I have never been so impressed with a company. We found out about the leak because we had a rat problem and needed someone to get in our crawl space to give us a quote to clean it all up. That was when we found the leak. After calling a few plumbers, the one we settled with recommended DryTime Restoration because they have worked closely with them. It was the best decision. The women who showed up to quote us was knowledgeable and professional. However, she also recommended that we contact our insurance agents to file a claim. Being new homeowners, we didnt consider this but followed her advice. She even gave us the contact info of their person who has worked with insurance agents before. When our claim was challenged by our insurance, DryTime went to bat for us. They provided them all the documentation needed AND countered our insurance when they tried to short us on the claim. They fought to make sure as much of the work was covered by our insurance which helped us financially a lot. When they came to do the work, they coordinated with the plumber so that as soon as they were finished, the plumber showed up to do the final piping. It was seamless and took much less time than I expected. I cannot recommend DryTime Restoration LLC enough. They were amazing to work with and while I hope to not have to call them again, I would in a heart beat if needed.

I had a flood in my kitchen. They came out right away and put dryers in my kitchen. The issue is they never pulled up the floor boards. I did not know they should until the contractor came out. He pulled the boards up and black mold was setting in. They came 8/11 and I did not hear from them again until 9/9. Then they sent a bill for over 2k! They did nothing!Response to Dry Time! 1st of all you say that we did not allow you to start or finish the job.Starting would have been a) pulling up the existing flooring where the water was pooling to allow the underlayment to dry. b) Contacting us within a day or two since I have your machines (sounding like Jet engines) running 24/7. c) by the time u reached out I had a flooring contractor who had already saw the damage pulled up the planks and found the standing water with the black mold. So please miss me with playing the victim. You did NOT do what you were supposed to. You cant just apologize and say you dropped the ball. You want to blame the person who knows nothing about water mitigation. So very professional of you.

Had DryTime come out to clean up some water damage caused by a leaking furnace at my grandmothers home. From the staff members at their office that I spoke to over the phone to their technicians on the ground, DryTime went above and beyond for my family.My grandmother passed away a few weeks after DryTime completed the job and they waived the cost of their services. To say my family and I were stunned by their level of compassion would be an understatement.I cant recommend DryTime highly enough!

Dry time did an excellent job pumping out my sewage underneath my house. They kept me updated without me asking what they were doing. After they got done pumping all the gross sewage out, they started replacing the broken pipes. Dry time worked with me on the cost since Farmer’s Insurance (my home owners insurance) wouldn’t cover the whole thing. The pic shows the old pipes vs the new ones.

I had a leak in my master bathroom, I called the plumber to repair the fix and he suggested drytime for my water mitigation needs. They came out immediately to start the drying process. Adam, the technician, made sure to keep me informed about what the problems were, how he was going to address them and why it needed to be done. He completed the demo of all the water soaked items and did not damage anything in the process. (The bathroom was cleaner when he was done than when he started). He came out every day to personally check the drying and kept in touch about the progress. I have and will continue to refer them to anyone that needs their services. Great job!

We had extensive water damage due to a pipe leak behind a wall in an upstairs bathroom. Ian and his crew showed up within a couple of hours to assess the damage. It was extensive. They were highly professional and informative on the process of what they needed to do to ensure our home dried properly. Ian was very knowledgeable and patient with our questions and they set to work right away. It was a several day process. When removing our cabinets and any other personal belongings they took extreme care. I thought that there would be no saving our kitchen cabinets, but they managed to remove them with no damage. They cleaned the excess debris as they went thoroughly and sealed the area off to ensure excess dust did not travel to the rest of the house. I highly recommend Dry Time. The response time, professional knowledge, and due diligent care they took to ensure the least amount of property damage and that our home was properly dried was exceptional.

