Dont waste your time. Like usual, you have to list every adult that is going to live in the home. Fair enough. However when my parents listed my grandma, who has no credit, because she has none of her own bills because she cant physically and mentally take care of herself, they were denied. My parents make MORE than enough to pay the rent and they both have good credit. My mom tried to explain this to whoever the horrible woman she spoke to and all she got was constant unfortunately this is how it works and then the woman tried to blame the Fair Credit Act. Not how that works either. To make it better, its somehow theyre policy to not rent to individuals with poor credit, but they were willing to charge my parents more to live there on top of that they were already going to charge. So I guess its good news that you can just buy them off. This place has 2 stars for a reason.

If I could leave 0 starts I would!!!!First, they sent my security deposit to the rental house I had just moved out of. Not having access to the mail box and moving back out of state you could see how frustrating this was. Then called and they told me because I hadn’t left a forwarding address (even though they have my number and a picture of my ID for another address). I guess it’s hard to give one of their customers a call or email that they don’t have any information where to send the check, instead we are sending it to where you just moved out of. Then processed to charge me 35 dollars to cancel the check.Finally get my check and they charged me over 900 dollars to fix up the property!! I only stayed 1-2 times a month for work so it was rarely used. But didn’t hesitate to charge and send over 5 pages of receipts of very detailed receipts.Literally charged me down to the one light bulb that was out! Dawn is rude and acts like she doesn’t remember you are and you don’t know what you’re talking about. I have 5 pages of different things they charged me for, never have I had such a horrible experience with a rental company! The first to tell you that you owe money for a bill but will take your deposit because they are cheap and lazy. 0 stars!! I also am thinking about where to complain about this company and report these horrible people

We applied for a place, they got back to us shortly after and told us we were approved but needed an extra 1000 deposit for my $300 worth of debt. Cool, no big deal. The place was not available for three months and they told me they put it on the market early because the current tenants gave their notice early. Sure, not a problem. Dawn then scheduled me a viewing (without my permission) that I could not make after I paid 120 to get approved. She told me she could not reschedule because there were other people in line. So what? The place wasn’t available FOR THREE MONTHS. I tried to reschedule for a day I was able to get off work and it was only five days in the future. She told me no all because they wanted my money for a deposit now and couldn’t wait. Read reviews people. They say they make up all these damages just to keep your deposit money. Don’t waste your time on SLUMLORDS.

If I could give this company ZERO stars I would. Dawn is the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. DO NOT go through this rental management property. TRUST the reviews people. They will take your money - not refund it and make it the worst experience ever. I will be finding out who is the actual owner of this company and take further action.

Dont waste your time with this property management company. All they want is your money and dont care how they get it. My wife and I applied for a rental property and because of some confusion with their application process they denied us. They didnt even try to let us fix the mistake. When I called and finally got someone to answer, Dawn tried to get me off the phone as quick as possible and was very rude. I tried to ignore the bad reviews but after this interaction with them I can only assume they treat their tenants this bad once you finally get a home.

Its no wonder so many people are homeless around this area. The policies put in place by this company make it impossible for even those of us with resources to find a place. We are a family with a combined income of $130,000 with $165,000 in savings. Our two sons are 22 and 23 and Premier rejected our application because, though both boys have solid jobs and excellent references, neither boy earns three times the rent. It didnt matter that we are a family and have lived together for 10 years.Look around the streets of Portland, OR. They are lined with homeless young people who cant find a place to live. Prestige and companies like them are a big part of the problem.

I am not a renter with this group but I had called to ask about a house I found, after I got off of the phone I decided to look at the reviews because the lady I talked to was very rude sounding and didn’t give any effort to sound professional. I’m very glad I looked at these reviews to save my energy, time and money. I also am very bummed because I love the two houses I found to rent and they were perfect for my family but do not want to be stuck for 12 months if it ends up being how all of these reviews are. Sucks that you have to lose serious customers over reviews.

