My daughter and I got pedicures. They took us right away. My daughter got her first pedicure she loved it. They guy was so nice to her and made her feel so comfortable. We were happy campers when we left.

At first, the quick service and no wait time was promising. All I wanted was gel color- no manicure as I was in a hurry. As she was taking off my regular polish she asked about the manicure and I replied that I am on a time limit. She said I can do it in 20 minutes. I responded with okay. I picked my color and the service continued. The actual gel manicure was fine but there was no lotion or hand massage that normally happens. She grabbed the wrong color but I didn’t really notice until after I left. The color she painted was close and not horrible- but not the one I had chosen. The actual experience of my nails painted and a quick manicure was pleasant and no problems.Come to find out when I go to pay- it’s $38!Mind you, this was not a complete manicure either. On top of that, she had shared that the polish I chose was $5 extra - but this was not mentioned by anyone when I chose the color.This is not professional and should have been shared by either of the two people that helped me. The manicure should have been adjusted for not having it fully completed.It felt like I was being taken advantage of and this is just wrong. The prices should be shared to the customer before the service takes place or during- if the price is going to increase so the customer can decide for themselves if they still want that add on or service.

The staff are friendly and very conscientious! They did an excellent job on my feet. We were passing through town and I needed a pedicure after being on the road traveling around the country for 2 months. If I lived here, Id be back all the time. It is a great place to go!

The best place in visa I’ve gone too so far!

My niece and her friend worked all week to save up enough money to go to Starbucks and then to the nail salon. My niece got round tips for $48 and her friend got active length square tip for $40 comes out $88 plus tax $96. By the time they came back to the house 2 of my nieces friends nails had broke and one of the nail were put in upside down and crooked. I took them back to get them fix. I had to pick up my son from an active he was at so the girls walked back to my house and I took them home. They told me they charged them an extra $20. A total of $116.00 they charged to 2 12 year old girls. NEVER will I use this store nor will I recommend. Nails don’t even last but maybe 8 days and you know they talk about people in the salon in their native language.

She’s the best!Unhappy how they don’t take visa or credit card how they did before had to take out cash from their new ATM and don’t have the option to take out the amount they charged me had to take out more then what I had to! When I first checked in, under where it says acrylic nails it says $30. The lady I had was very nice but didn’t tell me what I wanted would’ve cost more. I got blue tips and almond shape making the total $53. My nails look terrible and look like they are falling off already after getting them done today. Then the man made my mom tip him $7 for doing a bad job on her toe nails. I will never be going back.

My pedi went well. The gal that tended to me was nice. My daughter got a gel polish so I figured they would trim her nails no problem. The gal that tended to my daughter charged her to trim her nails and not all needed trimming . Its the highest Ive ever seen charged. Isnt that suppose to be part of the service. Other than that it was on a scale of 1-10 a 7 service n work preforned

Definitely deserves a five star today! I had a little bit of mommy time to myself so I came to get a mani pedi. I was out in less than an hour on time to get back home to my baby! They were quick and still did an amazing job! My nails look great!

They didn’t clean the tools they used for my nails and they messed them up and when I asked them to fix them they said there was nothing they could do. Do not recommend. They also cut me 3 times while doing my nails!

I had my nails done on Thursday and on Friday I noticed they were already peeling/ coming off. I called on Monday at 930 am and they said they were too busy to fix. When I decided to go in they talked to each other the entire time in a language I don’t understand but I could tell they were talking about me.Finally the took them off for me, I didn’t even want a re-do, I just wanted them off because they looked awful. I will not come here anymore

I have really enjoyed coming here, it’s close to home and very convenient. It’s a place me and my mom felt comfortable going to. I will probably continue coming here, but I just wish some of the workers there weren’t so pushy. There’s a lady in particular there that is. I went to get a pedicure and she asked me to pick the spa package I wanted and I picked the Basic spa package for $25 + $10 more for gel, and she told me my choice was “boring” I thought it was extremely rude. You don’t comment on what a customer chooses. Maybe it was affordable to me and sometimes I just want my toes painted and to just relax, I don’t need all of the extra things that come with it. So after that day I was hoping I wouldn’t get her again. Then the next time I go, I got her again. And once again, she was trying to pick and choose for me my spa package, and judging what I chose. Also trying to pick my colors for me and putting down the colors I picked. There’s a difference from trying to suggest and actually telling me what to do. If it continues to happen I will not be coming here anymore, or I will refuse her and ask for someone else.

The place was clean and i love how they do my nails they are also the workers are very kind.

Hogam is amazing. I am very picky with my acrylics and I told him everything I wanted and he did it a million times better. I even told him I’m very sensitive around my cuticles and he made sure to be very careful. There was no wait at all. I will continue to go back.

