I started coming here because its so close to my house but I will keep coming back because of Gina. Ill start by saying all of the ladies that work here are fantastic and detail oriented. Ive had a fantastic pedicure and a few fantastic manicures here already. There are details these ladies focus on that I havent gotten in other salons. For example, cleaning under the nail with a special tool after applying dip powder so your finger isnt stuck to the nail.Now about Gina! She is friendly and funny and has your best interest at heart. Ive been testing manicures for my wedding coming up in January and when I went in to see Gina she saw I wanted to do something fun but I had already told her I was going to test a wedding manicure, so she made me a sample of what she will do for the wedding so I could see it against my finger and I absolutely loved it, so then she said good, now you can have the fun pink nails today! Why spend money on a test when I can just make you a sample? I LOVED that!! Saving me money, showing me an option I love for the wedding, AND giving me a fun manicure to brighten my mood!

My friend got her prom nails done here over a year ago, they looked horrible, she told the man that she did not like them and he was being very inappropriate through the whole ordeal. Her father returned later that day to confront him and the issue was dealt with. We have returned multiple times and we absolutely love the female owner, she does an amazing job. Today we returned and the man did both of our acrylic sets, my friend asked for a simple french tip manicure and he told us that he could not do that free hand. She looked for another design she could get in the spot and he says “i hope you spend the same time looking for a husband as you are on these nails.” She was very polite asking for what she wanted and he was getting visibly frustrated and we explained that if we are paying for our nails we should be happy with them and then he removed the nail polish and told us to leave and her nails were free. Next time I go to Creative Nails I will make it clear that I do not want this disrespectful and unprofessional man anywhere near me. Ridiculous.

Everyone is very friendly. I havent had a mani or pedi I wasnt happy with.

The owners are absolutely wonderful. They only hire and keep experienced and kind nail techs. Very clean and routinely disinfected. They can do small amounts of nail art. Great place to get mani pedi

Awful service for a 20 minute pedicure 43.00 that is insane. I do not recommend. It’s not just the price the service was awful. Inuferstsbd prices going up because of COVID but not to 43.00 from 25.00 that’s price gouging.

Best salon I’ve been to! Best dip manicure I’ve ever had. They have the most color choices of any of the salons around, and the staff is the best. They are all friendly and welcoming. Always willing to go above and beyond to accommodate everyone and never turn anyone away. Great experience!

I love this place. Ive been going there for years and have never had a bad experience. They do excellent work and the owners are very nice. They retain their staff and you can call ahead. Some of them are hard to understand but thats normal. They are open on Sundays which is a plus.

This salon is extremely clean and the owner is terrific. He’s very funny and makes you feel important while you are there. He takes pride in his work and always wants the customer to be happy. Happy with my nails every time. Happy Nails, Happy Life.

I felt that they took advantage of me. Took my 8 year old daughter to get her nails done and I was charged $25. It was a gel coat. She did a great job but $25 for an 8 year old. I have been here before and the last time I was here they charged $10 for the same thing

I used to go to creative nails in Newport and did not realize they had moved to Warwick. I was pleasantly surprised when I realized they had. Great service and professional results!

Best place ever! The owner is so nice and even remembered me after I only went once! And he didnt just say that he told me who I came in with! (It was her first time too)! All the staff are nice! The pedicures are amazing! Hot towels sometimes even hot rocks! Manicures are great quality and they even do the dipping powders! The first time I ever got fake nails I went to get acrylics and because they knew it was my first time suggested a lighter healthier option! Clean friendly environment but not overwhelming! Such a great place cannot rave about it more!

Arrived at 1:38 asked for a pedicure, was told I have nothing for you, no explanation. They close at 4🙄 will never go back😁not the only place in town, went to star nails...feet in water as I type🤗

Amazing service! Owner is friendly and even remembers me! The nail technicians asked me questions and helped me get what I needed most. They remembered even what color I got. I went in for a pedicure once and I even got a hot rock massage with it! Clean and courteous!

Best powder dip in RI!! I will never go anywhere else. Ask for Tim, he is a perfectionist! My nails are always flawless, it is affordable and the staff is friendly and professional. My powder dip lasts up to 4 weeks without a single chip, I only get it redone because my nails have grown out. Tons of color choices too. Cant say enough about how great this place is.

Went in for a fill wit gel polish over and a design on one finger on each hand cost me $35 and the design looked horrible an polish dull never have I had gel polish look dull,went back she gave me five back for design after yellin at me about mind you was manager an then took off design an put polish on. The gel last two days started bubbling an peeling off literally peeling off my nails are now all just acrylic fill so mad but with attitude she gave me that second tI me not bothering goin back just will never recommend nor go there ever again.

By far the worst place I’ve ever been too. I went at 6:15. I called ahead to make sure that this wasn’t to late. The woman on the phone said no problem. I sit down, pressured into a color, then I decided I wanted dip. The woman doesn’t even cut, or trip my cuticles. She filed and went straight into dipping my nails. She rushed the entire process. There was only one dryer for my hands, so it was uncomfortable to cross my arm just to dry my left hand. Then two of my nails had white clumpy film on them and the girl said it was because I wasn’t paying attention and hit my nails together. Well no sh#% I wouldn’t have done that if I didn’t have to use one dryer for both hands 🤬 the hand “ “massage” was terrible. She didn’t even make an effort, didn’t roll my sleeves up, and went over my Apple watch and didn’t even rub all the lotion in. My arm was white and covered in lotion that I had to rub in myself. Not the quality I expected. I will never return. I will always go to Begins nails 10 minutes up the street, sorry I even spent my money here