The team that came to our house was great. friendly, and they did quick work. They told us that they would handle communication with our insurance and that insurance would cover everything. Ive had to call both them and my insurance to play the mediator. Unfortunately, after the work was done they sent me a massive bill that even my insurance wouldnt cover because of some of the ridiculous charges on the invoice, so Im stuck with paying the difference. They charged money just to move the fridge from one part of the kitchen to another. I cant help but feel ripped off with all of the nickel and diming I see on the invoice and Id imagine my insurance adjuster feels the same.

I called as a result of a leak in our ceiling where we could not identify the source. Ian came out the same day and was great! He was extremely thorough ensuring nothing was overlooked as he did the assessment - and it was really interesting to see the pipes behind the wall with the infrared tools he was using. He carefully explained next steps and answered my many questions. I will definitely use Dry Time again and highly recommend their services.

No joke, DryTime is the best contracting company I have ever worked with on a major project and theres really no contest. First off, I wasnt even staying at the house anymore when the mitigation needed to be done because I was in the final stages of getting the house ready to put on the market so timing and quality were very key to me being able to optimize my financial gain from the sale. I met Adam at the house once to go over what happened, what needed to be done and what they were doing about it. Once! And they took it all from there. Adam stopped by my house every single day to take moisture readings and make sure the mitigation was on track so the contractors who needed to do the floor installation work could get my house back to like new condition. Every single day he would call me when he arrived and send me a text or call with an update when he left.The only potentially negative aspect of DryTimes work is that they tend to cost more than similar companies- because they do a more comprehensive job- so some insurance companies will take a second look at their itemized invoices, which they warned me about prior to doing any work. Not to name names, but my insurance, rhyming with Gate Harm, would not cover several of the line items on the invoice. DryTime caped up for me big time and responded with a direct email to my insurance company refuting every single one of the unpaid items with facts because they speak insurance talk like theyve all worked for an insurance company or something. Better said, they know the industry and they know what methods it takes to ensure that your house isnt going to be affected long term from water damage. They offered me a discount because of how much trouble Slate Barm was causing us. In the end, Late Carm ended up covering every single item because they were using their formulaic algorithms and were plain wrong. So if you are going to be paying 100% out of pocket for a multi-thousand dollar job for some reason, then you may want to take your chances and look for a budget restoration company.I cant speak highly enough of these guys.

We had the opportunity to work with DryTime due to a water leak. DryTime came in immediately and took care of our issue which took some research as the leak wasn’t apparent. Well if you are reading this, Im sorry, because you must have had some sort of water damage in your home. But the good news is that you have found your solution in DryTime Restoration. DryTime came out quickly and helped our family remediate a tub drain failure. Not only were they very professional with their timeliness and their communication, they worked extremely cleanly, as well. They used a straightedge to cut out our damaged drywall to easily allow for the needed repairs and vacuumed up all dust after each bit of work. I highly recommend them for your water damage remediation needs.

I had water leaking into my floor due to a drain line for my dishwasher and some old, crusty plumbing. Dry Time was very quick to respond and were willing to come out after normal business hours. They were also very reasonable and understanding in regards to payment.

Noticed problem on Saturday morning called drytime who was able to set up an appointment for Monday. They arrived on schedule And prepared for work. I showed them the problem area And they asked for crawlspace access. After approximately 20 minutes they returned With pictures showing that I had a roof problem not a plumbing problem. They told me the correct way would be to fix the roof 1st and then have dry time back. Small leak was detected by our plumber he recommended Dry Time restoration they found water damage in the floor and wall behind toilet.Dry Time came out and dryed it in a couple days and had to apply anti_microbial agent.All went very well.

Adam was fantastic to work with - he really took care of us through the process from beginning to end. The guys treated our belongings with great care and did everything to minimize damage to our home. They saved our hardwood floors that are no longer available in the market, and that made us very happy. They worked with our insurance, which was the only part where we encountered some bumps, but they were short-lived and got ironed out quickly. I was a contractor most of my working life and I can truly say that these guys go above and beyond.

