Kept very clean, plenty of units, access from 6 am to 10pm 7 days a week. Secure storage with locks that cant be chopped off with a bolt cutter, wide hallways. Large doors. All around a rather well put together and well kept facility and the staff I have interacted with so far are quite friendly and helpful should you need help with anything not including moving your stuff into your unit. 5 stars 🤩

Loved the place until today. The woman at the front desk was so rude that she made my daughter cry. Spoke so quickly and rude I wondered if she was on meth or some sort of drug. I maybe would have understood if she was busy and stressed, but the place was empty.After she insulted my daughter about how she looked she tried to price gouge her for removing a lock.I just emptied the storage unit and will be finding another location right now.Shame because the other people that work there are amazingly nice.

Had no parking for customers and would be towed if I parked on the side. Make more than 4 parking spots for your whole facility.

Kevin was absolutely amazing. He even called to check and make sure I was still coming because I was late. He even saved me a trip by allowing me to return my uhaul there. I think Kevin’s excellent service was the only part of my move that went well! Thank you for taking some stress away for me Kevin!!Also- the facility itself is amazing. So clean, up to date, love the dollies and the timed doors. Everything about this experience was great and I will refer anyone I know looking for storage and truck rentals to Kevin!

They drilled my lock before they were supposed to and wanted me to buy another one. I already had one and he seemed dissapointed that he didnt get to charge me.

I rented a storage unit at West Coast self storage less than a week ago and what I expected to be a grueling experience actually turned out to be pleasent! The gal from Bulgaria was so good at her job she had me out of there in no time with fair discounts added to an already good price. She was professional, courteous, efficient and fun. The man that was there stayed back and let her perform her duties but also added some suggestions on the deal, even getting me a unit right next to my daughters. I have already recommended West Coast to several friends! I am satisfied that my belongings are safe AND at an affordable price!

Keys mailed to me (postage due)because the girl didnt put a lock on door. Elevator failed and locked me inside. Had to use call box which is not connected to their office. The office girl said it happens a lot.

Price brought me in. Found the cost of the unit compared to everyone else in the area.... excellent. Representative at the counter very courteous and helpful. Highly recommend these folks.

Friendly and helpful staff! They have absolutely everything you need when it comes to storage! From boxes to Uhauls, this is by far the best facility in Vancouver! I stored my belongings for several months in their secure and temperature regulated unit, and let me just say West Coast Self Storage off Padden Parkway provided an easy and convenient experience every step of the way. Highly recommend!

I do not recommend this place at all! I had a storage unit here and had some medical issues beyond my control. Explained that I would be able to make the balance in full on the 5th. They could even wait until then! Try to tell me that they couldn’t stop the process. I call BS on that! Do yourself a favor and find an place to get a storage unit!

Its a storage spot just like any other storage spot . lots of wasted space for people to put things that no longer matter enough to get rid of but still important enough to pay someone else to lock up . its complete with plenty of space a worker who could care less about you or your stuff and would rather be anywhere but here, bathrooms, heated storage and lots of security cameras. Perfect for people who have first world problem with a third world budget . and if your quiet and careful its cheaper then a hotel room or an apartment building. Much love and ttfn

I haven’t moved in yet, but the process in obtaining a storage facility was easy and quick! The woman who helped me was informative and friendly and took the time to show me around. This company seems super clean and they have carts to help with moving things to your storage space!

I researved a 5x5 online, but guy took me to a much smaller unit. When I asked to measure it, he said well they all vary alittle, then took me to the 5x5 I researved. He said the montly rent would be increasing by $15 dollars a month in 3 months, I dont appreciate the increase so close to moving in, and it is not competetive with another place within a few miles, also the initial onboarding fees , I thought was high and not competative if I had gone to the other place, but time was valuable to us and we had researved it online so went ahead with it. Very clean, well kept storage facility.

I would not even give one star if I had a choice. I had a rate increase a few months ago, not a big deal. Today I was informed that I got another rate increase of $19! From $53 to $72 for a tiny 5 x 5, really? I am out of town and can do nothing about this right now but bend over. This makes me sick. Nice job, you really value your customers dont you. You can just charge whatever you want and get away with it? Hopefully not for long.

I liked being able to reserve my uhaul truck online as well as checking in online. It made the entire process smooth and efficient. The Only bump on the process was making my reservation through the Uhaul site and ordering matress covers. The storage facility does not sell Uhaul mattress covers and I had to pick them up at a separate location. Agent at storage facility was extremely friendly and helpful.
