Paid 40 plus tip for full clean. At first glance the car looked fine when I got inside realized the front window had water marks and was not cleaned. And they had scratched the driver windows tint. There was obvious white lines on the window. Thinking it was just dirty I got a microfiber towel and cleaned it myself but didn’t come off. Went back to talk to the manager he said he sees them and was going to clean it. Which he tried to but still didn’t not come off. Asked him what could have caused it he said its happened a few times before from the machine. He said he was going to call the owner to see what he can do. The owner came yelling saying none of his products can cause this that everything is “plant based” we told him the cleaner guy admitted to scratching it and said it’s happened a few times before. He continued to yell and say we didn’t understand the cleaner and none of his products can ever cause this and yelling to get off the car to see how none of his stuff can cause this. At this point I was fed up and just left because there was no point in talking to owner. The cleaners were very nice about the issue and tried to find ways to help. But the owner is horrible completely disregarding anything that had to be said. Don’t go unless u want your windows to be scratched and to be yelled at by the owner.

Have come three times, tow our of those they had had to redo. I do not have time to waste, this place has both time own up to their mistake yet do it again. The management is nice enough to take care of the issue but will no be coming back. You can tell not all associates care about finishing the job. They had admitted and not cared about if the job was done right, they just say that they do their best

Horrible they dont clean your car right! The owner is very rude when you make a complain. The wait is horrible. Save your money ! The service is so unprofessional and rude!

Has been my go to car wash for many years. Could use a few upgrades but Ive never had complaints.

The dryers in the drive through car wash werent set correctly to dry my vehicle but they hand dried it for me at no extra cost. so that was nice. The staff were good; friendly without being over familiar. They were also able to suggest the correct wash for me when I asked not just the most expensive option.

I got my trucks seats shampoo, but had to take it back the next day to get it all done over. The manager was good about correcting the problem

They did a great job, they are fast and detailed. The price is reasonable, about $25 and the do the inside as well.

Aging facility doesnt look like much is done for upkeep. Carwash options poorly communicated in signage.Twice Ive paid for a car wash only to get in line and find out that option wasnt available. the only redemption was the polite staff at the counter on both occasions.

Left my car with them for a detail inside and out. Came back to find unknown dirt in the back seat and found out it was due to a cleaners shoe. They also had me waiting after I left the car with them for an hour.My gaming house and I usually do our own cleans, and I will go back to that from now.

Great place! They do a wonderful job!! 4 Stars b/c they close at 5 during the winter, and its impossible to get there on weekdays with a job. It would be great if they were open just another 30 to 60 minutes.

I use to work here and i knew we did a good job but now the workers take their time to clean the vehicle. Still had plenty of water left over leaving water spots all over my windows and down the sides of the car. Was a hand dry but wasnt a very good one is all i can say

Wow!! My experience with the pros at Cypress Car Wash was amazing. They handled my vehicle as if it was their own. For all my cleaning needs I definitely recommend the Cypress Car Wash professionals.👍

Used to be good. Not anymore. People off the street blocking all the vacuums and the employees obviously dont care, why would they. There are definitely better options in town.

If you just want a simple car wash exterior only it pretty quick. If you are waiting for the full service to do the interior youre going to have a very very long wait, sometimes more than 60 minutes and it is not worth the cost.Update, I have been on there 1 year member program and my vehicle has numerous scratches and small dings that I have finally noticed all throughout. I will not be going there ever again. And I recommend you look at your vehicle carefully if youre using them.

Aloha, Captain Stan here in Visalia California. First of all I dont like the TOWN! CANT wait to get back to Honolulu.I took the RENTAL CAR here to have it detailed before returning it. They were slow and didnt care that I was on a schedule. This place is just AVERAGE. There are better car washes on Mooney Blvd!!

Prices are much higher than every other car wash on town. They do an okay job, but they constantly close early. The last 2 times I went, I arrived at 4:00 and closing at 4:30. they told me only doing exterior washes.My biggest complaint is that they don’t really vacuum. They just use compressed air. When they were cleaning the interior, the staff pull floor matts and used compressed air to blow all the dirt out of them. that sent a cloud of dust all over my car, which had just been washed...

I absolutely Love having my car detailed by my car care provider, Baptist. Very respectful young man, and his knowledge and experience is shown in his quality of work.Ive seen car owners come thru the wash with completely foul cars, yet Baptist smiles, greets the client and gets right to business. 1 of the Main reasons I keep coming back!!!

I got my car detailed there. The girls who cleaned it did not miss anything, just about everything I could see had been gone over. I was very happy with how clean it was. I would have given 5 stars but if I have just gone through the wash and not had them detail the outside of the car, the rear window and bumper were still dirty and were covered in suds. I wondered if it was just my car so I watched a few more come out of the wash and I saw some what of the same thing. As far as Im concerned I will always have them do the inside and out after the wash.

The car wash does a subpar job and when the board reads towel dry that means be sure to bring your own towel because you will need to do some additional drying. Any other car wash in town is better.

Paid for the exterior deluxe, which is supposed to include hand drying along with several other services, ended up driving home to finds large amounts of water spots and streaks. Poor service.

It seems everytime I come to this car wash, I have to wait 30 minutes before anyone will even look at my car (full interior service). I sit and watch other cars, who appear to be receiving the same service, finish and leave before they even start mine. Today, Ive watched as three cars were serviced before mine. If you come here, make sure you have a lot of spare time.The actual car wash is fine and the interior service is okay too. They just seriously lack in customer service.

Was a regular customer until today. They would not honor their online coupon “the websites been hacked”. Wanted 20 bucks instead of the usual 12.99. Take down the coupons then, that’s false advertising and it’s illegal. Frauds.

I miss this place tremendously!!! Please can you put in a franchise up here in Walla Walla Washington? They take 3x as long and cost twice the price up here. :( They need more competition.

They are friendly and they spend the time to give your vehicle a good cleaning. Sometimes the buffing with a dry rag, at the end of the exterior wash, has left my windows a little smeared, but overall a great carwash.

I work here as of now and I love working with everyone they are all really nice and are totally dedicated to their work they always show me ways I can get faster and better at drying the cars and the schedule is very flexible

Wow, after reading some of these reviews I wondered if I was at the same carwash! Maybe not the same level of service as Red Carper, but my vehicles have always come away clean inside and out if I get full service. Id say its a good carwash.

This is a carwash that others should follow for standards. I have been though few dozen of car washes and none can touch this one.Always tip too, the work speaks for itself.

This use to be a good carwash but lately the quality of the wash has gone down hill. After I got my car washed there I got home and it looked terrible!!! It looked literally like it had been hosed down and was still dirty. When I took it back to get it redone in was told in should have brought it back the same day. Like I have time for that! I wont go back ever.

The people are rude and always look very pissed off. I have been there 3 times and wont go back i always feel like ive done something wrong after i leave. It sucks going to a place where everyone is mad, and they all look at you like like like they hate you i have never had one person smile or tell me to have a good day thanks for coming.These people need to learn what customer service is and how it goes along way with people.

Paid 9.99$ when I got to the store o realized the whole back end of my car was still dirty?! I went back drove back through the wash. Then pulled into their parking stall. This time it was only half dirty and the tires were super sloppy, where armor all was literally slapped on. So now armor all is splattered on the side of my car.. I would have gone to complain but I didnt have time after going through TWICE.
