Brought in my 2010 Dodge Ram for a buff and wax and instead sprung for the ceramic coating and I must say money well spent!!! They took an 11 year old truck and made it look brand spankin new!! I was just about speechless when I saw my car! It looked absolutely wonderful!!! My 2018 vehicle looked better than a brand new paint job off the lot. My husband and I have taken all three of our BMWs to Dustin and always receive compliments. A recent dealership was even surprised as to how wonderful and clean my 2017 BMW looked. Ceramic is the way to go!!! Water just beads off! Amazing!

The self-service lane had a much cheaper option than the full-service lane, and completely removed the bugs from my hood. The manual prewash technician really made a difference. Great job! My car was not completely dry afterwards though, recommend bringing a microfiber or chamois towel of your own for your windows.

Came here for the $60 dollar wax detail service on my mustang, seemed good at first untill I started to noticing lots of corners being cut, my exterior chrome trim untuched and large areas of my interior was skipped and undusted . My be Im nit picking but for $60 plus a tip just to receive sub par wash service is unacceptable. Triple check these guys work!

Bonnema’s was fantastic! I never really write reviews but I was so impressed that I had to. My car is the cleanest it’s ever been, including when we purchased it from the dealer. The owner even filled my tires up (one was dangerously low and I didn’t even realize it.) also, the price was very fair for everything they do. I will never go anywhere else to take care of my cars, thank you Bonnemas!

My fiance Jeff bought me a new Tahoe and it had some water spots that were difficult to get out. So Giant Chevrolet sent it to Bonnemas Auto Detail for Dustin to take care of. Well it turns out that Jeff has known Dustin for years and decided since the Tahoe was going there we might was well have a color correction and ceramic coating done, we picked the one for 5 years. You may wonder why a brand new car would need a color correction, but they do. Sometimes the paint just doesnt shine the way it should or there can be spots that are a little dull. When we got the Tahoe back, the reflection is like looking in a mirror. I have never seen anything like it in my life! The Tahoe looks incredible. It is also protected from the elements now and wont get water spots. Dustin and Jeff also surprised me and wrapped the Chevy bow ties with my favorite color purple! I love the way the Tahoe looks now and highly recommend Dustin if you want to make your new or used car shine like never before AND protect the paint. He was professional and easy to work with! All around fantastic experience!

The work was excellent. The only problem was that I dropped off the car at 8 am did not get the to pick up my vehicle until 130 pm. Next time ... I plan to stay there and wait till its done. Maybe if I was there... They would have finished earlier. But, all together these guys did a fabulous, Great job on performance.

Took my BMW here for a simple wash. While I was going through the wash, I heard something hit the back of my car. When the wash was done, I got out and looked and sure enough there is a dent and a scratch! When I brought it to their attention, I was told the manager wasnt there, but Id get a phone call within the hour. NO ONE has even tried to call me about this! Im going to have to handle it a different way, on my own. Thats really disappointing! Thanks a lot guys! Smh.. PLEASE, DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!

I was hesitant to venture away from my regular detailer. He became busy with his day job and recommend I check them out. The guy did an excellent job and went above and beyond to make sure my car looked good. My Subaru looks brand new again after 60,000 miles of being neglected. I will not hesitate to return.

My car came back from the lake absolutely disgusting (dog hair, sand, food). I choose to do the full service the works package, they did an amazing job!The guy paid so much deatil to my car, he moved seats, he vacuumed, he scrubbed the mats, he made sure my car looked brand new!This is the best car wash I have been to in a long time! First time trying this place after hearing good reviews... well first and last... my regular place (cypress) was closed so decided to try this place yes service was quick tbh a little to quick because interior was done well but exterior water spots all over & still dirty. I stood outside & even got a towel to try to remove as much spots as I could & an employee comes and tells me you didn’t like it to which I pointed out all the spots to which he stated well the car was dirty. Hello, it’s a car wash I know the car was dirty which is why I paid to get it washed & fully cleaned... it was the Fourth of July so maybe they wanted to leave early but they still had two hours before their post closing time for that day so I mean if they weren’t going to do a good job then the should have just closed earlier.

Took both vehicles in today and was lucky enough to have Sylvia clean both. She did a wonderful job. 5 stars!

The last few times I’ve been here, there’s been an anarchy symbol spray painted on their building right by the wash entrance. Come on guys, this is a very easy fix.Edit: Graffiti was removed. Im a former Fresno restaurant manager and I can say the sooner you get it removed, the less likely theyll do it again. Just show them you have more money and paint than them and theyll find another place to tag.(I dont have the option to remove the photo or I would)

My husband spent $60 on a car wash here and they didn’t do a very good job washing the outside of the car. The interior looked good but when you spend $60 on a wash you expect them to get the dirt off the outside of the truck. We came in on a Saturday so maybe it’s just because they were busy but the staff was rude to my husband and didn’t give the customer service we thought we would receive. My husband use to get his truck detailed by the owner of this car wash before he had this business and knows that he is very detailed and friendly so we were quiet disappointed with the staffs’ behavior and job on the exterior.