Our washer flooded our laundry room, kitchen, and master bathroom/closet. Jamie was there first thing in the morning to assess the damage, get all the moisture readings, and setup all the drying equipment. DryTime definitely deserves a 5 star review.I had a roof leak into our house, and after I had a roofer repair the leak I called 5 restoration companies.4 companies came out and my wife and I both agreed that DryTime was clearly head and shoulders above the others - the technicians were definitely better-equipped to detect and diagnose the extent of the flooding than the previous companies, and they were also clearly far more experienced.So we decided to work with DryTime and they immediately got to work, and things continued to go great from there, their communication was always consistent (and very friendly and helpful) every tech who came was cheerful and knowledgeable and helpful and the field super was also extremely friendly and helpful every step of the way (kudos to Aris and the main tech team of Dylan and Riley).They expertly handled the mitigation which is complete, so next step is the build back.I hope I never have any type of flooding problem again so I hope I never have to use DryTime again, but for sure if I do Ill use them again and I definitely highly recommend them.Frankly for me it was really scary having the leak and flooding and I was concerned to say the least about how best to handle the water damage, but DryTime sure provided me with great service and peace of mind.

DryTime Restoration provided prompt and professional service to us when we had a cat bite through our pex piping under the house. I know, a cat! DryTime staff including Ian and Arys were super helpful, quick to answer any questions we had and got the job done in a timely fashion. With it being a crawlspace water leak that soaked our insulation, they had to clean up and dry out everything. Im not gonna lie, it wasnt cheap. We were able to get a good portion of it covered through our insurance company but if its not covered by insurance, we would have really struggled. I spoke with Joe who was very helpful in explaining their charges and it sounds like they might be able to work with people a little who cant get insurance help.Getting soaked places dry is super important to prevent mold and mildew - insurance companies definitely dont cover that! Being in the PacNW, in January, just doesnt make for good drying conditions so hiring a professional to prevent future headaches is important.I highly recommend the DryTime Restoration team as each and every one of them treated us with respect and kindness. We had a flood in a beautiful, recently remodeled powder room. DryTime responded quickly and professionally and the employees were patient and knowledgeable. That gave me a great deal of confidence in their work. They spent several days evaluating moisture content in the affected areas and then took on the task of demo-ing the PR. I just purchased a home where the sellers concealed a water leak. Unfortunately Washington law does not protect the buyer, and homeowners insurance doesn’t cover a preexisting condition. My insurance company pressured me to use one of their preferred contractors to mitigate the water damage in my home. I wish I hadnt. They sent inexperienced workers to my home that didnt seem to know what they were doing. They damaged some of our belongings while they were moving them, luckily they were things that were easily replaced. After multiple days of equipment running in our home, but no progress made in drying and little communication from the contractor we called DryTime for a second opinion. They were referred ro us by a friend that had used them. Sure enough, there were a number of things that the insurance contractor was doing wrong, or hadnt done at all. They hadnt even checked the drywall they removed for asbestos, though its required by law. We sent them packing and DryTime took over. Everything went swimmingly from there. DryTime worked quickly and cleanly and worked with my adjuster to get them what they needed. I cant say enough good things about them!

Our dishwasher decided to dump water all over our kitchen a couple of weeks ago. We were out of town and came home to a musty smell and our floors were warping. Five star service! Ive never felt more taken care of from the first call , to cleanup, and finishing of our damage. We had a crack in our tub that caused extensive water damage to our home. They were quick with response and took care of everything and explained everything along the way. They went under the house, took photos, brought out moisture meters, and took extensive notes, and tests to rule out mold and such. They explained it all along the way, and what each machine did. It was amazing. I never felt once that I didnt know what was going on. Especially with covid, and young kids they were professional, helpful, kind and knowledgeable.even had a plumber come out and cut a valve to stop a water leak, and the plumber was talking all this plumbing gibberish I didnt understand, and Ian stopped him and explained in non plumber terms everything he was saying, and what to expect, and in terms that made sense. 🙌We had various fans set up , blowing for close to two weeks! And if they were not checking in via email or phone, they would come by often to check on floors, call to check in, and help as we navigated insurance. I wish our homeowners insurance was not horrible, and didnt fight them along the way, because DryTime treated us so exceptionally. If you have water damage and you need help, this is THE BUSINESS! They dont cut corners, and they make sure to take care of you and your space from start to finish!

