Vancouver RV!! Tony O. helped me buy my new destination trailer. He is so laid back, super easy to work with. He is knowledgeable, and very responsive. He quickly replied to every question, even set up the tow service to move my trailer in minutes.Bryan Gregg in finance was very helpful. The RV Service manager was also great to work with.Jessie did an amazing job preparing my trailer for pickup. He treated like his own trailer and took care of all of the big and small details. Everything was perfect at pick up.The RV Service Manager Rod Dawson has been great to work with as well.

Overall good experience. Family member bought a used vehicle. Wasnt clean apon purchase. Had to wait 2 days to get vehicle was getting detailed. Took delivery and had a check engine light come on. Notified the salesman and they told us to bring it back to have it addressed. They got the problem fixed and has been working ok since. Still have one issues with the emergency brake. Skyler our salesman was very professional and very nice. Would recommend him and the dealership again.

I’m embarrassed for their service department Managenent! I took my 2021 4-runner into service because a light came on my dashboard and a beeping kept going off and on when I drove.I had an appointment at 10am and it took them an hour to check me in. I explained to kathy (who was amazing) my problems (also had a dash cam programming issue). I had to leave my car there all day…. Upon picking it up I was told they could not find a problem but cleared the “codes”. The manager believed it was because of an aftermarket break (for my trailer) and wanted to charge me $140 to continue to diagnose the problem.When I picked it up and drove out the light was still on and the beeping continued!I called them and was sent to voicemail. They never called back, so I called them.I also called Gladstone Toyota and spoke with their service manager he told me how to “fix” it over the phone! It was literally pushing a button!I guess I will have to drive to Gladstone to their service department.

Took 2008 RV Trailer in for galley tank leaking, wheel bearing pack, and sealing on the roof. Sealing looks good. I found the pricing to be fair for the work performed. I also found the service manager honest and straight forward with information. They found and took video of the cracked area around the outlet of the tank. Glad I took to a certified RV shop for this tank leaking issue. The pandemic has caused shortages in the supply chain they reached out to their network and found a comparable tank.

This is my second purchase from McCord‘s and both were seamless transactions. I worked with Trey (sales) and Greg (finance) on this most recent purchase and they were both phenomenal. They don’t pounce on you the second you walk on the lot and they’re super transparent about everything. They’ve definitely earned a lifelong customer.

The building is new, spacious and kept very clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rental cars were brand new. Most importantly they were open during the weekend, while the offices of the national chains were above such a thing.

Everyone we spoke with was great. Our sales guys, Skyler was amazing! Greg and Mike -The finance guys were just as awesome! They all were very personable and down to earth. From drive up to drive away it was painless and easy. Probably no more then 2 hours and it was a done deal. We even reached out with some questions to Skyler on his day off and he was very prompt on responding and let us know everything we needed. Definitely a place we will be returning too when we want to trade-in/purchase our next car!!

I have always had good experiences with Vancouver Toyota. I feel comfortable bringing my cars in and having them do what is appropriate, and they will. I recently was informed of a recall on my 4Runner. I was just not getting around to calling to get it done. They called me! Asked if I’d like to make an appointment? Took care of it (of course no cost to me). Courteous, friendly, on time… sure not my fathers Oldsmobile place.

They have always taken very good care of my Prius, however I recently made an appointment to get a brake job and and after 5 hours they called to tell me that they did not have the parts to finish the job and that they will not be able to finish the job until tomorrow. I simply do not understand why a Toyota dealership would NOT have the parts particularly when I made the appointment more than a week ago.

I don’t recommend these guys to work on ya car ever unless you have warranty or a recall ONLY!!!! because their inexperienced in mechanical work for the insane price they charge. $750 for an oil change!?!?! And also they misdiagnosed my vehicle and almost cut me a month long paycheck if they payed more attention and fixed everything properly and by the book instead of cutting corners to get the job done because I could’ve lost important components that would’ve caused me to crash. I saved me 1 month paycheck by going to an experienced mechanic and fixed it in 2 minutes. Also when I got my vehicle back I had brake fluid on my seat covers and in my seat which I didn’t notice until I put my paperwork and it was all oily after I picked it up after dealership. So definitely don’t go here unless it’s last resort… also don’t use the car wash unless you like dents in ya fenders!!! I drove into their car wash first time and when I got home to look at my vehicle I had a dent and it shattered my license plate cover I had on my plates, and when I brought it up to them… they told me I should’ve told them ahead of time so they can stop the machine. But won’t cover the damages it did, I still have the dent in my fender as proof.

