Have a restored pickup. He knew what to do, did it well and fast for a fair price. I will go back again for all my alignment needs

I brought my truck in for a wheel alignment and they were able to fit me in the same day. They also were able to diagnose and replace my front wheel bearings at the same time. The service writer was very detail oriented and gave me clear descriptions and pricing for what he felt needed to be done. Great place!

I have been going to this place for 2 decades now. I will continue to return for they have given us excellent service and very fair pricing. Also they have never fixed anything that didnt need to be fixed and that means a lot to this family.

The individual that owns and operates this business (Brian) is one of the most unprofessional and caustic people you will ever meet. If it wasnt for his arrogance and ignorance he would have no character traits at all. I made an appointment with him 3 weeks prior to the appointment date, explaining exactly what my vehicle needed and I gave him all the details an owner could possibly give to a mechanic. Upon arriving at the business for my scheduled appointment, he callously looked over the vehicle and then refused to work on the vehicle, claiming they dont make parts for this vehicle. When I assured him that they do and that I could even supply him with all the part numbers that he might need, he said Im not interested and just turned around walked away like a child. I have never seen or experienced anything remotely close to this kind of immature behavior from a business or business owner. I would not recommend this brake & alignment shop to anyone under any circumstance. . .

I schedule an appointment for an alignment took the day off from work and got turned down because my mechanic put new upper and lower ball joints on both sides and a new tie rod end, he said he doesnt align vehicles that have been worked on by other people, this doesnt even make sense its an alignment shop, I recommend that if you had your vehicle worked on by someone else do not bring your vehicle here for an alignment, thanks for waisting my time and money

I am writing this review because I looked them up to use on another vehicle. I dont know anything about auto suspension and alignment, but I know my car drove beautifully after Brian worked on it. The work was quick and the cost was more than fair. Highly recommended!

Great customer service, good honest people. Quality of work and affordability are excellent. I brought our SUV in for strut and ball joint replacements. I thought it needed the sway bar bushings replaced, but he told me they didnt. He couldve agreed with me and made more money, but he didnt. Im a returning customer now.

Bad business. My vehicle was pulling hard to one side and had a shaky front end. The manager/owner took a look and reported all was tight but the vibration was due to an out-of-balance tire. I agreed, but still requested an alignment hoping to solve at least one problem; and so A&B performed the work, supposedly. During my first test drive the vehicle continued to pull hard to the right just as it did before I dropped it off, no improvement. I called the next day to speak with the manager/owner and he immediately got defensive and claimed the pulling was due to the off balanced tire. After some debate he eventually hung up on me with no resolve. The following week I had Costco balance and rotate the tires, which corrected the vibration. The vehicles faulty alignment, continues to this day. Folks, I wouldnt be posting this if the guy wouldve offered to take a second look, instead he hung up on me, and thats just bad business.

I take all my cars to Brian for brake and front end work. They do a great job there. Fast and dependable. And hes got a nice shop dog to boot!

Not very good customer service from the owner him self he aligned my car for 120 and it came out with the alignment to far toed in im.not sure how this is possible to make the alignment worse than my eye ball alignment then had to argue with the guy to get it back on his rack and fix it overall to pricey and TERRIBLE COSOMER SERVICE might as well of just went to less shuab

Setting an appointment was quick and easy, work was started right on time. My dad recommended I go here and I see why! Great service and pricing, I will definitely recommend friends come here.

Refused to work on my car or look at it after I made an apt. Waste of time. Wouldn’t do an alignment said things were broken that weren’t. (Had it checked for any suspension issues 2 days prior.) I don’t recommend.

Brian is great! He is honest and always does what is needed for my car -- not what his cash register needs for the day -- like other shops around town. You can always count on Alignment Brake Specialty to get your car in and out quickly and fixed RIGHT!

Brian is the BEST! He has worked on all my cars since I started driving and all our families cars since we moved here 20 years ago! We trust him completely and never worry about a thing when he is taking care of one of our vehicles! Cant say enough good things about this shop!

Great service at a great price.I needed some work done on my Escalade and the price I was quoted by the Cadillac dealer was ridiculous.I took it to Brian and he did the work in one day at 1/2 the price in one day.We now take all of our cares to Alignment and Brake Specialties and could not be happier.I wish I would have found this place years ago.

Just had my 57 Chevy in there. It was kind of a mess and he got it all straightened out. Did a great job and a VERY reasonable price. Only place I will take my vehicles for alignments.

Have taken all my vehicles, old & new to Brians shop, hes fair & does quality work.....

About 500 miles after having my car aligned here, a rear wheel started going in and out of alignment (toe out by 2). The original service person insisted I must have seriously abused the car or taken it off road, that these dont just go out like that. This was absurd. While re-aligning the rear wheel, he asked me if I was accusing him of not having done the job right the first time. I said, no, that I had a recently rebuilt car and just wanted him to check it out. When all was finished he never told me what he found that was loose, only that he didnt appreciate the implication he didnt do his job right the first time. Trouble is, I never said or implied that. The evidence suggests he found something loose and wouldnt own up to it.

Brian is honest and is the only place I recommend to friends and family for the last 20 years.

Both times I have been here they have been great. This time I called Monday moring asked if they could get me in today. They said if I could get it in that morning they could probably get it done. I showed up at 2:45ish pm cause that was as soon as I could get there and they still got it done by 4pm! And there pricing is great! My calipers were stocking my husband got a quote from Meineke over the weekend because they were open and they told him we need the whole 9 yards as far as breaks go quoted him at 849 and some change and said it wasnt safe to drive. I said no were going to abs and I got same day service no apt new calipers and pads paid 352!

Fair, honest, and quick. Will be back.

Very rude staff, went there for an alignment and there was a guy there and I asked him nicely if he could do an alignment for my car and he was super rude and replied I dont have time until next week with a very unpleasant tone.
