Its great that UPS is so flexible. I often find that I have to reschedule a delivery time, delivery address or sometime just go to UPS and pick something up myself. Staff at this UPS terminal make it all easy.

We live in Hamburg and have had many packages delivered to our home. Our driver (Doug) recently has changed routes. I wanted to let you know what a great asset he is to your company. Always had a smile and a great attitude. I was usually home when he delivered (Covid). Last fall, I had a Golden Retriever puppy who always loved to greet him, as he would get a nice pet. He would love when the big brown truck would drive up and tried to tag along on the rest of his route!Our UPS deliveries have slowed down in the past month or so, due to not ordering. I have not met our new driver as of yet.If all of your delivery drivers are like Doug, you would be #1!

The guy on the phone was barely understandable and felt like he was a robot reading a script.

By BL- --We were charged $25 for Next Day Air Saver 2 to 3 days (ripoff). According to the scans it wasnt even put on a plane, but went ground. More like 5 Business days and I wanted some money back because it was actually ground service. NOT HAPPY AT ALL. 2nd time they did this to us and will never do this again.

I have always received quick service.

Online customer service was horrible. I couldnt speak with a human. Drove to the UPS hub and found a driver to help immediately. Overall great in person customer service but their online and phone needs alot of work.

In the public entrance where you can mail your packages. I brought in something to mail that did not quite fit the Box that I brought from home. Even though it was a few minutes after hours the staff looked for a box that would fit for my product and when they couldnt find anything the 2 ladies built a box for me. Excellent customer service!

Fedex has way better delivery service always on time and sometime even faster than their expected delivery date. UPS is so slow and delivery is always late. Wish the customers can choose the shipping company like Fedex or USPS when purchasing items online.

Always fast and friendly service, check the hours online as the drop-off counter is not always open/available during the day. The Drop Box is always available provided that your package is prepped, labeled and meets the size restrictions of the Drop Box.
