Thank you for doing a great job. The carpet was dry in an hour and the couch in 8 hours. The smells from previous owner’s multiple dogs are no longer my problem. It was a great experience. The tech evaluated, presented quote, cleaned and left. It took about two hours to do a master bedroom carpet a couch and a oversized recliner. I would call again if I need more cleaning in the future. Thank you.

Heavens Best really is Heavens Best. They came out to clean the carpet in a condo I purchased before moving in. The previous homeowners had multiple cats and dogs and I thought a good cleaning was all that was needed. I was wrong. Ben and Andrew walked the house and even brought in a black light to show me the cat urine stained floors. The stench was unbelievable and the stains inconceivable! As a cost savings they recommended I have the carpet padding replaced and then clean the carpet. As it turns out the floors need Kilz and total carpet and pad replacement. Thank you Ben and Andrew for your forthrightness. You were my saving grace. I cant imagine walking barefoot on those floors! I am forever grateful and will recommend you highly to anyone who is looking for carpet cleaning because of your determination in delivering customer satisfaction!

Have gone through them twice now, the first service was perfect! The second service I was a little disappointed because of how good the first time was. I called left a voicemail and the owner called me came out and re-did our carpets for free! It was exactly like it was the first time which is why I will ALWAYS continue to use this company anytime I need my carpets cleaned! They really do have nice amazing people, and even though I wasn’t super happy the second time they came ALL the way back FOR FREE and did them again and they looked amazing just as amazing as when I found them and they did my carpets the first time! I will NEVER use another shampooing company again- hands down the best experience I have ever had with a cleaning company... They were punctual, friendly, affordable and super quick. Our carpet truly got the deep cleaning it needed; it was cleaner, softer and smelt amazing. They were also able to remove silly putty out of my sons bedroom he had somehow got imbedded in the fibers of the carpet- I had been trying to remove that stuff for months, but could not for the life of me get it out. TRULY THE BEST!

I really wish I had before and after photos. I was pretty sure the pet stains wouldnt /couldnt be removed, but they got rid of them. Id previously used pet stain/odor removers on the areas, but wasnt able to budge the stains and thought they were permanent. The technician got them all up! I was happily surprised with the results of the cleaning. Easy to schedule and it was also very affordable! Im definitely going to call them again!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company. They came over to my house and cleaned my sofas, ottomans and dining room chairs. They came out AMAZINGLY clean and smelled wonderful for days and days. I think one my favorite things about this company is that they use a dry method of cleaning carpets which means that they are dry in ONE HOUR!!??!!??!! Crazy, right?! Theyre able to get those tough spots out that have been there for years. So I called and requested a carpet cleaning quoteAnd they told me it will be $262 for my place because they already have cleaned carpets here before. But when they arrived a men went through my house and he told me that it will be $500 and more....we are very disappointed that they didn’t honor the quote that they told us :( we had to send them away!