We called Dry Time on a Friday afternoon when we thought we had mold inside the wall. The technician, Dylan showed up within the hour and was very quick and professional. They masked off everything in the room to contain the drywall dust/insulation and did a great job cleaning up after the job was done.

Dry Time came and did fine with the initial work in March 2020. As months passed, we called several times to find out a quote or any indication that the bill was prepared so we could move forward to their sister company for restoration. No one ever called us back or gave any information until we received a very high bill in June.We wrote a bad review and were immediately contacted by the company saying we would be their top priority in getting our job finished if we would take down the bad review “in good faith”. We took down the review and were ghosted, leaving us for the last four months with a giant hole in our ceiling and part of the floor still missing in our bathroom.We just signed a contract with a different company who has been attentive and responsive and are already getting to work. We will never work with Dry Time again.

DryTime did an excellent job after my laundry flooded. A technician was at my house within an hour of me calling (on a Sunday, too!). Equipment was set up right away, demo done 2 days later, more drying out and then pick up of all the equipment. The technician was extremely personable, professional, and efficient. The manager of the company was extremely helpful to me when I was having trouble with my insurance company regarding my claim. I would use DryTime again in a heartbeat! Excellent company.

Broken pipe in crawl space caused water leak. Needed dyring-out of affected area, check for mold, treat mold and re-do insulation. This incident took place in my rental property, hence I wanted to make sure it got done soon without impacting my tenants. Drytime was able to get things fixed within 2 weeks efficiently since the time they were given the contract. I am happy

I’ve written a negative review before and they called us-convinced us to take down the review with the promise of making it right. We took it down, haven’t heard a thing since. It’s been 3 weeks.They overcharged for the cost of drying out a leak we had coming from our guest bathroom into our kitchen. So much to the point insurance wouldn’t pay. We ended up owing insurance 1K in addition to our deductible. They ghosted us and even worse, the promised to make it better but didn’t. Do not trust all these positive reviews. I can guarantee that they’ve called other clients and convinced them to take down poor reviews then never followed up.I can’t convince you enough not to use them. They only care about your money.

We had a leak happen in our bathroom, and DryTime was able to come out within a couple of hours to identify the leak and start drying things out. It would have been much, much worse if we would have had to wait a couple days that we were quoted from a couple other places.

A section of our kitchen vinyl flooring was starting to bubble. Our handyman let me know we had a major water leak in our crawl space. DryTime was great! At a time where everything is an unknown and your house is damaged, it was a comfort to have people who know what they are doing. They took time to answer all my questions, and walk me through the process. Seriously, when you have a water leak that wreaks havoc on your home its hard to know who to call first. After finding a broken pipe, I wasnt sure how to handle this nightmare. Someone at work recommended I call DryTime, and they came right out. They worked quickly to excavate the insulation and floorboards so they could get things dried out. They quickly placed fans and dehumidifiers above and below the water damaged areas. They called a plumber for me to repair the pipe, and they even took pictures in the crawl space, that I would need to submit to my insurance company. They checked back often to take new moisture readings to ensure things had thoroughly dried out. I highly recommend this business. Thank you DryTime :)

