They have missed 7 appointments for the same issue. 3 times they went to the wrong address, twice they were unable to produce a valid reason for missing the scheduled appt, and two more times because someone was sick. I have called several times before each scheduled appointment and even on the day of the appointment to verify they had the correct address and that someone would be coming out. They confirmed each time. But on the day of, something always happens on their end. Our wheelchair is still unrepaired and the user of that wheelchair has fallen several times because of it. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

Weve been using them for a few years, and have had great experiences. Scott, one of the reps even met us in Portland at the Legacy Good Sam Seating Clinic to ensure that we got the perfect chair. When weve needed repairs or service, they have been prompt and efficient. The office staff has always been incredibly kind and helpful, as well.

AVOID IF AT ALL POSSIBLE. If you have the option of going through another company for new wheelchairs or existing wheelchair repairs I suggest doing it. I have been dealing with them for a few months now for the same repairs. They sent a tech out with the wrong parts and since then its been an ongoing struggle to get the right parts and get another technician out. They will get you scheduled for the next available appointment which is likely 3-4 weeks away. That appointment is only to have a technician out to diagnose the problem. Then you wait at least another month for the part to be ordered and delivered. Then they schedule the actual repair appointment for the next available appointment in another 3-4 weeks. They dont account for the fact that their techs get sick (as happens with everyone) or they dont stay with the company long enough to see this process through to the end. So, when nobody shows up to your 4 hour window at the scheduled appointment time you call, and find out your appointment was cancelled and nobody bothered to inform you. When your appointment are cancelled, they are more than willing to schedule you for the next available appointment. Im currently on hold with them trying to get in contact with a remote technician because the tech that was supposed to come service my chair today called in sick. Ive been dealing with the same issues on my wheelchair for over 6 months and they havent even ordered the parts to fix it yet.EDIT Oct 22, 2019The good news is, my parts are finally in. The bad news is I had an AM appointment for the tech to come complete the repairs today and, of course, nobody showed up. I emailed the service coordinator Ive been in contact with trying to get an update with no response from her. Ive called multiple times and sat on hold with the service department with nobody picking up after 10+ minutes. I would call the service coordinator directly, but the extension she gave me doesnt work. My coworkers ask me if my chair is ever going to be fixed and all I can say is I hope so. Im still on hold trying to figure out what happened today. Ive been on hold for 30 minutes, they close in another 30 minutes. I wonder if Ill get to talk to anyone today.

My mother has had her wheelchair for just a little over a year and and the motor has already malfunctioned. This happened Saturday and we called and were told they would fix it monday and/or bring a spare chair. Today we called and were told they could not come out until Friday and the lady on the phone was rude and kept interrupting.

This is easily the most horrible place to get a wheelchair .I had to endure Mr. Perkins, an expert tell me what he wanted to give me in a chair, and that i didnt want anything I said I needed. It took six months for the chair to arrive, and of course everything was awful. Despite taking careful measurements , the chair was set far too short, and nothing was the way i needed. The seat belt didnt work , and within the first week, the controller fell off. In traffic. This being a critical repair, they rushed someone to me...in three weeks.I gave it another go with adjustments, and then it simply died in the street. And Im far from the only one. They saddled a friend with reconditioned batteries which died soon after . They took the batteries back to the shop for diagnostics, leaving her in a chair with no batteries.NoMotion not only provides the crappiest service, but they cheat people as well. Theyre still trying to convince my insurance i kept their deathtrap of a chair, so they can keep the money.Heres the bottom line, though : it cost less for us to buy a brand new, custom chair thats adjusted to my needs, than it did for the copay on NoMotions crappy deathtrap. So, even if your insurance only covers them, you will save money going elsewhere.

If you have any other option go someplace else for your medical equipment needs. This business is the only place in Vancouver, Wa that takes Medicare Insurance for durable medical equipment. For some reason this gives Numotion the power to treat customers like garbage. They offer zero customer service. If you object or complain about their LACK of service they stop taking your calls or repeatedly lose your paperwork then make you wait a year to get your equipment.Numotion doesnt have any competition in Vancouver so they can treat people anyway they like and get away with it. They replaced a part on my wheelchair with a cheaper component. When I complained about it ( it was pretty obvious when I got my chair back that the new parts were extraordinarily cheap) they told me they had no record of my chair having the more expensive part. Really? It was on my chair when they took my chair and replaced the part. There would have been a record of the part if they would have KEPT it. But the part was conveniently missing and no other records could be found.Later when my wife purchased a wheelchair from Numotion she began having problems with it. We called Numotion within two weeks of getting the chair. They came to the house three times and told us there was NOTHING wrong with their chair. They absolutely refused to acknowledge anything was wrong with the chair even though the chair had malfunctioned in front of our Physical Therapist who witnessed the issue we were having. Their motto is Keep denying the problem and it will go away. However, the problem did exist, even though the chair only malfunctioned sporadically. After 9 months had gone by and we called again for a resolution to the problem they told us, Sorry, the warranty is up, we cant help you. You should have called us sooner Again, they had conveniently lost any record of the previous calls wed made asking for assistance to the one specific problem. Their Customer Service policy seems to be, Keep jerking the customer along and eventually theyll drop dead of exhaustion. Can you imagine what its like to be elderly and have people treat you like a dog by refusing to see a problem from any other side then their own? Their staff desperately needs training in how to be nice to the customer. Go to Portland for your durable medical equipment needs. Youll be glad you did.

My dads wheelchair has not been fixed and they already sent us a bill. They show up just to let us know they got the wrong parts or a different excuse.
