If I could give half a star I would. Extremely unprofessional and has no idea what hes doing. Because of which My tax bounced and got forwarded to IRS!Ended up spending a lot more money to hire an actual professional to fix his mistakes.

Horrible customer service, very rude & unprofessional, my entire refund is delayed because he didnt even submitted my bank information to IRS. Complete waiste of time, promises but never delivers dont waste your time here