Absolutely 100% the worst rental company ever!!!! Did not respond to repair requests, sent threatening letters if a utility bill was late! Charged us an extra months rent after we moved out, while new tenants were occupying the house!!!!! They are crooked and greedy

I was originally shown a different apartment than what they ended up giving me. The one that I did get had black mold, and it was not cleaned at all. They then gave us the expectation that we would clean an already thrashed living space and pay for the carpet (of which they stated upon every inspection that theyd replace once we were gone) to be professionally cleaned upon moving out. We followed through on our part, spent two weeks deep cleaning the space and they have not given us our cleaning deposit.They are greedy and only communicate in as much as it will benefit them. Good luck trying to get a hold of any one or hearing anything in a timely manner. We are so glad to no longer rent from them. If you have no other option, I am sorry, but if you do, really, do not rent from these walking bags of cancer.

The person we worked with was nice and professional enough, though It seems this company may employ some predatory and questionable business practices using slick legal tactics.After noticing their consistently bad reviews and having a few different family members whom practice law and work in property management look into the paperwork and this company itself, we were strongly advised to not go forward.Regardless of our background/credit check coming back squeaky clean and proving we are more than financially responsible they still tacked on additional deposit fee’s and then sent us a bogus “holding deposit” contract with unreasonable and inflexible expectations, basically tricking you into signing over your entire deposit (which is enormous) ‘or else’ before they even give you the option to review the actual lease and they only give you 24 hours to sign it and 2 days to move-in with proof of renters insurance and utility ownership upon move-in otherwise you forfeit the entire deposit. No go Tokyo. Might as well flush $2k down the toilet.

During the application process we were originally told by an employee we spoke with on the phone that we needed to make 2X what rent was, so we applied.We were denied within fifteen minutes of applying despite our perfect rental history and adequate savings + income (clearly they couldn’t be bothered to call our references, past landlords, or employees). A different employee who called to tell us we weren’t approved was just rude and snobby and hardly willing to answer our questions. She said we needed to make 3X what rent was or have $50,000 in savings right now for a house that costs less than $17,000 a year to rent?When I called again later to inquire further, I was told “they’re just running a business.” Well then run it. Train your employees better so they don’t tell people different things about applicant requirements and don’t be rude. We were also told we would get a refund for the application fee that we have yet to see. This place isn’t worth the time, effort, or money.

I’m honestly taken aback by the negative reviews for this company. We’ve been living in our rental since June of this year and have never had an issue. The application process was standard and though it took a while to get approved (as you would expect in a pandemic), everything went smoothly. We mainly worked with Dawn and Linda (I think that was her name) and they were both courteous, professional, and patient with us. The property is beautiful and well-maintained by scheduled landscaping every week. Our neighbors are fantastic and we have never had an issue in our neighborhood which is a great sign considering the homes we live around are also owned by PPM.I read on here that some had a hard time getting ahold of them. Every time I’ve called their main line during business hours and selected option 2, someone picked up.Overall, nice place to live. No complaints, quiet neighbors, and property managers that just leave you alone which is nice since our last place had constant scheduled inspections.

Im honestly shocked about all the bad reviews. Im thankful I didnt see them before I rented because I would have missed out on a perfect home. Any issue that has come up with the place were fixed immediately. They are always in contact within the same day. I have nothing but great things to say about them. The process of renting was fast. I applied and was moved in within 5 days.

I earn way over 3 times the rent on the dumpy, antiqued trailer they offer up for rent and have been living in an upscale townhome in Salmon Creek for years, but this suited my needs for saving money for a home. They took my $60.00 and denied me because of a vehicle I GAVE back to the lender when my husband lost his job FIVE years ago. Look no further as to why the homeless problem is so prevalent. It’s slum lords like this who gouge their fellow man without taking the time to actually ask what may have occurred. I hope they choke on it and go out of business like most companies are today. Here’s to everyone not paying their rent and there’s absolutely NOTHING they can do about it. Me? I’ll stay in my townhome looking up.

DO NOT rent from this property management,they should be shut down.If I had a house through them as a owner,I would pull it .They are rude,uncaring,they dont respond,takes forever to get anything fixed.Look at the 2 stars,and all the complaints.I have a family member having major issues with them,I know someone else suing them.They do not care of your situation,and with Covid,and the stress in ppls life,they still want to add 500.00 onto a friends rent,who is a ,single mom who just lost child support because of Covid!ALL because her mother surprised her 4 yr old grandson with a trampoline in the backyard. No warning,no caring he was out of school for months,no friends could come over,so the grandma surprised him..They have fixed many things to help and not bother the rental place,nope,never again..they will be called to fix stuff now.This grandma is mad!Do not rent from them

In order to get a reference from them for another apartment they won’t give references to any other apartment management group unless you have put in a 30day notice. Keep that in mind so if you plan on getting another place make sure you give PPM a notice of moving and they never get anything fixed right away. Great space for family renting but poor communication especially during COVID... lol

I put out a little dresser with a Free sign on it.. that same morning it was gone and they charged me for extra trash! Like 160. It was a brand new one. Im sure someone kept it and they just tallied our deposit up. We gave 1150 and ended up receiving 150. I cleaned the place and everything but they ended up charging us for dumb things becareful where you rent specially on evergreen blvd.

