You always are told what was wrong and how fixed with good detail shown on receipt .Gino excels in his business; is personable and patient. . Prices are reasonable. I was unable to gain access to any of the business software programs on one of the partitions I had created on my hard drive. I brought my tower into Gino on 7/1/2015. He took the time to review the issue with me and I was back up and running the same day. Turned out I had a glitch in the software program I had used to partition my hard drive and Gino gave me recommendations to correct the error which I was able to do on my own. Gino from ACS was highly recommended to me. I tried him about 9 months ago when my computer crashed and was blown away by his knowledge and his ability to speak to me about computers and not speak down to me. The biggest surprise was cost.....I was told by others I needed a new computer. ACS had me up and running in less than a day for much, much less than a new computer. Gino just left my office (on a Saturday morning) after installing improvements I asked for, again the cost was extremely affordable. I now have a better machine than new and not even close to the what I had expected to pay for new. I have HIGHLY recommended ACS to others and they are now fans also!

ACS came highly recommended to me. I called him and simply described the situation to him - I have a laptop and was unable to open more than one window at a time on the internet. I kept getting connection problems and server connection timed out messages. We discussed my internet connection provider. He suggested I call them and have them check my line. I had spoke to my routing company about not being able to connect to my internet for 72 hours, trying all kinds of things I was still unable to get on.