I can’t recommend DryTime enough. We experienced water damage in our master bathroom that seeped below into the downstairs bathroom of my parent’s living space. Our plumber recommended I call them since the damage was going to require drywall removal and drying out the inside of the walls and flooring. I received a call back within minutes and their technician Adam was there within the hour to evaluate the situation. He was the kindest guy who helped walk me through (multiple times) the process, which included asbestos testing and how they gauge the moisture levels to determine what size fans they need and how long they would have to run them. My elderly parents live below us, and my father has dementia. I explained to Adam that their bathroom (where the extra water had seeped) was a place that my dad couldn’t have things moved around because of his disease. We have posters with teeth brushing guides and routine check-lists for him. Adam and his guys were so understanding and made sure to have the smallest fan possible in their bathroom and came more times than they would have normally to check the moisture level so they could remove it as soon as it was safe to. They took care in preventing a disruption to my dad’s sink space and were diligent about tacking the cord away from places he could trip. Adam was always a text away if I had any questions or concerns. On top of my wonderful experience with the technicians, the management was easily as great. Ben in particular helped me understand the insurance process and how it all works with my claim. He truly cares about the customer and that they are treated fairly not only by DryTime but by the insurance adjusters. I felt advocated for from start to finish. I would recommend DryTime to anyone and if I ever have water damage again, I won’t hesitate to call. Thank you so much to the whole team.

We could not have been happier with the work and professionalism of the Dry Time crew!! My first interaction with the receptionist ensured me that I would be well cared for... she was compassionate and kind about our unfortunate water leak and had a sense of urgency when reassuring me that someone would be there to help us quickly. Aris, the mitigator, arrived at our home shortly after and he also exceeded my expectations by giving us a detailed description of the dry out and insurance processes. He was very professional and knowledgeable and also very personable and engaging to talk with! He made sure that we knew he and the Dry Time crew would be a support to us throughout the mitigation and insurance processes which was such a relief as my husband and I had never gone through something like this. Adam, the project manager kept me informed and answered questions promptly. The Dry Time team also gave us an excellent reference to a local construction company to help us do our re-build. In less than a week the floors are dried and we are ready to start the remodel!! So grateful to Aris, Adam and the team. I definitely recommend Dry Time!

The DryTime technicians masked off everything in the room to contain the drywall dust/insulation and did a great job cleaning up after the job was done. They understood the importance of their job to us since we just had a child and wanted to assure his environment was as clean as possible before moving back home.

What a great team! Literally the day we left for a 3 week trip overseas we discovered a massive water leak in the second story of our 4,500 sq foot home. DryTime arrived within minutes, assessed the situation, and immediately mitigated the damage. Their work was detailed and thorough. If I could give them a higher ranking I would. They are the best!

We were very happy with the prompt and professional evaluation. The representative was courteous and clearly explained what needed to be done. Our problem (water damage due to a sudden water heater leak) was quickly resolved. We felt confident through out the whole process, beginning to end.

The team sent to our property was very thorough in their assessment and straightforward in the recommendations. Timely in their response and prepared the damaged areas for future restoration. Did several assessments to be sure initial evaluations did in fact need treatment.

Had a water damage event. Josh worked quickly to get things restored. Hopefully, I dont have a need for restoration again any time soon, but if I do I will call Drytime again.

Both Adam and Artis were punctual as well as professional. They were done sooner than expected and didn’t leave a trace of mess when they were finished. My wife and I felt that the value of knowing that we had no mold or germs after our leak was well worth the price admission.

On Saturday August 24th a toilet overflow flooded the back half of my house, the guys came out and got to work right away. Dealing with water damage in my home had not been a fun experience but every single person at DryTime, from the guys in the field to the office personnel, did everything possible to take very good care of my home and make the process as smooth and stress free as possible. I could not recommend them more!

Aris and Jeremy did an excellent job, and kept us informed every step of the way, while working on the project.. Very hard workers. Clean up after job was completed also was excellent.

The work done by technicians was acceptable. However the billing and fees went beyond what was quoted. The office professionalism was not what I would expect of a business. I would not do business with them in the future.

A water heater leak led to water damage in our home. Aris, from Dry Time responded to our call quickly assessed the damage. He helped us navigate the whole restoration process. Very supportive, answering all our questions patiently with obvious experience and knowledge.