Our experience with premier was great. we rented one of their rentals for 2 years and besides one maintenance requests that took some time to take care of, we felt like its our home with no issues with the company.when we decided to leave because we bought our first home, we left the house in good standing and got our deposit in full, along with a nice letter from them saying how much they appreciated how we took care of the place. i highly recommend !

Well, my review is just like everyone else’s. Very heartless, inhumane people working for this company. We too have been renting a house for around 16 months, rent always on time and house always extremely clean. Just recently received a 60 day notice to terminate for absolutely no reason at all. What’s so disheartening is that they know I have children that go to school in the area, yet they are kicking us out in the middle of the school year. I’ve called numerous times to try to figure out why they are kicking us out and no one will return my call. I read the reviews before moving in without heeding the warnings. I would most definitely try to find somewhere else if you are interested in a property they manage. Don’t make the same mistake I did.Terrible people.

Friendly staff, amazing customer service and they really take care of their tenants. They are running a business and people seem to forget that. They know the laws and do everything the fair and correct way. I recommend them to everyone I know and appreciate the time that I spent as a tenant. The owner Linda has a big heart and always tries to take care of everyone. If you are looking for a place to rent premier has the best on the market and you will be well taken care of!

We have had Premier Property Management manage our rental property in Fishers Landing for the last 6-yrs. We investigated several local property management firms and they were the most responsive and professional firm we interviewed. As busy professionals, Premier has been invaluable in finding & screening tenants for our property and working with contractors to fulfill maintenance issues quickly. They are currently helping us by recommending a variety of contractors for renovations to our property that we plan on selling soon. Okay firstly when I viewed a house in Vancouver the woman showing me was coughing, she was trying to cover it up but it was obvious. Its very sad they would send out sick workers during this pandemic!They are super argumentative and rude, especially when it comes to applications. If you think you may qualify for a property you may be wrong. Linda was so unfriendly in the entire process (I mean her name is Linda what do you expect) unfortunately I can still hear her tone. They are weirdly strict about applications and may give you a really strange reason of why you dont qualify. I have lived in my current place for 2 years and pay the same rent as I do the place I applied for.

AMAZING COMPANY! I started my search at a few other property management companies and it was awful. I ended up finding a home on craigslist and being linked to Premiers website. They have absolutely BEAUTIFUL homes and when i called to find out more information, i didnt feel like a burden. They were so helpful and informative and got me scheduled to see the home that day! The application process after was a snap! My husband and I ended up getting approved the very next day and the house was ready to go within the week. I cant tell you how much of a relief it was to have found a home and it was just an added bonus to have such a sweet and helpful staff along the way, so THANK YOU PREMIER! You guys are all wonderful!

Gave notice, moved out on 1st. minimal cleaning required to re-rent. they tell me I am on the hook for another months rent, due to not giving notice in writing, or until house is re-rented. woodland, wa. super hot rental market with no vacancies. these people padded the bill with all kinds of ridiculous stuff. example- maid service bill for nearly $100 to clean the inside of metal overhead garage door(must have been a little dusty). hundreds to remove and dispose of 2 small metal items left in back yard(metal place right down the road). any maid service could have cleaned in a few hours. a charge for mowing the yard(it was 3 ft. high when I moved in, and walk through sheet stated yard needed to be mowed). multiple maintenance requests while I lived there that showed on my online account, that they never responded to. still being in the area I checked, and there was NO attempt to re-rent house until the following month, so they could tack on another months rent to the inflated bill. demand notices by mail, and taped to the door that they would be entering with their key to take photos, look for unauthorized tenants and pets at 6 months into the one year lease that I completed with rent paid on time every month. if you like the throw money away and have critical maintenance requests ignored for the home you live in, by all means rent something from these folks.