Classic sales dupe - the vehicle you put a deposit on is “in transit.” Which by definition means it’s on a truck moving to be here any day. My family and I needed a vehicle for our family since ours was a total loss. Then Vancouver Toyota said, “in transit” means the vehicle will be here in 3-4 weeks. Upon asking if they could help with a rental since I did not have a vehicle for my kids, James Quitugua, the Sales Manager, said he wouldn’t help since they sold me the vehicle too cheap and rentals were for customers only. He was rude, hot headily threatening because he wanted the vehicle priced for more money. He wouldn’t help my situation and was a put hot head saying he’d pull my deal and sell it for more money elsewhere. He wanted to get out of the deal since it was $4k under MSRP in this hot market. So I give one star for price and zero for customer service. If anyone has to work for him, I’m sorry, if you treat customers like this then your management style with employees is probably the same. I wouldn’t flick a nickel to them his type of service.The Highlander arrives and they put on the dealer license plate covers. But didn’t pull any protective films or stickers off. Buying a $50k vehicle here doesn’t come with much service, which was already apparent.The Highlander makes a wind whistle and has defective hood seals - it had 3 miles on it new. The parts department said sorry no ETA for the parts - insert excuse based on global supply chain shortages here. There’s only “no ETA” if your service lacks and you don’t go the extra effort to pick-up a phone and find out. They had the audacity to tell me to call Toyota to find an ETA myself.

I had A great experience looking for the right car for my family and my budget. Vernon. our salesman was great. No pressure to buy anything. He just listened to what I had envisioned and showed me option in different price ranges. I was greeted as soon as I pulled into the service bay and was escorted to the service tech who told me that my car would be serviced with a list of tasks and would be ready at 5:25. I was surprised to see so many people in the service waiting area and thought wow this will take a lot longer. Even with a lot of people being serviced, the waiting area is large and comfortable.Almost exactly at 5:25 I was called and told my car was ready. It was a perfect experience.

I ordered a roof rack and kayak J holders. Mike in accessories was the best and so very helpful. He scheduled my install for my birthday, but called back shortly and said if I could get in today, he would get those racks installed that day. He said” No one should have to wait for rack installation for their birthday. We had a family outing planned for the weekend, so having the racks was wonderful! Gavin in service and Gabe in rental were also, very helpful in getting my truck in and calling me when completed and arranging my ride to and from work. I have purchased 3 Toyota’s from McCords! They are my go to dealership! I love my Tacoma and the service there!Thank you!

Rachel Zenk, my salesperson, was absolutely awesome to work with. I have avoided car shopping for years because of my experience at another dealership with a pushy salesperson, but Rachel was so helpful and had the truck I was interested in ready and detailed. I highly recommend Rachel to anyone looking for any type of car or truck! I test drove two Tacomas, and the whole process of test drive through getting the keys was only about an hour and a half. The finance process with Bryan Gregg was smooth and much quicker than I had expected. I genuinely felt like he had my best interest in mind. Ive had my new (to me) truck for about a week and its been amazing!

Just bought a used Tundra at Vancouver Toyota and it was a pleasant experience. Cory was a great and helpful salesman and wasnt pushy at all. I got a great deal on a great truck and Im happy with my purchase.I had to bring the truck in for some transmission issues and the tires were cracking and old. The staff today were very helpful and figured out the issues with the transmission and will fix it under warranty and they put on a set of new wheels and tires that were taken off another truck to replace the cracked old tires. Audri in the service department was very helpful and the service tech whos name I cant remember was awesome and let us take him for a ride along to figure out the problem and diagnosed the problem quickly.

