fast moving. The car was towed to the closest dealer (not Lincoln of Wayne) and they said the engine was completely damaged from coolant leakage into the internal areas and would be about $9000 to replace. I called the Lincoln of Wayne service manager to inform him and discuss what responsibility they had. Pathetically, the answer was the typical total avoidance response as if this event was totally unrelated to what they should have picked up on. Therefore, they deserve 0 stars but to post requires a minimum of 1.Response to Lincoln of Waynes 5/3/2021 response:Thank you for your reply Mr. Spina. Ive actually talked to you in the showroom before and it was pleasant. However, I can not accept your reply. Times have changed and its no longer appropriate to basically blame your customers because they somehow didnt diagnose the problem themselves. Thats what your service experts are paid to do. Most drivers dont know where the different sounds originate from and certainly dont know their significance. At best, its often a guess. That level of expertise is for the mechanics who should know these cars inside and out. We had the car in your service center at least twice and possibly three times. In depth diagnostics should have been done but obviously werent. Your diagnostic scope should have widened. Thats what experts do. Its like when you go to professionals in other fields. They get your input but they dont limit their diagnostics to just that input (e.g., if someone mentions having headaches and the doctor only looks for dents in his/her skull but doesnt find any and thus says all seems in good order and does nothing else is being negligent especially when its later discovered that the cause is cancer originating from another part of the body). After the car was brought in the second time, your experts should have dug deeper. Thats what Performance in Randolph did. It took them three days because they wanted to get it right and find out the true issue and not simply say they couldnt find the cause because the initial tests didnt reveal the culprit. If the guys from NPRs Car Talk could diagnose car issues over the phone, often missing critical information the owner didnt even know to share, then your service pros have no excuse for missing something when they had direct access to the car. I ended up trading the car in for $500 to buy a 2019 Ford Fusion for $23,000. Please learn from this incident so others dont get screwed too.

I came here to sell my 2006 honda civic lx with 195k miles on it. Now i know its old but mechanically runs great. They haggled me over the honda defective peeling paint. So first offer we agree is $1000. Then this no name sales manager sees the car after the appraisal has already been done buy the appraisal guy ryan and then tells him no only offer her $500. My cars never been in an accident. Clean carfax. Regular repairs. And thats the best you can do. So i left. I wouldnt come here to purchase a car either if you cant even honor your original word/offers what kind of other scams are you doing here then.

I have been to the service department twice for my 2020 Aviator and these guys did an excellent job. The first time I had an issue with my rear view camera and they replaced it and its been working great ever since. The second time I came in for a gurgling water noise I had when it rained heavy. They cleaned out my sunroof drains and the noise has gone away. They were above and beyond! I would highly recommend them.

I wouldn’t buy a Lincoln at any other dealership. I like the attention that is given to clients & I also like that it’s family owned, catering to one brand. When I’m ready I will shop at Lincoln of Wayne for my next car.Also, all of the employees are knowledgeable (sales, service, etc.) & super nice.

They discovered that the cause of the leak in my tire was because of a nail, they plugged the hole but when I watched a show called Motorweek experts were saying whenever you are fixing a tire a repair man should plug and patch the hole to improve the longevity of a tire... THEY TOLD ME THEY EITHER PLUG OR PATCH BUT NOT BOTH. I WANTED TO HAVE BOTH DONE... SMH

Went in for a routine service with an appointment. Took car at 8:10am. I was told it should be ready in about 1 hour 15 minutes. Sat in the waiting room over 2 hours. Went to the service representative to see what was going on. He had the paperwork and keys on desk . The car had been ready on time. I am completely dissatisfied with Wayne Lincoln service and will not return.

First when we went to pick up our new plates they started putting our old plates on the vehicle. Now we had waited about two weeks when someone from Lincoln of Wayne called to say our NEW PLATES were in. There were no NEW PLATES !! They claimed we asked for the plates to be transferred and never admitted they were at fault. They gave us a paper they said would extend the temporary plates, I was leary so I asked them to sign the paper and they refused. After some heated conversation they agreed. Had to wait about another two weeks and finally got the NEW PLATES !! But theres MORE ! I was recently in a violent car accident, a young lady plowed into the drivers side of my vehicle. Two things came to my attention from this accident, #1- The registration they gave me with my NEW PLATES was incorrect! The POLICE brought that to my attention. LINCOLN OF WAYNE, the gift that keeps on giving- UNBELIEVABLE!!! #2- During this violent accident NO AIR BAGS deployed except a small one on the floor. No steering wheel AIR BAG ,no curtain AIR BAGS, nothing!!!!!! And if it matters to LINCOLN OF WAYNE , my daughter was in the vehicle with me. I know where I wont be buying any more vehicles- LINCOLN OF WAYNE- my worst experience ever ! Be careful folks, both for your own safety and an incompetent dealership. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!! Remember the name ( LINCOLN OF WAYNE )