I moved from New Jersey and had not been in the rental market for over 15 years so needless to say I was not sure what to expect. The staff at Premier made my transition an easy one and they were all so helpful and patient with explaining things to me. Ive now been a tenant for 2 years and I am so happy I have Premier.

In my personal opinion no one should ever do any business with these worthless people! Anyone who choses to work for them are the scum of the earth! Pay late one time, and one time only, and they will evict you with no hesitation. Maintenance is non existent, put in as many requests as you want because it is only a request, it does not mean they will do anything about it. DO NOT RENT FROM PREMIER PROPERTY!!!

Excellent company to do business with! Very helpful, polite and professional staff- from the owner all the way down to their inspectors. I was in a time crunch to get into a home and they made everything happen within my time frame. My husband and I applied for a house through this company. They did not like the way we filled out part of our applications. The problem was simple and was something we would have been eager to fix.They did not ask us to correct it, or tell us we did not meet the criteria.Instead, they called out of nowhere to inform us that we falsified information, our applications were cancelled, we were marked as suspicious, and we are not allowed to re apply for 90 days (which of course we WILL NOT be doing). This came as a huge shock to us of course.We were digusted by the way the application manager spoke to us. She was short, inflexible, and unhelpful before and after we were blacklisted.They also set up our viewing with another couple without telling us first. It was highly uncomfortable and it was the first time that we have had to share a viewing for a rental property.This is my first google review, if that gives you any idea of how much I felt the need to share this.We are kind of glad we did not get the house because we would have continued to do business with these sceezy people. After reading more reviews it sounds like they take advantage of owners and tenants.Whether you are a renter or an owner steer clear of these guys. They will just make everything harder than they need to from begenning to end.

So i recently rented a house, and had a great experience. the process was way faster than I had anticipated too which was great. I started working with Rebecca in the office and she had a massive amount of communication on how to handle everything. It was great. She took care of all of our requests. Pat also has helped me a lot with some requests prior to moving in and everything worked out well there too. This has overall been a great experience and i think they are a good liason between actual ownership and us. I think that if you are looking to rent and you want to start a relationship out on a good foot, try treating them with respect at Premier and they will do everything they can to make your experience great.

We scheduled an appointment to look at a house in Kalama at 9:15 am. Nobody showed up and the house is 30 minutes away from us, husband was late for work. We called them three times and they wouldn’t even pick up the phone. What a waste of time dealing with them.*Update*We finally got ahold of them and the lady insisted that the person who was going to show us the house had a car that broke down, I don’t believe them after reading all the reviews. If the car truly broke down they could’ve called us and told us that nobody would show up as normal companies do. The lady then tells us it’s not her fault the car broke down and when we tried rescheduling she goes “ugh it’s an hour drive.” We were put on hold about 4 times and she changed the appointment date/time a few times. She also said that she called my husband and his voicemail isn’t set up, funny because it sure is!

I rented an apartment in Washougal for my elderly Mother 7 months ago. There have been a couple of issues with the property that were taken care of to our satisfaction quickly. The staff at Premier have worked with me from the beginning to make this possible for my Mom. I am more than satisfied with how we have been treated. We have been lied to since day one about the property we are renting! Thank God we had the sense to record the entire property inside and out prior to moving our things in. They can not hold us liable for any damages to the property! It was all here before we got in the door. We even gave them 5 discs showing them all the damage to the house. The ladies in the office said our move in check list would suffice as a maintenance request but now when I call Im told no it did not. So we have to start all over again and request maintenance again. I knew better than trust them!!

Completely rude staff. Called everyday for amost 2 weeks to check on my application and they kept turning me away saying it would be another day. My family and I were desperate to find somewhere to live, mind you I had a newborn at the time. We did not care about the house we got either! We were open to anything .It was a waste of money! I will not do business with this company.

My husband had properties totalling 12 apartments and 2 houses. He decided to trust this company when things got chaotic at home and we didnt have time to manage them like we always had. In the first several months there were so many expensive, major repairs on issues that had never surfaced until now. In addition to the fees for them to practically breathe, what was once an extremely lucrative income ($14,000+) became equal to the wages of a bus boy. One month we were actually told we OWED them money. More money than we had made that month.Positive tenant relations were always our foundation. Once Linda and her band of theives over-ran us, our original tenants were virtually all kicked out and the new tenants were miserable with the experience. We have had nothing but complaints. As one tenant put it they are manipulative at best and bullies at worst.. We thought the eviction process was a difficult way to get somebody out of our lives until we tried to wash our hands of Premier Property Management and all the parasite companies tied to it, bleeding us dry. To say the least, it was like we got robbed every month for 8 months and i feel it is my duty to warn anybody who might be raked over the coals like we were. Linda is a scammer and a liar. She will make you think she is your friend until she cant get anything more. You have been warned. And best of luck.

