Recently had them install Pergo Extreme vinyl plank flooring in most of our house. We were a little uneasy about it because of the higher cost but they answered all of our questions and as you can see they did a great job. A couple of plank ends separated slightly after install but they came back and easily fixed them. This is a great local place to work with! 👍

Carpet USA gave me the easiest carpet replacing experience. I had a month time frame of when needed it installed. I was so discouraged shopping around because nothing I like was not in stock, or backed up with install.Carpet USA had three carpets that I liked in stock. They came and did an estimate and had it installed in a day. The estimate gentleman was easy to ask questions and work with. We had a couple come in and do all the install in a day. They did an amazing job and went above and beyond.Also, their pricing was affordable and install prices was very reasonable.Thank you carpet USA!

This place is a JOKE. I dropped good money here to have my kitchen counters redone and they managed to mess them all up. Im not even kidding, this has been one of the worst home project experiences Ive EVER had. Dont give these clowns your hard earned money.EDIT: I just saw the response from the owner. We needed a two day turnaround for getting our carpet installed and they were able to come out, give us an estimate, provide a carpet we loved and then get it installed in a very professional manner. Additionally, I called them at 7:45 in the morning the day I was looking and the nice lady Camryn answered ready to help immediately! Great family business!

Sales staff was great. Helped me pick out flooring for kitchen and half bath. I am a landlord neighbor let installer in to measure area. Installer was a supposed to call me with pertinent information. He never called and he never returned my phone call. Essentially he wasted my time and the sales staffs time.I ended up purchasing very nice flooring from Home Depot and installed it myself when time opened up. I wanted and was willing to pay someone to install flooring, I was very short on time.

Marvelous transaction from beginning to end! Camryn assisted my wife and I with trying to match an existing laminate floor that had just been discontinued by the manufacturer so we decided to replace the carpeting instead. She was patient, listened to our needs, answered all our questions and followed up with us. We purchased a former rental to own and live in. Bjorn came out right away and gave us a competitive estimate. After pulling up the old carpet, the installers gave us a heads up that the pet stains on the subfloor were numerous to say the least. We treated the floor with Zinsser stain blocker before the carpet was laid. Afterwards the whole house looked and smelled brand new! The quality of work was exemplary. We have noticed no errors in the work performed, and the installers Ron and Sherry were friendly, hard-working, and efficient folks. I would highly recommend using Carpet USA.

The whole process was terrific as was the end result! We were looking and learning about carpet at 4 stores. It’s such a big investment, we put a lot of effort into making sure we made a good choice. After a couple weeks we chose Carpet USA. They had a great selection, were very professional, and were able to get our carpet installed very quickly. The estimate was very thorough, asking about things I hadn’t thought of and the installation team did a fantastic job, too! We couldn’t be happier! They also recommended a finisher so we can have the scraps made into small rugs for the kitchen and runners for the hall— that’s really full service!

Great experience! From the day I walked into the door until job finished 8 days. Had our 2800sq ft house done with carpet and vinyl. Had to make some changes because they didnt have enough vinyl in stock of my first two choices. But they have such a great selection it wasnt hard to find another product I loved. Communication was awesome. Thank you Bjorn, Camryn and Taya for all your hardwork. Highly recommend.

Went in ready to buy new carpet for my whole house. Both employees were with other customers. Was told I would be helped shortly. I walked around for a good 15 minutes waiting for one of them to become available. One of the customers left and two other ladies walked in and the employee that said he would help me started helping them instead. Walked around for another 15 minutes and then left. Thought it was very rude they helped people that were just walking in instead of me that had been waiting.

Sales staff was great, very attentive and knowledgeable. Their turnaround time for installation is super short! Big plus for me

Great experience with Carpet USA. I had them replace the carpet in my master bedroom with laminate (Maria helped me pick out the perfect one) and put down new vinyl in one bathroom.

Needed flooring in a hurry and this was the place to go! Lots in stock, sales people help the process and away you go with your flooring. Ill be back for carpet - as they have installers also.
