I first met Dave Love when I needed a new tire on my scooter. I use my scooter for walking my dog and doing my shopping. The scooter is a big one so I cant just fold it up and throw it in the car to have it repaired. I called around and found nobody that would come to my home to change my tire, especially during the COVID 19 lock down. Then I called Love Medical, Dave was genuinely positive and cheerful setting me at ease. He understood how important my ride is to me and agreed to come right out to see exactly what he needed to get me back on the road. That same day he returned and fixed my problem with a new tire and I was on the road again. He is a wonder man his prices are more than fair. Best of all, he leaves you with a smile on your face. I wish there were more like him in the world. Thank you David Love.

My elderly mothers wheelchair broke last week, for the third time. I picked Love Medical out of the phone book and could not have made a better choice. Dave Love spent time talking to me about exactly what I needed and wanted in a replacement, and didnt try to oversell at all. Picked it up today, and my mom and her carer were out for a walk more than an hour, just enjoying the outdoors! Mom said it was a wonderful ride and she loves her new chair. Thank you, Mr. Love!

Dave tried to get dad’s scooter to work but it wasn’t feasible. He took it away and the next day brought a great replacement. Very personable, very informative and pricing was workable. Dad is happy - so I am too!

I went to this business a month ago after my dad had visited and was happy with David. We explain the type of scooter we were looking for and he offered a great price compared to a competitor. We left and collected the money to make the purchase, over three thousand dollars, and returned today. We were very surprised to be told that if we wanted that price, we should have bought the day we were there a month ago because he could not honor that price anymore. I got frustrated and tried to just leave, David then got very defensive, started yelling at me, (we were there as a family, me, my dad, my son, his wife and their three year old daughter) and trying to spin this into being our fault for not buying the same day we first talked prices, I stated that we were never told this price may change or was a limited time offer, we even had several conversations leading up to today via phone calls, and no mention of a potential price change. After he started yelling at us and getting very aggressive, we just left, I really didnt want to subject my grand daughter to this behavior any further and my patience with this attitude were wearing thin, so we walked out and his last comment was, where else do you think you can buy this scooter at this price and I replied that I would happily pay a thousand more, NOT to do business with him. This guy is the owner, and clearly knows nothing about running a business, I recommend people shop elsewhere. If I could give ZERO stars, I would. David, when you read this, Im sure you will get angry again, but I hope you treat it as a learning experience and NEVER treat customers this way again. We ordered the scooter from a competitor today and the price was less than $200.00 more than your initial price that you refused to honor, good luck in you business.

Love Medical had exactly what I needed. They we more than willing to help me find the perfect chair to get around school. I highly recommend this company!

Dave is a great guy, and is not all about the almighty dollar. He truly wants his customers to be satisfied and pleased with thier purchase or repair. With 19 years in the business, he knows a lot and can answer any questions that you have about medical and mobility equipment. 10am-5pm Sunday through Friday.

Loves was referred to me from the American Airlines and VA administration,The man that handling my case promise me many things, yet did not delievered.1. My buttons where missing from my analog control display interface;he said they dont make those buttons no more, I will have to get you a new digital display module. NO NEVER HAPPEN! put two buttons on it that came off after two month2. He said he will get me new plastic covers that where cracked, NO! two of the plastic covers where still cracked when he returned it to me.3. He said he would get me better batteries then the OEM batteries that they will last twice as long. Got me some off brand Durcell that did not fit properly, created a short with the handle used to seperate the unit for storage. And the batteries only lasted barely a year, when my OEM batteries lasted 4 years with my same use.4. They get one star because he did replace a wheel and so far that repair is good.HE also claims to be a Christain brother in the Lord, buddy if you gonna go claim that, integerity makes us christain look good so when you say your going to do something DO IT. If your not then dont even mention it it makes a bad witness not to follow through on your word.I called Loves with my dissattisfaction and left messages,, all of a sudden my nice Christain Brother wont get back to me....

David took the time to make sure i got what I needed at a good price.