This company hired my cleaning business to clean there rentals. I had to go 3 houses that were supposedly clean and they were so gross I couldnt believe the people moved in. They were all very unhappy with premier property management. When I left there homes were spotless and they called premier to compliment my services.One of the houses I cleaned for an unhappy client was so bad it took 19 hours to get it sanitized and then Premier told me to just mop the floor and be done in 3 hours. It took two people and 4 hours just to clean the floor. I didnt charge premier for my hours on the job just my helper. Then I left the renters a note giving them free cleaning from my business. (a separate company not related to them!)I figured it out however, When i meet with Linda the boss lady of premier, I had said something about the last cleaning people. Come to find out she was doing the cleaning before they replaced her with my business. We made the homes spotless,That was not what they want however, they want a wipe and go. They are slum lords. I feel sorry for the people who trust there rentals to them. As I have a rental myself and I make sure it is spotless for tenets. I think I intimidate Linda as a business woman and strong minded individual also. I am a person who stands up for the right things rather then the things to build your wallet.My advice is if your are thinking of allowing this company to management your rentals or renting from this company prepare to bend over and take it where the sun dont shine. This people are a corrupt and two faced. They talked so bad about all the customers and there clients that they management for. Linda even referred to a couple she managed a rental for downtown Vancouver that they were the most horrible people in the world, She hated dealing with them. Then she started talking bad about the people who where unhappy with there dirty rentals they just put $5000.00 on. Wow. These people are not good business people. They fire people because they are to good at there jobs and they fire people if they are to nice to customers.Personally I am happy to be rid of this company they where just a pain to deal with and contently feeling like I had to make the unhappy people happy even though It wasnt my businesses fault they were unhappy.The Management Group in Vancouver, WA are much better people to rent from and to have manage your rental. An absolute mockery of a rental company. Would love to rate a 0. Completely unresponsive and informal evento give tours of the properties. Have scheduled several tours for some properties, just to be called less than 30 minutes prior to it (while already on my way) just to reschedule..EVERY TIME. The receptionist has no idea what shes doing and when you try addressing the matter with someone else from the company the absolutely elude you. I cant even imagine how much worse it would be should I have actually signed a contract.

We have been a tenant for almost 4 years. We have seen allot of positive changes madeby the office people I am in contact with at Premier Property Management and it has been all positive. They contact me back in a very timely manner. The positive changes are Awesome as opposed to the first few years of our tenancy.

FULL SCAM!!! Called in about a place thats for rent. They are asking 3x rent per person. Not saying thats absolutely absurd, but it is. 1800 for rent x3 is 5g. There is 4 of us looking to move in and they wont talk with management or the owner to make it possible for us to move in. We all have 700+ credit with 4 different people. Shouldnt be a problem when it comes to moving in with a total income of over 9 thousand a month between the 4 of us in income. Worst company Ive ever talked to. No ententions of helping so how can they say equal opportunity.... from the reviews they want to scam you anyways. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!! Call and see how little they want you....

Horrible got a no cause terrimination notice after only 4mon of living there. Always kept the place clean and paid my rent on time and they screwed my out of my deposite. Also tried to accuse me of smoking in the apt. They have raised the rent and theres no washer or dryer in the unit. It was the apts in battleground right by the police station.