I had an outside faucet leak that I didn’t know about until my neighbor told me. I had no idea how long it had been leaking. And when I say “leak” it was more like gushing. The plumber had to cut open a wall in the garage to get to the leak. It was definitely running for a while and he recommended I contact a remediation company to avoid additional mold damage. Since I didn’t know who does that, the plumber offered to call his buddy. I was gobsmacked when Aris from Drytime showed up before Jon the plumber finished cleaning up. Aris basically explained the process from start to finish and what to expect. He inspected the crawl space under the garage and discovered at least 5 inches of standing water that pooled from the leak. Two days later they came, put up the tenting, set up the fans. It took about 5 days for all of the wet areas to fully dry. The process wasn’t as invasive as I’d imagined, all the guys who came to check on the progress were super nice and professional. The fan noise didn’t really bother us since they were inside the garage and under the crawl space. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. I highly recommend these guys. Flooding is stressful enough, they made it bearable.

DryTime Restoration did a perfect job mitigating the water damage caused by our laundry room flooding into our daylight basement. The amount of time Aris and his workmate spent setting up the drying equipment and explaining their process of mitigation was superior. They arrived right on schedule to check the drying process. They also advised us on how we could help speed the process up by not using our air conditioning during the drying process. The job was completed successfully and the flooded areas are completely dry and there is no mold. The only smell is that of the environmentally safe cleaner they used in their process. The service and education provided was excellent.

DryTime Restoration did a great job in drying out a water leak in my Kitchen with minimal demolition. They used good drying equipment to dry out the moisture under the kitchen sink. Definitely recommend their services

I called Dry Time because an inspector found a little water under our house.Aris Vartanian came to our house for the service call. He was very nice and professional. He looked under the house and was very thorough. The ground is damp due to the way the drainage works. Dry Time doesn’t handle the type of problem we have, but Aris took pictures so he could explain things to me. He even went back under the house to mark a J-box that needed a cover and he fixed a strap that had come loose! He explained that what is going on under the house is normal and that there is no damage to the structure of the house.I appreciated Aris’ explanations and polite, positive attitude. So, even though Dry Time can’t help us with our situation, I would recommend them to those who have water damage that needs to be dried. Kim was super nice as well and scheduled my appointment right away.

Drytime did a great job in drying the crawl space under our home due to a water pipe breaking. They were fast, punctual and above all professional. We recommend them to any one that needs their services, they wouldnt be disappointed at all.

DryTime is by far the most professional and fastest water damage restoration business in the area. Their first class service is consistent and their well trained employees work fast and efficiently. They came as soon as I called and was able to set up and extract every bit of moisture to prevent mold. The flooring that buckled due to moisture damage actually returned back to normal because they did such a great job. Hands down I definitely recommend their service if anyone wants the job done right and professionally.

We originally had a different mitigation company, but as soon as DryTime came out to do a consult they caught MANY things that the first company missed. They were communicative, reassuring, and really quick and hard workers. Having a house flood is definitely not fun but these guys made it a lot less stressful for us! Everything went great!! They were able to put a lock box on the front door so I didnt have to be there every time they came in to check the moisture in the house. They kept track of how things were drying out and did a thorough job making sure all the water was dried to prevent mold. The team was very respectful of our home. even though I told them they didnt need to worry about the floors because the house is going to need a lot of work, they still made sure to vacuum up any dust or pieces of dry wall. Ben has been great working with our insurance company to make sure everything is done correctly. I would have felt lost without their help! I cant say how much I appreciated their service! When our lives turned upside down in a matter of minutes Ben and his team have been there to help guide us on our road back to home! We would recommend them to anyone! Looking forward work working with their second company minute man construction for the build back!

I could not be happier with the service i received today from Aris and Mason. These gentlemen were at my house within the hour of being notified after just finishing up another job, and went right to work for me! They were both very attentive to my concerns, explaining what they were seeing, taking care of the water issue, and confirming that i didnt have any water damage or mold to wood or insulation below my house.
