Rude! First they told us customer service was wrong when we were sent to the store. Another lady stepped in and said they have a way of doing that now. They didn’t have instock what we needed as per att customer service. I asked if they could check the other stores. They said WE could call since they don’t have a way to look it up.Doesn’t mean they couldn’t call!!!! I mentioned that, and one girl said that I could just google the number!!! Customer service was AWEFUL!!! If I could give zero stars I would!

I was very disappointed I have a medical condition and cant wear a mask he made me wait outside.. My Samsung phone wont charge so I ask him to check it he said it was the port hole.. Ask him if they had another Samsung he said that they were out of stock.. So I bought an LG phone told me he couldnt transfer my information. When I got home I check my Samsung there was nothing wrong with the port hole just needed cleaned. I feel like he just wanted to sell me a new phone. Seriously thinking of changing service

Since becoming a 3rd party store this place is horrible. They charge fees that AT&T doesn’t such as activation and a “porting” charge even for AT&T customers switching from prepaid to a regular plan. They are rude as well.

They’re supposed to open at 10 the person running the store didn’t have it open, we waited 20 minutes past 10 and they still weren’t open. Very disappointed.

They r trying to charge me a big bill that has went to my credit that I dont even owe. Tried to take care of it an got switched back an forth all day long for 3 hours an nothing still got taken care of

Stopped in today to do a little business with AT&T office in Wabash. I guess I got done partially what I needed to get done. Matt was more interested in selling me an insurance policy or new phones for my mother and myself. anything other Than help me with my phone issues. In years past being with AT&T before they were AT&T it was Centennial I was a customer then as well. All the times before all the attendance would help with my phone issues Didn’t seem to matter. email. ringtones. it didn’t matter they were helpful. Not this time.

I purchased a Samsung Note 9, otter box case and screen protector from this store. Yesterday i dropped my phone and the screen protector literally popped off and spider web cracks in it. So I think no big deal it has a warranty. Not only will store not replace nor return it, come to find out to get the replacement I had to register it, not a big deal but on-top of that pay for shipping which was one fourths the cases value. So I just got not my job from them. I purchased items based on what was told to me, not fact. Dont spend your time looking for help at this store, its wasted.

No customer service whatsoever. When asking about an error in my bill, I was told by Brooke, “we’re a sales store, not customer service.” Then she sarcastically told me to have a wonderful day and gave me a number for customer service that didn’t end up being the correct one. It was a very unprofessional and unhelpful trip to the store.

No place is perfect but if you want personal attention for your phone needs then this is the place. Very clean and roomy place,Come on in and take a picture with the Justice League Standee!Lisa & Sylva put this together and they are an awsome I.C. team!

I was in the store for 20 mins looking for a case for my iPhone 6 not only did they not have any the employees sat on their phones and never once said hello welcome or anything about helping me the one lady looked at me with a scowl on her face never once did anyone stand up from their chairs or get off their phones I was the only person in the store without a att shirt or name tag abdolutly a discrace to the company every one of them should be reprimanded!!
