The staff was super friendly. I was immediately greeted with a smile when I walked into the spa. Briar was quick efficient and professional. She even accommodated my schedule for my follow up appointment. Hans down the best spa. Will definitely be a returning customer.

I’ve gotten my brows done here twice & I can honestly say I’m not going anywhere else. They make you feel so comfortable and relax. It’s a little pricey but I feel like it’s worth it. I’ve had people mess up my brows bad. So I’m glad I found my new fav spot. I’ve worked with Sadie and Chance. Highly recommend.

Chance at Cloud 9 day spa is the best! She did my makeup for my bridal shower as well as for my wedding day and did such an amazing job! I was a little nervous at first having someone else do my makeup but she really listened to exactly what we all wanted and knocked it out of the park. My bridesmaids loved their makeup and even my mom (who NEVER) wears makeup, got the most beautiful fresh barely there look from Chance.She also uses very high quality products and brushes and the application stays in place until the very end of the night. (or if you fall asleep with it on on your wedding night you wake up looking like a goddess) hahaSeriously though, I highly recommend Chance for any of your makeup needs!! Cant wait to use her again.

Started with the 30 minute sauna and it was amazingly relaxing. After that I had a 30 minute massage, shouldve gone with the hour long. She worked out all the knots in my back and neck. Also got a facial and chemical peel that blue my dead skin away. I have never had such soft skin. The ladys are fantastic and so nice. Cant wait to go there again.

I am from Illinois...my daughter recommended Cloud 9 Day Spa to me. I needed my eyebrows waxed so badly. She said for me to try to get in with Chance, so I made an appointment. Oh my lord she is a wonderful person, I have been trying to fill in my brows they are getting thin. Chance went above and beyond for me she shaped the so nice and even tinted them for me at no charge so I could see some of the lighter ones growing in. I am a customer for life in March June and November. Thank you for making my day so wonderful !!

I just came in here the other day to get my eyebrows and upper lip waxed. I worked with Madysen and she was great! She asked me a lot about what I wanted and they came out perfect. Since coming here over a year ago, all of the girls have continued being helpful and good at their jobs. Cloud 9 has very skilled and caring girls working for them and I would highly suggest this place.

Love this day spa and laser clinic! I see Dr. Shannon Gulley for by-weekly laser treatments and always look forward to my visits. I drive from Anchorage to Wasilla just for my appointments. The spa is extremely clean, with a great environment, and very affordable prices for their high end procedures. The staff is always helpful welcoming. I highly recommend this spa!
