Couldnt find the stuffI was looking for was a disaster boxes scattered everywhere , Shelves were bare not just in one spot either only place that looked 1/2 decent was down food and paper products..2 stacks of bath towels but Couldnt get to them stuff piled in front of them buggies all sitting around full of stuff pulled off the shelves if it was stock day they should have been getting truck done not tearing down shelves all over the store creating a bigger mess.Didnt give change back unless you used your card. Had a dog toy and a cow bell on the counter to call someone up when you were ready to check out. Though DG service was all about customer service being number 1 it wasnt here. Definately would not recommend this store!!!

Very informative. The people who gave their time to us were very kind, very knowledgeable about the sales, what people want and do not want, and the hours they service people. They were kind, efficient, and very co-operative with everything. The sales were very lucrative! I was very happy with the service, the amount of quality I got for my buck, and the sales. I like this Dollar General...You have to catch this one on Van Dyke when its not crowded, as you will be waiting in line for a while. This one is very close to me, but I go to the one on Dequindre near 12 Mile...I just get better selections & Hey No long waiting time!!

This location was a bit chaotic and the floors needed attention, but it was well stocked. The cashier was a bit tense and short but efficient in keeping the line down.

The store was clean today. In these times I dont thing that a worker should be in the store alone.

When I want to go to a really good Dollar Store I go to Dollar General they have a very good selection and everything is a very good reasonable price. They did a few changes which is very excellent. But you never have to wait long to check out and everyone is very understanding.

I shop there almost daily seeing as though I work next door. Normally the service is ok but not today. My boss and I walk in and two workers immediately told me I had to leave because I was wearing a back pack. ( my briefcase)I was a bit surprised seeing as I shop there daily but I said ok that’s fine and then turned to my boss who also had on a back pack and a purse. They said she was good and could stay but I had to leave my backpack or wait for her outside.I will NOT be shopping there ever again and I plan on telling everyone I know not to as well.

I shop at the Dollar General on Telegraph and Eureka Rd in Taylor, Michigan ....I absolutely love this store because of the staff...they have great customer service skills...always pleasant and helpful....Kudos to the Entire Staff.....THANK YOU!!!

I would never say the staff is rude, just really busy at times. I see the rude people they have to deal with and they are a lot nicer than I would be. The store is always neat (I am there a lot because it is right at the end of my street ). 5 stars from me!

The staff is ok just not super helpful or friendly. There are as polite as they need to be but I like to see employees engage with their customers and offer to help.
