Friendly service. And only want two people inside the store at a time. The girl working the front desk told me nobody in the whole place has caught covid since the virus started. And had at least 200 people coming in during Christmas time.

Tonight is the worst. The delivery truck driver didnt even bother to deliver our package. 1.18.21 they drove into our driveway and right past our home. Then changed the status of the package to PENDING after it was set to be delivered by the end of the day. Ive never experience such negligence.

Paid for overnight delivery. FedEx held the package after they received it on Monday. Scheduled it for delivery on Friday. Didn’t deliver it. Now not available for delivery until Monday. People with rotational jobs love companies who don’t come through.

I had checked my Amazon order and found it was sitting at the Wasilla facility but was scheduled for delivery two days later. Since I was in town anyway and had my tracking number, I thought it was worth the effort to see if I could pick it up early and save them the home delivery.The staff was courteous, friendly and delivered prompt service. I was glad I checked to see if early pickup was available!

Its 08/04/2018 no holiday no anything and our lovely fedex is closed for no reason and when I called they told me they opened for one hour and then closed thats it, thanks fedex for screwing my shipment :)

Really bad service. I paid 39 bucks for 2 day delivery. My package was mailed friday arrived to Wasilla 7 am on monday...and they held it, handled it 3 times (posted updates) and then when I called to ask if it would be delivered to me when it had been in Wasilla and I paid for 2 day, I got attitude and told the seller promised delivery on Tuesday the 19 by 430 pm. (Im in Palmer) the seller didnt pay the shipping. I did. The money back guarantee is between the person paying the shipping and fedex, I can wait this long for free with USPS. and will in the future. No accountability and the guy at the wasilla branch was a real jerk.
