Over charged me for miles. I drove down the street to get a couch from a friend and they are trying to charge me for 70 miles, when are most it was 40-50. Then I filled the tank before dropping it off and they tried to charge me for fuel. And I have the before and after pics, but they said they’ll Habe to call me in 3 days. Contacted corporate and the first person I talked to claimed to be a manager and she wasn’t, so I had to call back and they had to talk to her about lying. Just don’t trust them anymore. Ripped me off. Overall horrible people.

I rented a van the other day. Staff were fast and helpful. I was highly satisfied and I would go there again .. :o)

U-haul website says 15 truck has 73 opening. With a dolly and a foot long giant metal block that is part of the truck in the back opening it is clearly not 73 more like 5-6 at best. Complete misinformation/false advertising on website.I couldnt put the object I needed to fit into the u-haul because of this false advertising and wasted a bunch of money and peoples time. No one has gotten back to me to resolve this issue so I hope you stay away from u-haul if you can. They are totally okay with false advertising and wont do anything to compensate you for it.Cheers!

Went in Saturday to see about getting hitch I picked up from AutoZone installed. Quoted $90 for the installation so I said sure. Appointment scheduled to get it done Tuesday. Wife takes the car in Tuesday and their install tech is magically not there to do said planned work. Rescheduled wife for Friday. Friday rolls in and she takes it in. Price magically more than doubles to 190 because I bought the hitch elsewhere. Coreys car care is doing the install for 100 now. Watch me not buy the bike rack I wanted to get from u-haul or anything from them again

Went to return a van here after hours. I went on the website listed to avoid the return fee disclosed on the contract. The agent I signed order forms with apparently forgot to put the order under my name. I had the order number so I figured I would put it in on the website to add it to my account. Didnt work. So I called customer service two different times and both times spoke to representatives that hung up on me. Avoid this place.

Nice staff, Miles helped me with the pickup and dropoff. Quick process and nice to have the texaco near by if you forgot to get gas like I did

Manager Ashleigh and her staff are professionals in their field. I will be back. They address me by my first name. It made me feel very important.

The ladys at this location are truly AMAZING!!! Great customer service, and beyond friendly. Ashley worked hard to find me the truck I needed and when I needed it at another location and got me a great deal. I ran into some complications with my contract made from the location I picked up from and called and talked with Katrina, another yet Amazing experience. She went above and fixed the problem and got me out of the situation I was in. I will be a frequent customer at this location when ever I am in Vancouver and need a Uhaul because of these ladies.

Skyler and Ashleigh did a fantastic job, all I did was show pay, and leave. Coming back was just as simple. Great jobs guys 👍

Do not use their “Moving help” service. They failed to show up because their guys didn’t show up to work or there vehicle wouldn’t start, or both. They called and said your on your own. Now fighting to get my money back and having to try and move by myself. Vancouver Uhaul cannot help at all, say it’s not their problem they contract that out. Highly disappointed in my entire experience here.

I am not someone who reviews places and certainly not negatively only if there’s something to rave about. But this was the worst rental experience I’ve ever had. I’ve rented apartments with less headache. Would provide negative stars if that was an option.

Everytime I go here to get propane gas,I do have to wait like 15 minutes. However, the worker is usually friendly and tries hard to get to helping you. The lady today was very good.

