Solid equipment, service, and at fair prices. Contrary to the negative reviews here, I found the staff to be knowledgeable and personable. Show respect and youll get respect. Their equipment delivery guys were equally considerate, taking the time to answer all of my questions regarding safe equipment operation and equipment cleaning expectations for return. Dont be afraid to ask questions both before renting, and while receiving your equipment for use. Ive rented skid steers, mini excavators, and farm tractors for dirt work projects on multiple occasions and have never been disappointed.

The lady who owns this business is rude and disrespectful. She has no concept of customer service. The equipment was fine and worked as it should. If only the attitude of the owner was better.

Customer service is incredible. Called this morning to rent an excavator. It was deliver within the hour. Chris unloaded, gave a quick how-to, and was getting ready to go when we got information that we didn’t need the equipment for the project. Chris called back to the office to explain and in the next few minutes he had it loaded and heading back to the shop. To top it off we were only charged for delivery.These guys are incredibly busy this time of year and yet they went above and beyond with their customer service. We’ve used ABC Rentals in the past and they will always be our first call in the future.

If youre looking to rent equipment in the Valley, ABC is a great company to check out. The staff was easy to work with and helped us out with all our questions even when we had to call five times to figure out things with the machines we rented. They even went out of their way on the delivery and pickup to accommodate our schedule and needs. I called all the rental companies in the Valley trying to find machines and ABC was almost always the most affordable, with good, clean, well-maintained equipment and the lowest delivery charges of any other company. Definitely recommend..

I was pretty surprised to read any negative reviews. Weve never had a bad experience. We just got our topsoil and it was excellent. Weve rented extensively in the last year, and everything worked out great for us. We are renting a mini-excavator sometime in the next few weeks and I have every confidence in our rental. Update: July 2016. The excavator rental went off without a hitch. Very pleased with everything here.

Big lake was too far. But got one in Anchorage so thanks for 5 miles being to far.

I rent 2-3 pieces of equipment from them per week. Theyve always been understanding to rain days and the hectic summer schedule of dirt work. No matter what day of the week or weekend, you can always reach a person. All the business weve done and the service as well as the equipment has been top notch.And the lady at the counter has huge books. :)

Had a rental held for me but when I went to get it they told me they didnt have a machine available. When I asked why they didnt have one because I had called ahead and reserved one the lady hung up on me. Will never use this company again.

DO NOT BUY TOPSOIL from this company. After doing dirt work at my home, I called around checking for prices on SCREENED topsoil and they had the best rates. After purchasing 11 loads of supposedly SCREENED topsoil and finishing the yard, I had it hydro seeded and 2 weeks later I had the most beautiful, green yard of WEEDS & FIREWEED! Spent thousands of dollars for a beautiful yard and got shafted, not to mention I rented a skid steer from them in the process. Shady business, that I will NEVER refer anyone to or patronize again!

Rented an excavator from them. Equipment was in good working order. Customer beware. The chaos and confusion in that place will cost you in the end. I watched them fill out one piece of paper in front of me and was quoted a certain delivery fee, and then on delivery day, they had filled out a completely different one with a new higher rate on it. Whether by design or by error, you may end up paying more than what you expect. And then the fuel they charged me was unlikely for the model excavator I was in and gauge when I parked it. I highly reccomend that you make your own arrangements to fill the equipment, lest some dishonest individuals pencil whip your bill. I wont rent from these guys again unless Im in a pinch...like this time.

Customer service is non-existent. They do not know what equipment is available and it takes at least 24 hours to find out. Luckily there are many reputable equipment rental places in my area.

I have rented from this company previously with a good experience. Just this week I rented an escavator that was in poor shape for paying top dollar. They seem to have lowered their standards and would not rent from them again.

The owner is a jack ass but the equipment was decent. If your a girl dosnt expect any respect from the owner