I have been coming here for quite awhile now. I buy the monthly package and for good reason. Its simply the best service in town. Yes Ive tried all the others and they just dont compare. Ive never had a bad experience here..EVER.They have a detail package to take out swirl marks and scratches that is unreal. My truck looks great inside and out. Finally a detail friendly care wash you can count on. One VERY happy customer.

They did a very good job hand washing and waxing my very dirty, bug splattered car.Have arthritis in my hands, I would have been out if commission at least 4 days if I had done this myself.Highly recommend this service, got me out in under an hour.

Waited 45 minutes for them to dry and do interior with 1 person working on my 4 door Jeep Wrangler, but in the meantime a 4 door Silverado and Yukon XL come after me and leave before and both vehicles had 2 people a piece on them. Was told it’s NYE and they sent people home and no manager was available to be talked to. Usually this place does a stellar job but this time it seemed like everyone was mentally checked out.

First timer... purchased the works. I didnt realize that meant I would have to work. ( I didnt see a time clock to punch in unfortunately) The dryer seems to have weak pressure. left water all over the trunk, bottom of sides, front bumper...etc. First and last time... live and learn.

While our first wash didn’t turn out the way we’d hoped, the owner took time to listen to our concerns and explained to us why it didn’t meet our expectation (leaving months of grim and dust to build up wasn’t the best idea). We appreciated the time and dedication he took into meeting our expectations and our car hasn’t looked these nice since we drove it off the lot

I went to the car wash for the first time and had a car wash I was not happy with and posted an unfavourable review. I was contacted by the owner who expressed his concern about my unhappiness. He offered to have me come back in and let him give me a free car wash. He personally took control of my vehicle after riding through the car wash and made sure that my truck got the full and proper treatment. It looked great just like the day I drove it off of the lot.The key is that this car wash does a quality job and has a strict set of standards. However as in every business there are going to be employees who just go through the motions and do not possess the abilities to carry out the vision or the mission statement of ownership. If that is the case and that happens to you just take a minute and ask for Dustin the owner who will make sure that your car meets or exceeds your expectations.I will definitely use this car wash in the future.

Paid $25 for a crappy wash very disappointed never coming here again. I understand the wash won’t do a spotless job but come on I wanted the inside vacuumed well! I took everything out of car to make it easier so they can clean it well I ended up vacuuming it at the gas station afterwards 25$ down the drain.

Came here on 8/11/17 because the reviews were great. Did the top full service cleaning and reminded the young man cleaning to move the seats in back when vacuuming.Came back to it 40min later and it was supposedly done. Floor in the back was not vacuumed at all, the only window washed inside was the windshield. Both mirrors still had bugs on them and non of the back seats were vacuumed.For a full service car wash I would expect more, regardless of the cost.

I rated five stars for customer service, the owner is a fair and decent man. I had damage to my bumper caused by the big black truck in front of me. The owner of the truck did not take his white buckets out and they blew out, getting stuck under my car. Bent my bumper under and damaged it. This man did not even stop, he had to see his buckets flying out. Very rude and irresponsible.The owner offered to take care of any damage. This is a business man who cares about his costumers and his business. Thank you so much for making everything right.

Waiting for my car, the place is empty and four employees are standing around chit-chatting with each other while 1 girl works on my car. Why cant they go help her to get done faster? No one seems to care that the paying customer ($24.99 for a freaking carwash!) is waiting. Never again.

Wish I could give 0 stars! Paid for a $60 exterior wash and detail for my car and the guy that did it did a horrible job! Water spots everywhere and side windows were still dirty unfortunately didn’t notice till I got to my destination 6 min away! Also a letter on the name plate on my trunk came off. I called and owner said he would compensate and do the wax himself unfortunately I got called into work and let him know and he said we would reschedule. When I finally went he wasn’t in and hasn’t got back to me. Horrible experience.

Simply put: this place does a significantly better job than the other drive thru car washes. I also like how tgr vacuum stations are set up- and theyre in the shade.

My car was left with a ton of water spots and still looks dirty. If thats not bad enough, i get home and notice 2 big scratches left on the new car that i just bought...very deep scratches.Those scratches were not there when i left to the car wash. This used to be a great place to wash your car but Im not sure what happened. I will not go back ever again. Very pis$ed off customer.

So this playuse to be cool but today I paid for a 10.00 wash and when I pulled up to the washing area thsrthsrtwaa only one employee. So I only got my car prewashed on one side!! Then when going through the wash the soap was not very thick. I do not think I got my money worth.

I took my van in on a weekday for a detail. I told the gentleman I was going to trade it in at the local dealership. I stressed how important it was for me to get this van clean since the trade in value would reflect my future purchase. I also had to ask him to take the vehicle in before I paid since I had just filed a claim with my bank. My debit card was cancelled on the spot since i had fraudulent transaction. He was hesitant at first then agreed that payment after would be fine. I had a chaotic morning at work before I left my van. Hours after I left the van 4 hours I realized I left my company ipad in the van. When we returned to pick the van up my ipad was put into a plastic bag along with other belongings. I honestly did not expect it to be there. In the past my son had left his gameboy in the van and when we got the van back it vanished.I will recommend anyone to Stonebrook Car Wash. Thank you again.
