There is a lack of communication and responsiveness with them. When I bought this to their attention, the defensive response was ironically quick and unprofessional.

Just got off the phone with some of their associates. I have a new business and am looking for a very specific type of consultation. They were very up front with me about what they do and dont offer. I was very impressed with the fact they let me know they would not be able to help me(rather than upselling services I didnt need) and even pointed me in the direction of a few good places. I respect their honesty and their willingness to help guide me even after establishing I would not be one of their clients. If I do get to a point where their expertise is needed Ill definitely go back.

Had been using them for over 10 years now. Have been waiting months to have a personal return done. Have made one in person visit back in May prior to Memorial day and have made several phone calls in regards to an eta, no response. The last call I made on 6/12/18 contact with the gal who has always done my taxes. Told me after 15th of June my tax return was next in line. Only asked what was the hold up on the phone today, and got told my documents are ready for me at the front desk.... Discarded after a decade of business with this CPA firm. Never have complained once every year after paying 4 figures for a tax return with no advice. I feel I was mislead into believing my taxes would be done as had a loan originated contingent on 2017 expiring on the 8th of July. Guess thats just life and need to move on. Like all business, after time gets to big/busy to concern it self with the little people that paid them to grow.
