They did not have the truck I reserved. Even though it was not there fault.. I was not happy. The owner went way above what he had to. He made sure it was right. I recommend this place. Awsome

The customer service here was incredible. He went out of his way/above and beyond to make sure we didn’t get charged extra. He let us return our U-Haul to him even though we rented in Anchorage, and even offered to return it to Anchorage himself due to false information we had gotten. It’s the little things that matter most. Definitely recommend.Also, his dog is the cutest!!!

Rented a trailer from these guys on the fourth. When we got it out to Willow it was too small for what we needed. They gave us a refund no muss no fuss. Great place. Will go back next time I need a trailer or truck. Thanks!

Very helpful really good service

I stopped in to the U Haul E. Bogard in Wasilla AK store two weeks ago to pickup up a truck the following Sunday since there wasnt one available in the size I needed.I showed up at the appointed time and Im told that the truck, that was waiting for me was leased to someone else and not back yet. I tried to lease a cargo van but to no avail, the manager couldnt find the key to the cargo van after rummaging around in the U-Haul vehicles on his lot, in his office..on his person...at this point I decide its time to leave and go to another U-Haul store.Most of my contacts with U-Haul have been professional and efficient, I didnt get that at this U-Haul store.

Dave went above and beyond helping rig up to a dolly a Jeep we had trouble with. Friendly and knowledgeable; he exceeded expectations and then some.Kurt said it best a year ago in his review.