Toyota McCord in Vancouver Washington is the place to go! Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, great people in every department! Mike in accessories and Daniel at the car wash always seem to go above and beyond to take care of McCord customers. Daniel has such a ready and happy smile, a heart for service, and does his best to help everyone. I watched as he sprayed and scrubbed the cars in front of me in line with alacrity and a genuine desire to do things right. He gave extra attention in preparing my car since it was covered in mosquitoes and trail dust. He even gave me tips on how to buff my car without scratching the paint. Daniel is a young man, but has maturity and kindness and a stellar work ethic. Interacting with him really made my day. Every time I call the accessories department, hopeful for a solution, Mike leads me in the right direction, even when it doesnt lead to a sale. He cares about me being happy and having solutions for what I need. I think everybody that works at Toyota McCord is a top-notch human being and Im super grateful for each and every one of them! Worst Toyota EVER!!! had an appointment for 2:15 my mom brought the car in at 1:50 and been waiting there since 5 no updates then I call them plenty of times they say they’ll call me back in 3-5 minutes with no call backs then at 5 they say they are just getting ready to work on the car when my appointment was at 2:15 never will I come back to this Toyota or will buy a car from that dealership worst customer service ever

Friendly staff. It would be 5 stars if I was kept informed of where my car is. At the time of purchase on 7/9, I was told between 7/15 and 7/20. I emailed asking an update on 7/14. The response was between 7/16 and 7/24. It would be good to get a regular update until I get my new car. As of today, I have not received any interim updates.

Bobby was amazing to work with! I highly recommend asking for him if you are looking into getting a new vehicle. He is very upfront and open with customers, and is truly in it for your best interest. I have bought multiple cars from this location, but he is by far my favorite sales professional I have worked with at any dealership. It truly was a no hassle, no pressure experience.I came in with a negative equity situation not expecting to be able to purchase a new car, well Bobby got me into a brand new Toyota Camry with payments exactly where I wanted them. I purchased a 2004 BMW Z4 from Cory Cox. I am more than pleased with effort and service that he provided me. I live 3.5 hours from the dealership. In all of our dealings Cory took this into consideration. He went out of his way for the vehicle to be ready for pick up as my family and I were heading to the Oregon coast. As luck would have I had a tire give out on me in the way home. I notified Cory about the tire and needing to be towed. After having the tire was replaced they informed me I needed a new set of 4 tires and an alignment. Cory and I spoke and he went to work for me. After conferring with the sales manager they reimbursed me for some of the unexpected expenses I had incurred. I am planning on replacing our current Camry in the near future and I will travel to do my business with Cory.

Used my first free oil change which came with my warranty. Setting up the appointment was easy, customer service was great, and the overall process was very smooth. Unfortunately, when I picked my vehicle back up, the glove box was open and all my stuff was dumped out of it. Really just killed my mood. I don’t understand why they wouldn’t just put my stuff back and close my glove box?

Upon purchasing our new 21 4runner, we opted to have a few accessories installed. Audri was able to work seamlessly with the sales department and get them all installed without delay or any issues. Communication was on point, and she was very friendly and just as excited about the accessories as we were. A couple weeks later, I called back in to her with a technical question and asked if I could bring the Runner by. She said I could head in right away. When I arrived, she met with me immediately, even had a technician with her already, and I got the answers I needed. She is friendly, quick, and I know that whenever I will need something, she will be there. Love her as our Service Advisor!

Edited: Lynn at Vancouver Toyota is awesome! She helped resolve an issue I had recently. I had a bad experience last visit (I ended up waiting a very long time for an oil change). Upon learning about my experience and that of other customers - Lynn/Vancouver Toyota have revised their policies to improve the timeliness of scheduled maintenance and improve customer satisfaction. I am impressed! I will be back next time my vehicle needs to be serviced :)

5k service which included Tire Rotation front to back and fluid level check and 120 point inspection should not take an hour to complete also it would be nice if your dusty windows got sprayed to see if wiper worked properly they would at least cleaned up there mess both front and back window looked like dirty muddy water streaks. Also you would think they have a good understanding of how to properly check tire pressure on a hot tire instead they set the tire pressure to 33 psi on hot tires and I had to run on low tires for the day. Overall not that great of service if you ask me. I will be going to another dealer on the next service....Vincent

Their website is pretty clunky and not easy to move around in to make an appointment. It needs a serious update. They do however make up for it in terms of the way youre treated coming in, always feel like a King. Theyre always prompt and keep you updated if something changes. Really nice people to deal with. The facility is top notch and very clean. The service itself I feel is not exactly perfect and it might be because the service technician has to move quickly and items listed have been incorrectly stated. All in all though one of the better Toyota service facilities!