This salon is under new ownership and the upgrades the new owner has made are awesome. They have installed a nail bar and will soon spoil you with champagne or a glass of wine wine while you relax and get the pampering you deserve. Everything was ... okay. The people were friendly, the place was clean, and the music was relaxing! I knocked off a star because the massage I received during my pedi wasn’t great, the wax on my feet was incredibly hot, and he exfoliated the tops of my feet entirely too much — to the point that I was in pain.

I have gone here for years as it is close to my home. I have found Hogue to be the best of the best in this salon. I do have gel done on my toes and it last for weeks. The gel on my nails maybe two weeks if I am lucky. I really like this salon and the people.

This place employes terrible techs. Cant paint nails or file straight OR admit they are wrong. Then the tech wants to argue with you. Dont waste your money here. You will be disappointed.

I was there on Tuesday to get a fill. The guy at the bar complained the whole time about his boss. As soon as I got home I noticed nails were not properly painted and still had acryclic edges sticking out. I went back next day to get it fixed and they guy just ran the metal drill on the back breaking my original nail. Went back a third time as I was typing tow of my nails broke. I asked for my money back and the owner was a jerk and ignored me. I had to settle for half my money. I will never go back and I do not recommend this place to anyone.

WORST NAIL PLACE IN VISALIA!!!! VERY RUDE!!! I went in to get a color change which is $15 dollars but the nail tech wanted to charge me $20. I called him out on it and he tried arguing with me at first but then agreed to $15. Throughout my visit they would NOT stop asking me about where I had gotten acrylic nails done. I couldnt remember the name!! They just kept harassing me about it so I couldnt even enjoy my visit!! It was annoying!! Then he didnt dry my gel nail polish properly so it got messed up. I went back so they can fix it and they told me they close at 7. It was 6:50 and to come back tomorrow. How is that my problem? Because I already paid they dont care about my bad polish. What lazy people! Do the job right! When people asked why my polish was so bad I let them know it was these people. I came back the next day and the tech said he would only do the left big toe, which was the worst one, but would not redo both feet. After arguing some more he finally agreed, but not before saying something in Vietnamese in an angry tone. No brainer about who he could have been talking about. In the end I got the polish on both feet redone but the arguing was really not necessary. But if I hadnt argued, then Id be walking around with one good toe redone and the other nine would have looked terrible. I thought this place was called NICE NAILS false advertisement. Not coming back, I would never recommend this place to anyone. They are rude, talk badly about you in a different language, its no wonder why they only had 2 other customers when I walked in on a Saturday afternoon! Take your business elsewhere to a POLITE place that takes pride in their work, will provide satisfactory service, unlike these lazy people, who wont mind redoing bad work, and wont try to rip you off like a bunch of crooks!!

Horrible experience. My toe nail polish wiped off by the time i got home from their hot wax deal. The people were rude. My gel manicure is already chipped and it hasn’t even been a full day. What a waste of money.

Pedicures are good, but DO NOT get a gel manicure here!! The guy who did mine filled the gel onto my skin and theyre lifting and peeling after only 3 days. Waste of time and money.

Never had a problem here.. Language barriers always an issue but once I get through that my nails always look good when they are finished....

She cut my cuticle and didnt sanitize of the tools she was using to clean it. Then she put nail glue on my cuticle that was covered in cotton, so I had cotton stuck to my cut. She didnt apply the nail polish evenly, even after two coats. And she tried to cover up the Im uneven spots with glitter. It was the worse nail place Ive been yo by far.

Very unhappy with service there wanted a matte burgundy color somehow the color is an ugly chocolate brown color some nails are messed up too. Didnt get offered anything to drink no champagne or water and I read it says they do that there sorry place to go

Worst mani/pedi of my life. My friend and I went and got a gel mani/pedi, they rushed (and I mean RUSHED) and didnt even try to make it look good. Looked terrible, gel was filled onto our skin which caused the gel polish to lift and peel within two days. Paid $104 for both of us for a HORRIBLE job. Never going back.

They suck at polishing nails, the customer service is terrible, the only one worth giving your money to is the lady that works there. Other than that dont expect to get tour moneys worth for upgrading to a deluxe pedi 😒

Twice Ive had my acrylics done by Tony. Both times they lasted 3-4 weeks no joke. Other full sets Ive had else where lasted only 2 weeks.

Worst service ever my nails turned yellow and were coming off after 2 days I came back in and they wanted me to leave and come back in an hour after they kept saying they didnt do it when I finally stood there and waited the lady kept calling me crazy for standing and not wanting to sit down worst customer service ever mind you I had to explain myself to like 6 people before they decided they would fix my nails

They reuse the sponges they put between your toes. Very unsanitary and can pass disease from customer to customer.
