This place was only adequate. I got a manicure and pedicure, standard both, and brought a couple relatives with me, one that got acrylic nails put on, and the other went for gel on both hands and feet. It is clean inside. However, how sanitary things are is in question. Much is reused, including sandals for feet (not good!), not sure if tools were sanitized. My nails look good. However, I wont be coming back unless I have no other options. There is the question of sanitization. Another issue is there was basically no massage with either the manicure or pedicure. I was horribly disappointed, thats a big part of why I get them. I would say themassage for each lasted less than 2 minutes. Just long enough to get the lotion rubbed in. The second is there is a large problem with professionalism. The nail techs video chatted with relatives with loud crying babies while we were there. It was anything but relaxing and peaceful in that regard. We were all uncomfortable and it hurt my ears. No problem with them chatting to each other or on a phone that is not on speaker, even leaving for a few minutes to take an emergency call. But this was just normal chatting. The next is that the place only takes cash or check, and they make the assumption that any amount of change goes toward the tip, even if large. Finally, several of us were cut during the cuticle trimming, and there was no apology or acknowledgement of the pain or blood. No additional blood-stop liquid applied. I was personally cut three times. If I had to quantify my experience for the service I got, Id reduce what I paid by at least 25%.

My friend and I walked in and asked for mani pedis. There were only two employees. They said they could take us. We should have walked out right then. My friend got the one actual nail tech I believe and I had someone that was clearly inexperienced. When we transitioned to nails, it was a production line. One guy worked on me and another client. The lady working on my friends then painted both of our nails. Didnt get my cuticles trimmed or a massage. Cleanliness of area and supplies was questionable. My mani was messy. But, most of all, there was no customer service. I can forgive a lot for good customer service.

It was on time and clean but my nails were not filled down evenly and when I asked for a heart the gal tried foul twice then air sprayed it when I asked for just a simple painted heart for vday. The gel on a nail or two has gooped to one side so Im realllllly not impressed at all with them. Cheap and quick but thats about it.

They are wonderful people! I have been going to them for years. I would recommend them to anyone asking for the best nail techs in town! They are perfectionists, no lifting, breaking in between visits. Also I dont feel like Im giving up a body part when paying;)

With a name that has Shear Elegance....this was NOT a place where I experienced shear elegance. The lady who did my nails, did NOT pay attention to detail. Her work was sloppy and expected me to pay $45 for her service. This place ONLY accepts cash or check. If I was able to give NO stars, this would be the first time to give it.....judge for yourself with the picture taken of her work.

Ben was phenomenal! Listened to all of my request and worked quick but efficiently. It’s important that my nails not interfere with my work and Ben was able to shape them perfectly. Thank you!!!At this point they only accept cash/check so plan accordingly.

They do a wonderful job! I now drive in from Anchorage. I like the cat eye polish and have had problems other places with it being applied incorrectly, hers are perfect every time!With regular shellac their manicures last longer than any other salon that I have visited over the last 20 years.*****Note!!! I have been coming here for 10 plus years!! I absolutely LOVE it!! They are so gentle, friendly, and make you feel like family. They have such a variety of different looks they do and they also customize. You come in with a picture of what you want and they make it happen. I HIGHLY recommend them!!

Ive been going here to get my nails done for nearly 20 years. I love the consistency that I get with the airbrushing. The prices are GREAT and I dont get charged for cutting down my nails or for a design like the other places. Thank you for always being AMAZING!!

Horrible horrible!!! Went for a quick trim and touch up on color and Marie the stylist destroyed my hair. Absolutely horrible.Refuses to give refund or anything. She says OH well!The washer machine drains into the hair sink as well.Very unprofessional the owner of the store refuses to help as well.Dont waste your time or money at this place!

Not good in my opinion. I made an appointment in advance and it took forever to get started. They were very sloppy. Their place is dirty and I dont even think the lady who did my pedicure knew what she was doing!