Have used Vancouver Toyota service exclusively since 2010 for my Toyota Highlander. Traded it In for a 2020 VERY low mileage Highlander this week. Providing transportation to and from the dealership for service for item they had to fix. Didnt trade in car but they offered me more than other dealership that I checked out and they also were not as pushy like the other one. Plus a better selection of used cars.

This was the easiest leasing process Ive been through. Dom was fantastic, didnt try any sales tactics with us, was just straight forward and honest. I couldnt recommend this location more. We were able to put a hold on the exact truck we wanted while in transit and he kept us updated with its shipping over its travels until we were able to go in sign the papers and be on our way. If youre looking for good service, and Toyota vehicle that is reasonably priced... I would recommend Gresham Toyota. This dealership prices their vehicles way over the Kelly Blue Book value to the point where banks will not loan on them because they are asking way too much. This was a difficult process, and I was not impressed. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

First time coming here to get my car serviced and wasnt the greatest experience. It wasnt the fact that they tried to reschedule the appointment I had made way in advance the Friday before or that I waited almost 2hrs in the waiting room or the fact that I got all the way home just to be called and told that they forgot to replace the air filter I had paid 55 dollars for and needed to come back in and missed my work conference call. It was how when my service guy called my name to check out I looked down to grab my purse and looked up and he was gone, it would have been nice if he had waited for me so I was walking around trying to find him. For some reason that bothered me the most. I just moved up here from Gresham and I think Id rather just drive back down there to get my car serviced from now on.

I would like to start with I am very happy with the car I bought. It was priced great, it looks great, and even more importantly, it runs great. So the car itself was a good deal. The issue I have is with the dealer. I bought my vehicle in February of this year (2021) and I have yet to receive the plates. I have called the dealer multiple times and they keep telling me they got the car from someone in Florida and can’t get the title. So no title no plates. I have since moved to Texas and have been getting temporary moving permits. Now the state of Texas has told me I can only get one more 30 day permit. So if McCords Toyota can’t get the title and can’t get me plates I will have a vehicle I can no longer legally drive. I am extremely upset and frustrated and am wondering if I need to take legal action against the dealer for selling me a car they can’t seem to get the title to.

I brought my car in for an oil change. I requested to leave the oil a 1/2 quart low so I can add an additive. The work order stated they were leaving the oil 1 quart low. When done I added my additive and the extra 1/2 quart to bring the oil level up to full.I discovered that they did not leave the oil 1 quart low as was stated on the work order. I had to pull out the extra quart so it would be over filled. I wasvery disappointed that what they did and stated was not the same.

I am so pleased with my car buying experience at McCords Vancouver Toyota. My salesperson, Marcie Jones, focused on finding exactly what I wanted, and there was no pressure to buy, or to rush my decisions. She found a great vehicle for me. I was given a good value on my trade-in, and bought the 2019 RAV4 at price that was fair. I worked with Neal on the financing. It was easy, and the terms were better than I could get through my own credit union. I returned a few days later to get a rock chip repaired that existed at the time of purchase. The process was smooth and easy.

I have always had good experiences at Vancouver Toyota until this most recent one. I came away happy with my purchase, but not my purchase experience. I went into the dealership hoping to get more information about their hybrid models and find out which one might be best suited for me, if any. Within a few minutes of speaking with my salesperson she handed me the keys for a test drive (that is unaccompanied now due to Covid) without giving me any information about the car. After the short test drive I went back into the dealership hoping to learn about the car I had just driven, to find her with other customers. She stepped away from them for a few moments to take back the keys and I was able to ask a couple of questions but her answers were very short as she now had new people to attend to. I asked about other hybrids and she handed me the keys for another model to again test drive without any information. Im not sure how much of this is change in policy due to the pandemic or just poor customer service, but after being there for an hour or more I still felt like I knew almost nothing about the cars that I was interested in. I actually left the dealership due to this frustration but returned wanting to have my current car evaluated for potential trade in, to get a sense of if I could even afford the hybrids anyway. This began the standard dealership pressure to make the new purchase today, but again feeling as if I knew nothing about the car I was very resistant. She showed her frustration to this hesitancy. Eventually the manager was called over and my experience with him was much improved, but I feel adamantly that I did not buy my new car because of my sales experience, but rather in spite of it. I almost never leave reviews but I do feel that there is potential for an improved customer experience here.

