The rudest place I’ve walked into. Walk ins are not welcome even though it says it on the window. I walk in there’s 1 customer with a nail guy and a woman reading a magazine on a pedicure chair . The guy said hi in the rudest tone and the woman looks at me and goes do you have an appointment, I said no. She said well what do you want. I said gel manicure. She looked like I asked her for a kidney. Then asked me to pick a color. I told her I was wondering if they could do gel nails with smiley faces and showed her a picture she said oh no that’s done by a machine. I said oh ok o had these done a while ago by another nail tech… she said oh well go there and turned around and walked away From me…: literally shocked me and I just walked out and said that must be why there’s literally one person here…… zero smiles In that place , zero customer service. Would give this a zero star if I could.
Awesome Job.. will be back
Just got my first pedicure here and very happy. Small shop, clean and quiet. Very comfortable and friendly atmosphere. Was offered a bottle of water as soon as I walked in, sat in the pedicure chair within 5 minutes, out the door in 30 minutes. Very comfortable pedi. Would definitely come back!
10/10 SO GREAT! THE PEDICURE WAS AMAZINGGGGGGGG
This is my favorite place to get my nails done. Its owned by a Vietnamese family and they always do a great job! I get my eyebrows waxed here as well and they always come out well.
Did not do what was asked and poor results.
Best place ever. Prices are fair and they are family owned. Very accommodating. Very comfortable!!!
I liked it. Good pedicure with an attention to detail
Did uv gels a few times and pedicures, not bad, but not great. Pedis were nice. ( You get hot towels and a leg massage.) Nail polish chipped only a few days later, though. Gel should have lasted longer, but for the convenience of location I kept going back. Plus they were friendly. Now after a year of going there, I decide to try acrylic. Oh my God what a mistake. My full set only looked good the first day. They lifted from the cuticles, and two fell off. Then they charge you to repair when it was their inadequacy that made the nail lift in the first place. They dont cut or treat your cuticles with oil, and they use uv gel top coat on acrylic nails and then charge you more for it. Explaining that you have to pay for the use of the light and the special powder even though they have the prices on the wall, they dont ask you if you want these special things, they just do them and charge you. Seriously? You couldnt have used a REGULAR top coat? I gave them a second chance, and went back for a fill after my full set...two more nails fell off, lifting from the cuticle and sides. (diff fingers!) My thumb nail started lifting the day AFTER I got the fill! So frustrated never going back. Sorry!
Great place and fast
