Does not seem to respect workers any more than tenants. Took a pic of two (2) in a tiny office clearly marked by the Oregon Health Authority with an occupancy of one (1). Regional manager fussed at me for taking the pic. Hilarious given that the two workers were in there together in the office of a public housing project for the disabled and seniors, setting up the new apartment surveillance system.

Yes only one star. I didnt even want to give it that. The employees at Rockwood Station are snide and rude. They only do a job less than 1/2 way. They always put you off if you ask about finnishing a job. Every morning maintenance is supposed to pick up all trash on the whole property, they walk around picking up just enough to look busy. I wish Home Forward would hire a new management company at least for RS.

This is part of an email I sent them... Here is what you are not addressing. After you guys installed my heater, I called and informed you that it did not solve the banging. Soon after, you had Rafael come out and have a look/listen to it. Upon doing so, he told me that this was something he couldn’t fix and that he was going to tell the office that they needed to call plumbers... Two weeks after that... I had heard nothing from you guys... As a result, I had to call the office and ask what was going on. At that time you guys started telling me that you couldn’t locate the problem so it couldn’t be fixed. Therefore, I had to start recording videos of the noise and start sending it in and go back and forth forever before you guys did anything. Strangely, for whatever reason you decided to send out an electrician, which was baffling. After that, you sent out a plumber and told me after the plumber left that they couldn’t solve the problem which is an outright lie. Then I had to go back and forth again forever with emails and text messages threatening to sue if you didn’t fix the problem to which you finally sent out the plumber for the second time at which time where had our pleasant little conversation to find that you were completely and irresponsibly uninformed of my situation. Again you guys have caused me months and months of frustration, aggravation and stress. The banging has been going on all day and is going on right now as I type this. This could have and should have been fixed a long time ago! It is 5/17/2021 and the banging is still going on. This company is a nightmare

Worst property mgmt company Ive ever experienced no property maintenance person sticks like garbage here @ The Rosenbaum weve not had clean floors,garbage area,laundry room cleaned dust and dirt everywhere and you walk in building smells like garbage area thats never been cleaned in ages. They dont even deserve a star!!! Staff is extremely rude and unprofessional!!! Was expected to move from one moldy apartment to another much worse. You can literally smell mold when you enter unthank plaza. I feel sorry for the residents!!! Calling every newpaper, television station, organization that will expose the corruption in this company!!!!

I own an interior painting company. Sofie Hernandez ( Property Manager) at Lakeside apartment in Everett,WA had us paint one of their apartment mid-August 2020. She never paid us. They are crooks and we waited awhile but she is the worst property manager I have dealt with as vendor. Dont ever provide them any service unless they pay you upfront.I have submitted all prove and her email chain with small claim court and I will meet Sofie Hernandez once the court date is set and mailed to her property. Cant wait for that day!

Terrible! I applied for two different apartments through this company. They did not reply to either application, nor the messages I left. I emailed multiple times as well. They took all my info including SSN for the apartment application and dont respond. Honestly if this is how they are BEFORE living in one of their communities, sounds like I dodged a bullet. Not even worth a star.

Weve had several maintenance issues in our apt multiple times, the maintenance is incredibly rude, unresponsive and they dont even pick up the emergency line. The new manager is incredibly rude and told me they provide the gym and pool and pick up our packages because they choose to and that its not included in our rent when we havent been allowed access for a while now even though the state has been opening back up and went on to further insult us by telling us we could look up other apartment complexes in the area if we werent happy assuming we have the luxury of having the money to be able to leave, because trust us lady, if we could we would have left before we ever even showed up all the way back in 2012. Currently we have no hot water and we dont have a working stove either so we cant even heat our water up in pots. The emergency phone number they left on the office door isnt even for fishers mill but the correct number dosent even ring it just goes straight to voicemail and the voicemail is full so we cant even leave a message. Oh yeah, not to mention they keep raising our rent with no explanation or reason and the building we live in is settling, theres cracks in the foundation and black mold. Do not ever rent from this company.

Me my wife and four children have been living in Springbrook Village Apartments for 9 years now, my carpet had not been changed since then can you imagine the type of bacteria and mess that has been added to the carpet since then. This is very dangerous especially now with all this covid-19 mess going on right now. Ive emailed my landlord and still nothing is happening. I dont wont to go further because I feel like if someone actually listens to my concerns. Then they will understand that having the same carpet for years especially when you have a big family will make your carpet unsafe. Please if anyone from Quantum Residential is teading this please help my kids and I deserve to have a new and fresh carpet to walk on.