Very frustrating service department! They call almost daily to remind you that you are due for service. I made an appointment for an oil change and arrived on time for said appointment. Greeted by a very pleasant young lady who takes you name and sends you into a service desk, where you wait several minutes. Finally meet with a service rep, who takes your info and phone number and then go sit in the waiting room.After over 2 hours, Im called by an another service rep that tries to sell me additional service items. Why the additional service items could not have been discussed upon arrival I do not know. Every time I have had service here, it is the same, after your service is completed they call to try and sell you more service items. If they would let me know about the service items when I made the reservation I could have made the time.Im still not sure why that it takes over 2 hours, with an appointment, to change your oil here! I can go to Grease Monkey and be in and out in 15 minutes with better oil and less attitude.

Ive always had great service experience here. They are professional to me. Service is a little slow, but they are high volume and the wait is comfortable in the lounge. That being said, my wife was aggressively pursued by sales employee until I intervened and the service prices are 25%+ what you will get with most independent mechanics.

Marcie made the process so quick & easy, especially working with Audri in parts to get all of our accessories done in a timely matter. it was all completed before we even got to the dealership to start the paperwork on the car. I am continuesly amazed by this company! We bought a Toyota Camry from here about 9 years ago and had the best service. So we came back to get a much needed truck. We originally went there to look at a truck we saw online, however it was already in the middle of a deal. However, Donnie wanted to make sure we left happy, so he showed us some trucks that he thought wed like. And of course we found the one we were meant to have! It was even better than the truck we went to the lot for! We are so happy with our purchase! Donnie was so helpful and made the whole process so easy and stress-free! I was extremely impressed with how well Jason handled himself despite being extremely busy. He was always upbeat, and attentive, even if he was between tasks. I went in for a 3:35pm Scheduled oil change and tire rotation, and was out within 45 minutes. Fastest Oil Change Ive ever had. I heard that they are no longer taking non-appointments for service, but appointment only, not sure if that is what helped speed up the time, but normally my oil changes and tire rotations take a min of 1-1/2 - 2 hrs.Id schedule an appt. any day to have the speediness of this most recent experience.With that being said, I do understand we all have unexpected car trouble, and sometimes same day appts are required, and I think those situations should always be given consideration.

Nasty receptionist. I called to ask about a family discount since my uncle bought a brand new Toyota Tacoma. After telling me that she was new, she found out that they don’t offer any discount or incentive. When I shared we wouldn’t drive out of state if there was no discount (we live in Oregon), the brat hung up. Thankfully there’s other Toyota dealers that don’t have a tart working with customers.

Brought in my vehicle for oil change and complimentary multi-point inspection which took three hours to get it completed. I took in my vehicle at 10:30 am and left at 1:30 pm. Additionally, they recommended brake fluid, alignment, coolant, front and rear diff fluid, transmission fluid replacement which would have cost over $650. All fluid has been replaced less than 5k miles and alignment completed with less then 10k miles on it prior to current engine oil change. They clearly did not inspect any fluid before recommending required service.

UPDATE: The oil filter housing is leaking. I noticed a spot of oil in my driveway and figured it was someone elses car that leaked. But I got beneath my truck and found it definitely leaking from the filter housing. Checked my oil level and its lost at least a quart. Theyre closed for the holiday....Original post: Its not any better than any other Toyota dealership or Toyota service. This Service Department seems pretty slow. Many employees standing around in the service reception. Two and a half hours for a 30k mile service. Maybe their lunch breaks slowed it down. While waiting in the lobby I could overhear a salesman getting sales aggressive with a customer who was getting irritated and who just wanted to get out of there.

