Great experience but 30 dollars is way too expensive

For some reason he gave me short bangs in front and i did not ask for this, this is one of the strangest haircuts i have gotten, long on top and and a completely shorter length at the front. It looks like a toddler got a hold of some sizzors and tryed to cut my hair while i was sleeping.

I asked for a low fade, left with a high fade. Stylist didn’t take their time at all, and the entire haircut was rushed. Asked to have the top thinned, and she took the bulk of my hair off completely. Haircut looks good but isn’t at all what I asked for. Wouldn’t recommend, and wouldn’t go back.

Good cut, and friendly staff however they decided to double their prices due to COVID-19. Much better off using Great Clips. Parallel quality, half the price and no daily limit on number of cuts a shop can accept. Definitely will not be returning solely based off price.

I didn’t like how I got my first haircut so I had it done a couple days later and loved it!! They refused to let me pay for it (but yes I did still get away with giving a good tip;)

Kimberly did a terrible job with my 4 year old. She was not patient and she cut him.

My kid hated haircuts until we found Tammy. She’s amazing! She makes all his visits memorable and the smile on his face as soon as he spots her is priceless! Not to mention the great quality work.

The haircut and everything was okay there. But when I went to pay I gave my barber $15.00 in cash for half of my hair cut then I expected to pay another $15.00 on my card. This was not the case however, I guess it was my own fault for not noticing but in total I got charged $49.50 for a haircut I could have gotten in my home town for $18.00. Im just disappointed that my barber didnt have the decency to tell me I over paid..I will not be going back.

Save your money and time and go elsewhere. Complete joke. Not worth 5$ let alone 30$ That they charge.

I religiously go here for my haircut. Ive been a customer since SportsClips opened their doors in the Valley. Tammy is hands down the best at cutting hair.

I called to ask what I need to do to get a hair cut. They never asked if I had traveled out of state recently. When I arrived they then asked. I was unable to get my hair cut do to thi . I feel that question should be asked during phone calls . I made a special trip to get the cut done. Sadly I wont be returning

Prices are more than what Im used to, so its hard to justify a good tip. Haircut otherwise is usually good, just depends on the barber like most places. The vibrating chair is weird and the shampoo sinks sit really high, they should be deeper.

The electronic sign in procedure is great. Wait times on board are pretty accurate. Always a great cut. Great with kids.

Good haircut. But you gotta wait 2 hours to get one because they only have 2 barbers there and theyre always packed. And of course everyone gets the MVP so it literally takes forever. Its seriously an all day thing just to get a haircut

Dawn from Great Clips moved to Sports Clips, shes the only person that I let cut my hair anymore... knows how to listen, and give the cut YOU want, instead of forcing the latest trend or her favorite technique. As long as she is there, they will get my business!

Let’s just say I’m not the only one who has complained about this... but it hasn’t been dealt with.Won’t name a name, don’t want to be too rude. But your manager needs a hygiene lesson. In all fields.You can’t expect customers to come back to something like that - bad for business, totally unprofessional.

Kimberly is rude and does a terrible haircut. I brought my son and she essentially shaved his head after he asked for a longer haircut & for her to leave enough hair to cover a large scar on his head. Then she blamed him for the bad haircut! Another customer in the waiting are said he had a bad experience with Kimberly as well so this is not an isolated event. Everyone else has been nice there but watch out for Kimberly if you go there!!

Dont come here if you have textured/thick/curly/ethnic hair . The lady that cut my husbands hair was a joke. She asked him what a line up meant and said that only barbers do that. She used a 3 on one side of his head and a 6 on the other. Uneven everywhere. Worst haircut ever and a wasted $20. She complained that his hair was too thick and her scissors werent very good 😬 its bad !

Took me and my kid in to get hair cut on Sunday june 9 and got signed in and was told it would be 45 min so went next door fo less than 15 min came back and not only did they take us off the list but put more people in front of us neither one of the girls in there were willing to be helpful and acted like we were a inconvenience telling me well you can wait 25 more min totally unprofessional and might want to get some people who know how to work with customers as well as the computer systemThanks and sure hope this can be made rightCharlie potter

Wasnt what he wanted but it works

My son wanted a mohawk, but the first stylist gave him a VERY uneven cut that looked NOTHING like the photo we brought in. After the second stylist worked on his hair, he ended up with a fade that was spiked up into a fauxhawk, and that is not at all what we asked for.

You get a head wash and a massage with it.