Dont rent from this company. Nobody in their organization is on the same page about anything, and you will get contradictory and mutually exclusive answers from them regarding basic issues. Also, they use Retriever Towing, a service that they allow to patrol their parking lots and tow cars with impunity, regardless if you are a tenant or not. Even if Retriever returns your car, both they and Quantum Residential will do everything in their power to avoid paying for the damages. This is the kind of company that puts on a pretty face when you bring issues to them, but then snaps on you when you follow up on why issues arent resolved. Again, do not rent from them.

This company manages FOUR SEASONS here in Medford. Dont waste your 45.00 screening for a screening fee. They use a Safe Score number {which is basically you fico score just altered into there number) and I was denied in record time of less then 1 hour for credit criminal and rental history. They tell you its not based on credit ..LIARS. They use Corelogic /safescore and if you looked into that business and the ALGURITHM they use is based on credit age and your income to rent.. LIARS, It is all about how long a tenant is likely to stay, WE ARE NOT A NUMBER, Jennifer next time DONT alter ones income..

Ive lived at this complex since it opened before quantum took over about 2 years ago. I have never meet such irresponsible, disrespectful, and just lazy property managers in my life. They dont answer emails unless you email repeatedly, and then when they respond they blow you off. Ive also been told oh yeah I saw your email last week, I just forgot. I made appointments before to do my recertification, physical went to the managers office , picked a time that worked for her. She never showed up. Called to reschedule, she never showed up to that one as well. Then I get notices saying I have 10 days to comply. They will raise your rent with out telling you why, then say well the county said we could, great excuse for low income housing . Things are always broken around the apartment, garage door, door to the elevator, garbage room door, never mind the garage room is absolutely disgusting. I think this place would probably run better if this manager would leave, she doesnt help or do anything. Ive emailed her about noisy upstairs neighbors that are so bad that pictures fall off my wall, she wont do anything about it. Passes it off to the security guard , who doesnt show up til 10pm, (not his fault). For a low income , and had have their rent raised every year, find a better management company.

Leasedapartment @ 1st Street apts for 3 years. I enjoyed the apt and location. However when my lease was up i moved out on Sept 1st 2019 and after NUMEROUS EMAILS AND VOICE MSGS & STOPPING AT THE MGRS OFFICE TO ASK FOR MY SEVURITY DEPOSIT NOTHING HAS BEEN RESOLVED. I AM 70 YRS OLD & I LIVE ON A BUDGET & I CANT BELIEVE QUANTUM IS IGNORING MY QUESTIONS!! WHERE IS MY DEPOSIT? I PROVIDED MY NEW ADDRESS B4 I VACATED MY APT & TWICE GAVE MY ADDRESS TO THE OFFICE MGR & HER ASST. THIS IS UNLAWFUL!!

I have lived in one of your location in orchards for 4 plus years. And its been nothing but hell the property manager doesnt make the rules of the property enforced garbage all around after hours. Little kids by the age of 8 running around without supervision and going out in front of moving cars not only that they play by cars and adding dents and scratches. Cars are getting broken into cause there is no security or security cameras in the places that is needed. Gas is getting taken out of cars as well. On top of that theres no parking half of the times cause people have 4 plus cars that dont always move. We have brought this up multiple times and it gets taken care of for a day then they stop they need help more like us need help since we are your residence.

Quantum is the WORST property management company I have ever rented from. They cant keep staff longer than 6 months, where I live we are on our 8th manager in almost 4 years. Felicia at Quantum is the most inept person in the company. Shes a ghost, she doesnt answer calls and refuses to return voicemails. Many more things to list, but I would stay far away from this place.

Stopped by a leasing office to inquire about . renting. Opened at 9 am I waited 30 minutes past open and still no leasing agent is present. No sign on the door no information. Call the corporate office and Im forwarded to the portfolio manager of the property. And that just sends me to his voice mail. Why should I rent from a company showing such incompitancy towards a potential customer.

I was a resident at kent manor apartments in kennewick wa. I moved out almost 2 months ago and they still have not given me my deposite back. My final walk through went perfectly and they saw nothing wrong. I call them every single day and leave a voicemail and they are refusing my calls and voicemails. I just want my deposit back! Negative stars.

This place doesn’t follow local laws regarding lease termination. They also will not send you your deposit back so be prepared to take them to small claims court. Very incompetent management company.

I rented an apartment from this company in Vancouver. The office hours for the complex are 10-5, which suck because I work an 8-5 job so I can never use the gym I pay for. Also we had an issue with billing and when I reached out to upper management they never responded to my email. I wont rent from this company again.