Do not go to Vancouver Toyota. I purchased my first Toyota from them and their communication was horrible. The second attempt to purchase a Toyota with them their communication was horrible. How do you not communicate with existing customers bringing you business again that has perfect payment history with you and paid their loan ahead. You wanted my used car so bad but not bad enough to show customer service. No vehicle is worth going through horrible customer service.

The service was on time and done well as usual. We have only taken our 2 Toyota’s in here for servicing since purchasing them new one in 2018. My issue with this last service was I was being told I had a nail in one tire that was not fixable and they wanted me to buy 2 new tires. I felt the price was too high and said I would shop the price. I also questioned why the tire wasn’t very low and why the tire indicator light didn’t come on in the dashboard. He said it was a slow leak. As I was waiting for the vehicle to finish up I heard another customer being given the EXACT information as I was about a nail in the tire and not fixable. She, too, declined the service and said she would have her husband handle it. Hmmm, two women being a part of an up sell. I took the vehicle immediately to Discount Tire, fully expecting to get a quote and a couple of tires. No need, the tire was absolutely fixable and off I went with a repaired tire. Saved myself $526. I love Toyota’s. Have since my first new one at age 21, a Celica. I hate having to report this unhappy incident.

I bought my car from here and felt well taken care of. The service department is lacking in communication. This was my fourth oil change it came with my car. Each time they took longer than expected. They have a communication text to ask questions during your visit. I never get a response, even though they send it to me at the start of the service. I feel like I bother them to ask how much longer until I get my car back. The last oil change took 3 hours and I had an appointment. I had taken my other car here years ago and left because of the service department. It’s unfortunate because I like the fact of servicing my Toyota vehicles at theToyota dealership. I did it in the previous state I lived in, but this one doesn’t match up in communication and customer service.

I had already changed my cabin filter so I requested that they not touch it. They did not listen. On my way home there was a loud hum or rumble coming from the glove box. When I got home I looked at the cabin filter and took it out. The space under the cabin filter was full of leaves, they didnt even bother to clean out the mess they caused. It took me a good 20 minutes to get all the leaves out and get rid of the hum/ rumbling sound. Extremely disappointed

My mom just sent me a photo of an invoice from her service at this place. over 200$ for EFI cleaning service and over 170$ for break fluid flush, on a Camry with 65k miles. Talk about taking advantage of a woman (those 2 items were recommended in addition to the oil change she came in for).She will never step a foot into that dealership for service or purchase. For those that dont know, EFI cleaning is literally 10-15 min job with about 5$ (or less for them) in material, its rarely needed on a car with 65k miles...Break fluid flush is almost never needed, but sure, why not, but 170$ for a 10 min job?

This dealership shows a dozen new cars in their new car inventory. If you drive to their dealership, youll find that they dont have a single car in stock. They list cars for months in their website that they never actually had or ordered. Despite having 12 cars listed on their website, when I showed up they only had used cars available to test. They said that no other dealer has stock either. However, the other dealers within 100 miles all honestly report their inventory. This is the only dealership that pretends they have inventory when they actually have nothing.

I have ToyotaCare on my leased vehicle, and it was a little past the 5,000 mile reading on my odometer, so I made an appointment online, showed up, dropped my vehicle off, they serviced it, and I returned to pick it up. The only issue I experienced was that they quoted me a much longer wait time then I actually got, so I had a friend pick me up. Right after we arrived home, they called to say my car was finished and ready to be picked up! So, because they were so efficient (and I was impatient) they finished my car ahead of schedule and I got my friend to drive me back.

All was good until I got a text with suggested additional suggested services. Just two suggestions. The first was an alignment. Now this was probably OK, since they did not know that after I bought new tires at Costco I had an alignment done elsewhere as well. The second suggestion was a cabin air filter. It seems like they suggest this every single time, apparently without looking at the filter. I will never pay $49.95 to have a filter replaced which costs less than $10 and takes 5 minutes to replace. I replaced this filter in January and it most certainly does not need replacing after 4 months. I question whether they even looked at the filter.