I was held hostage and extorted by U-Haul. I made a one-way reservation for a truck from Vancouver WA to Molalla Oregon. I picked up the truck with no problems but when I went to return the truck in Molalla I was told that I need to return the truck in a different town, because Molalla had too many trucks and could not accept any returns. I spoke with the reservation manager on the phone and told her that I contracted to return in Molalla, but she told me that was not possible and I need to drive 30 minutes out of my way to take the truck to a different location. I told her that I dont see how that is my problem since my contract was to return to Molalla, and how many trucks they had there was their issue not mine. When I insisted that I needed to drop off the truck in Molalla as we had agreed she got very belligerent and said if I dropped it off there I would be charged an Additional $400 for dropping off at the wrong location. I asked how can it be the wrong location when it is where I contracted to go. She told me that it is the wrong location because she is telling me it is, and I must drop off where she tells me to go. The drop off she wanted me to take the truck to was 25-30 minutes away. I said if I do that then I am not paying for extra mileage and gas. She said I will waive the extra miles if there are any but you have to pay for the gas! I have to pay for the gas to go out of my way to help you get a truck to where you want it to go and not where it is what I contracted for. This is Extortion, and I have heard of moving companies pulling this kind of shady stuff where they hold your belongings unless you pay a higher rate, but now it seems U-Haul has decided to extort customers and not allow them to drop off the truck at the location they contracted for a pay a very high fee.Very bad customer service and very poor business practice.

This location was very helpful and understanding when I had some problems with the roommates at the house I was trying to move out of. I was unable to use the truck due to them not allowing me access to my belongings so U-Haul gave me free days and allowed me to keep the truck quite a bit longer than scheduled. Even though I wasnt able to get everything back from my old house, the fact that they were willing to help and not charge me for every day I had the truck just sitting there was very helpful and above and beyond my expectations, and it was very much appreciated. Thank you to the staff at this location! I will recommend them to everyone I know!

Good and friendly. A clean place. Easy to rent a Uhaul. Very automated. They had everything ready to go when I got there. Was quick and simple process. Great customer service and they will follow through with any issue.

I just left there and had my propane tank filled by I believe Mathew what a great guy we had many questions regarding our R.V. we have never used before and he was full of information. He noticed our tires were very low probably why we were getting bad gas mileage. Thanks Mathew five stars to you!!!!!

Waited 20 mins to get someone to fill my propane. No one even came. Ended up leaving with get my tank filled. Wont go here again!

I rented a trailer one way, which went fine, but they didnt let me know that when it rains its going to leek inside and ruin my boxes. Then when I dropped it off at this location, the guy that went out to remove it was very rude. He was smoking in my face and was acting like my presence was bothering him. He ripped at my cords to disconnect it, which upset me since I paid $150 to have it installed. I was going to complain in person but was to exhausted from my 2 day drive to deal with it. Dont come to this location unless you want the worst service of your life.

I was told by people U Hauls can be good or bad depending on who runs them. This one was good, it was easy to get things done and the customer service was excellent. The van was clean and we got everything done. I will just say that make sure you have a credit card to pay with which has your name and info on it, NOT a pre-paid because if you make a reservation with a card that is a temporary pre-paid card it wont work when you try to pay for it! I dont know if thats the way they force them to do it by U Haul at all locations but it sucks if you cant get your truck because you reserved with a card that wont work at pay point. And U Haul wont take cash!! So be prepared. Good Service at this location besides that issue.

Great experience today! The electrical component of your trailer hitch wasnt working so drove over to Andresen U-haul. They determined the problem, but couldnt fix it for 2 days. They called fourth plain U-haul and they were able to take me immediately. Shane identified the problems, upgraded the plug for no cost, replaced the electrical box, and gave me a bonus gift . Thank you Shane! Next time I will come to you first!

This is THE place to rent a UHaul in Vancouver, The General Manager, Kenneth Gordon, knows how to run a great business with the customer needs in mind. Dont bother with the Andresen location - far too busy and crowded! Just come here for an easy rental.

This particular branch has been nothing but nice to my family since day one always helpful BUT uhaul as a company is a joke if you ever have to call corporate be prepared to spend the next week waiting for someone to pick up the wait more on the phone with them very unhelpful very confused on what the policys are for there own company get nothing solved and hang up repeat this process oland youll get the hint on what its like uhaul will never get another dime from me or my family

Had an appointment made through uhaul 9 days before to have a hitch installed at 7:00 am while I waited, got there and I was told their hitch installer doesnt come in till 9

They are really afficiant and try getting you out the door

Not very well organized. The lot is terribly small and terrible parking. The staff seemed surly and over worked.

The only time that the staff could be slower than they already are is when the place is closed.
