Very unprofessional. We booked an online appointment and visited the place also almost an hr before. We were asked to wait so we waited outside the store as we had small kid with us. They said they will call us during our turn. However instead of calling us they keep on taking the other walk-in customers who came after us. We had to wait for a long hrs. They were aware that we had a small baby with us but still they were very unprofessional to us. This is a very inappropriate and unprofessional behavior. Will never visit this store again nor recommend it.

Just had my first post-covid haircut from Chris and it also just happens to be one of the best cuts Ive had in a while. 10/10 would recommend.

The wait was less than five minutes, but the cut was mediocre and way too expensive. I had no wash, no special requests, the hair dresser used no product, didnt even blow dry my hair when done, and their refreshing towel was nowhere in sight.

I have had Holly cut & color my hair for the last year. She is no longer there and it is very disappointing that the staff will not give me her new location.

Worst experience in my life, very unprofessional and I had a cut on my lips because of the clippers they used to trim my mustache. Won’t visit again here. The haircut was irregular.

Excellent cut, friendly cutter, but the floor is filthy dirty, hasnt been cleaned in a year or more.

Rude in the phone, slow at cleaning and talk too much with each other. As a result and Regaldess of my booked appointment in advance, I had to wait for over 40 minutes. Two other appointments were overlapped. It defeated the purpose. They raised all the prices despite covid. Bad business.

First time back in a salon since covid. My wife has been cutting my hair at home. Saw Michael. Super nice personality, on time and great cut. The salon was very clean and it was just the two of us in there. I felt completely safe and will definately go back.

2 year customer for family and small child. Waited 35 minutes or so inside the shop to find out that new people coming in were using the app to skip ahead of us. people there shrugged and were indifferent. Had to leave with my 5 year old and go somewhere else - I suggest you do the same - or use the app to cut in front of the suckers that are sitting there.Id probably just suggest to go to a place and get a better haircut honestly - the talent seems to widely vary here.

I only waited about 10 minutes. I’m 60 years old, and I got the best, nicest looking cut I’ve ever had. The stylist understood exactly what I wanted and executed it beautifully. The salon was immaculate, and they had a huge selection of products. My stylist didn’t even mention products, no pressing sale. Overall great excellent.

Shout Out to ASHLEY!! She was very sweet, honest, and helpful when I came in today. She guided me in the right direction as to what could be done for my hair based on her tools and techniques. Very professional.

I have to agree about Alicia. I have been going to a large number stylists over the years. It is hard to find a place that has the same employees month after month. Every time you go back you have to retrain the stylist and you still dont get what you want. Until now!!! I was not expecting to go to Super Cuts, but I was doing other things in Warwick so I thought I would take a chance. Alicia was next in line so I went with her. I gave her about 30 seconds of instruction on what I wanted and 15 minutes later I had exactly what I wanted! I went back to her for the next cut to see if she was a fluke. I got the exact same cut as I had before! She is the real deal. She will all so bring up the conversation you left off with the last time you were in. I live in Bristol-I have no issue of going all the way up to Warwick to see Ashley. She is jut that good.

Reasonable prices and they always do a good job. Ive been there many times and have never had the same hairdresser twice and I always get a good cut. Its also pretty quiet in there (which is just a personal preference of mine) and the hairdressers are very friendly.

If I could give this place a solid zero, I would. The hairdresser was clueless how to cut a simple mens haircut. I had to guide her through it. After she ruined the top with poor scissor job, I asked her to correct it with clippers. And she did, but she completely buzzed my head off! If you have a professional job, that would be the last choice for anyone. I had to request another person to correct the disaster as the final clippers look was just as awful. One advice......stay away. Oh, and yes, they told me it was on the house. What made them think I was going to pay for the terrible job and service they provided?Good bye, Supercuts!

Worst place ever. Didnt even let me eat the hair, nevermind the scissors. The cops came because i called them. When they asked what the problem was, i had said that the Supercuts peeps wouldnt let me eat the hair, the scissors, the air, the hair dryer, or any of the hair care products. The cops soon shut down the place for 24 hours, and I became agitated that the workers swept my luscious, delicious hair into the street. Hated it.

I have to say i go to alot of supercuts and this by far one of the most unprofessional business i have ever come across. I sat in there for 42 minutes with three people in front if me. Then when all the hairdresser where done with tje clients the all disappeared into the back of the salon wit out even giving me a acknowledgement. So at this point i walked out and will never come here again.

My sister got the worse hair cut ever. She said she was scared to get hairs cuts because the person always messes up, and it happened again. She asked for a lob- shorter in the back longer in the front. Yeah that didn’t happen it was all one length and very very short. She is not happy with it at all. All the lady did the whole time was talk about her child. SONT GO THERE!!!

Very disappointed with service. Apparently eating the hair off the ground may make their customers uncomfortable. Didnt appreciate it when the cops showed up. Would not recommend for high-end intellectuals like me. 🗿🤪

I agree with other reviews, so many employees come and go that theres no consistency in service. One day theres someone that listens and does a good job, another day, my teen son gets an elderly womans style haircut. Not planning to return.

As soon as I arrived to this disgusting place I was greeted by the most intimidating door EVER! I stood outside for over 3 MINUTES until someone asked me to MOVE?!?!?!?!?!? THEY JUST SHUFFLED UP AND EXPECTED ME TO MOVE AN THEY THOUGHT THAT THEY COULD OPEN THE DOOR!! I think that they were actually Elon Musk because they just pushed the door and it opened. Once I got inside I was told to wait for some one to be available even though there were many open seats (I think that this place runs on BRIBES!!!) I wasnt going to be bribed so I wait and finally I got a seat but then they trapped me in a blanket and I couldnt move!!! THEN THEY STARTED TRYING TO CUT MY HAIR LIKE I WAS THE FOOD!!!!! I was finally saved after a bunny toilet called Michael burst through the door and RREEEEETTTTTED. I joined him in this call and we scared everyone out. After everyone was gone we got to eat all of the remaining hair and even though I lost my hair I just got to eat back. Eventually the fun ended when the normies bribed us out with chicken tendes but overall this was a great experience because I got chicken tendes and hair for free so overall I would give this five stars!! 🗿🗿🗿
