Quick and concise service. There were several people in front of me so considering that I don’t think I waited long. Glad I went further out to come to this location.

Ive been using this location for about a year now ( all post covid) ,and I love this place. Super nice staff, very clean facility, and lots of parking. I find a shorter wait later in the AM or early PM.I dont know what these 1 star reviewers are talking about. Some people are never satisfied.

These five start are for a technician. I have been to the lab twice and Sun, I believe she said her name was, has been the tech who processes my lab request. This young person is highly skilled. She deserves more than my saying You are good. It takes determination to be as skillful as she. Neither time I was there did I even know ...that is...feel the process. Thank you for your superior service.

Terrible customer service. During the COVID-19 pandemic you are given the option to check in and “wait in your vehicle or another location. You will receive a text when your LabCorp technician is ready to see you.” I received no such text in 20 mins so I called, unfortunately 10 minutes prior to closing so no one wanted to answer the phone. By the time I got up to the suite the door was locked and no one would answer to knocks. After a few minutes a gentleman in scrubs came from the door directly beside suite 306 asking what I was doing. I asked him if he worked for LabCorp and he claimed he did not but continued to ask me “if I had specimens to drop off” and they close at 4pm. I’m extremely disappointed in the unprofessional-nature of the entire process and now I have to order new specimen containers from my doctor.

No long line. was in at my scheduled time and the staff was friendly and professional.

Ive been to a lot of LabCorps around the city and this is by far the best. Never have to wait long, very helpful and nice staff, always get the vein on the first try for bloodwork. Sometimes the line to get in the hospital is long, especially during COVID, but otherwise really easy to access.

DO NOT come to the Varnum LabCorp location at Providence. I will never come here again. I usually go to Washington Hospital Center and the service is very much better. This location is a complete mess. If you come here then you should expect to spend at least 2 or 3 hours waiting. And their Saturday hours are 9a-12p, not 7:30a-2:30p like it says online AND on their answering system for this location. NEVER COME HERE

Excellent experience at the 1160 Varnum St, NE location! The self checkin kilos was great alone the kind and courteous staff was first class. From checkin to checkout it was 10 minutes max.

They dont have a 0 available so I had to give them a 1.The website says they are open at the Washington Hospital Center on Saturdays but they are closed!You would think that they could update their website.

Never had to wait long and the people are very kind and its always clean

I like the location and the staff, but the facility is really too small, the time is a bit long and the check in process is very time consuming.
