We ended up working with Melanie and Yelena (part of the Goff Team at Keller Williams) and I CANNOT GIVE ENOUGH STARS!! They were so professional, yet warm and helpful through out the entire home buying process... and did I mention we were making a move 26 hours away on a time frame? Talk about stressful, but I wasn’t stressed one time because of them. They were so organized and set up a full itinerary for us to see as many homes as possible while visiting, then they went above & beyond to make sure closing went smooth while we were far far away. I can’t express my appreciation for these two. Melanie and Yelena are the realtors for you!

I cannot say enough about the leadership of this real estate company. They are such givers in our community and have generously helped us with a state of the art space. We are a non profit called Flash Love and work to train youth in business to give them confidence and help them become giving community members through community service. We have a professor from Multnomah University who teaches a 12 week course on starting a business to 20 Clark County high school kids. Without Jennifer Wood their facility manager and owners of Keller Williams we couldnt make this happen.

They were generous helpful and friendly doing very nice work in a real nice shop nothing but good things to say about all the gentlemen that helped me they dripped what they were doing to make sure I was well taken care of and offered to help me more with things in the near future that was unexpected and offered by them without even having to askAll Good!!!!!

He was always available and pro-active in keeping us informed all the steps .He always answer phone calls and returns call . My husband and I were new to Washington state and didnt know anyone here. I found April by just simply doing online searching for real estate agents. April was just fantastic to work with. She was prompt to answer us and helped us know what would be best for us. We trusted April to give us her opinion on things, which helped so much in finding the perfect home for us. April actually was able to negotiate us getting our home for the price we had hoped for, all while she was on vacation! She was amazing! This was our second time purchasing a home and we were so lucky to have found April to help us. She made things easy and painless. I would highly recommend anyone to work with April. In the future if we end up selling our home or purchasing a new home we will defiantly work with April again.

Please dont ever use Keller Williams Realty EVER. Janelle was our realtor and she RIPPED US OFF for 40,000 dollars. Patty , the manager, didnt do a thing about it!! They took my kids education away. I cried for months !!!!! Horrible place. Janelle bought one of our homes and never paid us. She squated in our home and claimed bankruptcy.She is a scam artist.

This Place was the Sellers Broker for the house our family was buying and they illegally terminated our contract for the purchase a few weeks before closing. I had to hire a lawyer to Sue them for the Value of the House to get the purchase to go thru and to get them to honor the contract that was in fact valid. I had to pay the lawyer thousandths of dollars We could not afford to pay that i was never reimbursed. I did get the house and Never Received a apology or a nickle for the money they cost our family. They are not honest people and just care about money, theirs not yours. With times as tough as they are its horrible to think they are still helping people and in business . We were dealing with Shelly Schmitz (the Owner), Michael McCafferty (the Manager), and Carrie Krcek. THEY SHOULD PAY THE MONEY THEY COST OUR FAMILY

When I was looking to buy a home Jeff and Gail Kreinbring placed a for sale sign in front of a home 3 weeks prior to holding an open house. Then represented both sides of the table....no communication to support me through the house buying process. They allowed the home owner to claim work was done and then it wasnt. They never provided documentation despite saying they would. Dont use them. ..

Horrible horrible experience with one of the employees here. She wasted over 6 1/2 hours of my time, and cost me money to boot. The six plus hours of wasted time lasted thru six days, to the tune of 5 cancelled meetings (every one of them she flaked on and had an excuse for), she expected me to set time out of my day to wait for her which i did, all for just another excuse from her. Her word is about as honest as her ability to miss meetings and wasting my time. then when she finally did drive to meet me, she even managed to flake on her own gps unit and space off the exit and get lost after i had been waiting for 2 hours. avoid the hassle. if a company like this hires people like this, its enough for me to call the competitors.
