Let me start this off by saying I never write reviews, But the service I received here was the best costumer service I have received anywhere. I was able to speak directly with the owner when I called, She was welcoming and wanted to do anything she could to make sure I was taken care of. I had my passenger window busted and my back windshield, they replaced everything within 1 1/2 hours and even made accommodations with me to be able to pick it up after they had closed. The work was very good my car looks amazing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I don’t leave reviews for the most part but when someone goes way out of their way to help someone else they deserve all the great attention! Not only did Jude answer her phone an hour before she even opened (I really had only intended to leave a voicemail) she moved mountains to get me into the shop and done in record time. I have never experienced so much great customer service but also the compassionate understanding that I needed my car so that I could do all the mom things I have to do on my days off. If you are looking for honest clean work please go see this shop! What turned out to be an incredibly horrible day actually ended with me crying because there are still decent humans out there that just want to do good work! Judy was incredibly helpful and so friendly in helping get our broken window replaced quickly and with top-notch results. They went out of their way to get the job done quickly and with perfect results.

We talked about windscreen replace with rubber n hardware. Got a quote that I was good with. Never gave me a call back when she said she would. Called the next morning first thing. Rushed over to get the windscreen installed. Then they wanted to charge me more for the rubber n hardware. Waste of time n money. For a 20+ year business, they sure dont know how to run it...They dont even deserve half a star!

$200 for an hour of work, I wish I got paid that kind of wage. Nobody was at the office to drop off my car, and one of the sashes wasnt installed properly.
