Ordered surge brakes for my boat trailer. They put them on but they didnt work.. After more researchthey realized they arent prepared to service that type of brake.The manager Chris comped me the labor which was more than fair.Originally it was a negative experience but Chris turned it into a positive one.I will recommend them for thier integrity at white spruce..thank you Chris

I was explained what I was buying and purchase price was clearly visible. In some dealers you have no idea what the final cost is. Warranty and available options were all explained and DMV registration was filed for me. Everything was checked before leaving the lot: hitch, lights, lug nuts and leveling. These guys will not nickel and dime you and I wish buying a car would be this easy.

Great place I’d highly recommended white spruce trailers. My first transition started in the summer of 2019 when Chris the manager stayed over past closing time till I showed up. I was in desperate need of a hitch and ball and Chris helped me out. Today I bought an enclosed trailer, Chris was super professional and helped us through the buying process and made it very easy.

Excellent service. I kept changing my mind and Cris, the sales manager, was very kind and helpful. Their mechanic walked me through the safety points and inspected the trailer including torque testing the lug nuts. He also showed me a safer way to hook up the safety chains.

This is the second time purchasing from White Spruce a Cargo Mate enclosed trailer. This purchase was through the Wasilla office and they were wonderful to deal with. I was on my way within a couple of hours, and that included waiting for financing. I would highly recommend them to anyone, and the very good product they sell.

I had a rather ridiculous experience with just trying to get my hitch put on through Uhaul - thats a story that fortunately got told to the BBB and things were resolved. Things were very rugged there for a while but White Spruce made it so very easy and are absolutely wonderful to work with. I purchased a very nice trailer at a reasonable price.

I have had the opportunity to meet some pretty awesome people. White Spruce Trailer Sales have the customer service thing down, I have been to a few other places that don’t give you the time of day and are rude. I had an issue with my enclosed trailer and needed some immediate assistance, Chris was there at the time and got my trailer in and the next day “Boom” done. I have to also mention they are very honest, I thought I had bearing issues and was looking at a total replacement on both axles. Nope, only a tightening of the outter safety nuts. I was only charged for the hour of shop time for the inspection and tightening of all axel safety nuts. They could have easily replaced all the bearings and charged me, they didn’t and that’s what I call good integrity and great service. Thanks White Spruce your my go to guys for my trailer needs.Rob

Very helpful and professional. We visited both the Anchorage and Wasilla locations, and ware guided by very helpful folks in both. After looking at several trailers, we finally bought a 6x12 single axle trailer in Wasilla. Then we found that we needed to replace its front jack with a wheel to accommodate the tongue box we bought for it. We couldnt locate one at either location, but ordered one from the Anchorage store. The inventory was broad and we had great suggestions that were not intended to up-sell, but to accommodate the loads we intend to carry regularly. We recommend these folks. They know their business and arent at all pushy.

Just returned from White Spruce Trailer Sales in Wasilla, AK located on the Frontage Road of the Parks Hwy. I am extremely pleased with the service I received. They have only been in the Valley for about 2 months now, but it was a pleasure to have my trailer serviced by them. Both the mechanic (Jeremy) and the manager (Chris) were pleasant, professional and knowledgeable in what I needed to get my trailer back to safe operation. They were more than fair on the price, completed the work early and even had Veteran Parking! The facility was clean and organized and laid out well. Nothing scarier than having to go into a broken down shack or fight through brush to try to find someone at some companies... not good. Also, White Spruce Trailers is planning on opening a brand new facility late 2018/2019 so that they can accommodate a wider selection of vehicles and service areas. Look for their sign off the Parks. I have had several good experiences with White Spruce Trailer Sales- both in Anchorage and Wasilla. I recently went to buy a new jack stand for my aluminum tilt trailer. They had the jack stand I needed in stock and even offered to help put it on at that time. 30 minutes after arriving I had a new jack stand installed (and at no extra charge in this particular case). Excellent customer service and pricing!