Terrible. Sure getting into the house was easy, but good luck trying to get anyone to come out if theres a problem and being told to just leave a message and promises that they’ll call us back and 9 times out of 10 they won’t. Our shower and garbage disposal hasnt been working for months and now our toilets leaking...still no word from them. Garbage company. Oh and after our one year lease was up we did month to month for a few months then put in a request to sign for another year. Tried contacting them for a couple of months about renewing and never hearing back until they sent a notice of a 100$ rent increase. Convenient.Update on our experience moving out. These people are professional SCAM artists. They charged us 500 for having a pet (which we NEVER did), because they found poop in the backyard (from the neighbors cats and raccoons) which was conspicuously swept into a pile (150% not done by us), although they claimed we swept it and “clearly” (words they used), forgot to pick it up. So 75 for picking up the poop. What?! Then they continued to say our carpet was wet with “urine” which was actually carpet cleaner when I spot treated the floor. So another 380 to pull the carpets out to “check” if the “urine” leaked into the floor boards, and another 360 to reseal the carpets. I mean these people are completely incompetent. We have had 2 small children in this house for over 2 years and a simple professional carpet cleaner would have gotten out all the small stains. We had our backyard mowed and trimmed before we left, then charged us for it to be done again because they waited 3 weeks after our move out date to inspect. Which is also fishy that our carpet was “wet with urine” 3 weeks later. We also paid a 400$ cleaning deposit when we moved into our house and charged another 400 for cleaning on our way out. Double dipping. And when we moved in there were food stains on the ceilings and walls so not sure what they’re spending the cleaning money on if they can’t do a thorough job with 800$. This is by far the worst rental experience. From A to Z, the whole process was painful and inconvenient. When I moved in, the carpet, fridge, kitchen, counters and bathroom were dirty. I had to clean everything. When I was living there, they refused all my maintenance requests. When I left, I had to hire a professional carpet cleaning to clean the whole house very carefully, because I knew they will try to find any excuse to charge me extra money. Even though, they managed to charge me a high dollar amount. I strongly recommend staying away from this firm. There are many good property management companies out there in Vancouver.

I rented a residential property from Premier for about seven years. The property was great, and there were no problems. They walked-thru the property with me every year, and when it was time to move out, Linda worked with me and the owners to make sure I received most of my deposit back.After moving from that location, I rented an office space through Premier, and have had no problems. I remain a satisfied customer, and have referred property owners to them.When the time comes to rent another residence, I will be contacting Linda and working with Premier!

I rented from Premier for 1 year and could not wait to be done with them! Had to wait a month for repairs- sprinklers were busted. I got fined by HOA for grass being dead. Did not get much of my large deposit back and when I wrote a letter asking for this to be discussed with me, no answer (they will not let you call to discuss). I was charged for things that didnt work in the house in the first place. Dont waste your money or energy with this company.

This company DOES/WILL NOT CARE ABOUT YOU. AT ALL. I could go on and on about what poor business ethics they have in general, but im not going to waste my time when SO MANY OTHERS have already posted honest reviews about their own terrible experiences. Renting around this area is really rough right now but renting from this company will (eventually) make your life MUCH WORSE! They are fantastic and easy to work with until you sign your contract, Then POOF theyre gone! They are known for so many shady money-grabbing tricks (emphasis on SHADY) but in my opinion the worst thing is they often boot people for NO reason other than to get new tenants (more money!).Please, PLEASE beware!

Premier has been a blessing. I needed to move quickly and they were able to get me in immediately into a home with no hassles. The home they got for me is perfect for my children and I, and exactly where I needed to be for my childrens school and not a long commute.

I am not sure where some of these other comments are going from, but Premier has been one of the easiest and most responsive property management companies I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I have been renting a home from them in Washougal for about a year and have had nothing but great experiences with them. When we initially moved in, we had an issue with the hot water. I called Premier and they had someone out at the office within an hour and a half of calling and had the issue fixed. At another point I wanted to start using the automated sprinkler system the home had installed but could not figure it out. I gave Linda a call at Premier (who is awesome by the way) and they had the gentleman who installed the system originally out at our house to walk us through it by the end of the day. I am not sure what else you can ask for from a property management company. They also make paying rent extremely easy with a couple clicks of a button online. I would highly recommend Premier to anyone who is looking to rent.

Good luck getting your deposit back. We spent an entire day on the final cleaning as not to miss anything. We even had the flooring professionally cleaned. I did a video walk-through for proof, and they refused to look at it. These people are crooks. They are required to respond to an appeal within 30 days. Its been well over that and theyve been unresponsive to our contact attempts.

When you move into a rental, document everything with pics and writing: dents, scuffs, nail holes, paint marks, shape of lawn, siding, gutters etc... No matter how clean you get your rental, they are gonna get some, or all of your deposit . Work orders are slow unless HVAC, and communication with the office resembles the pony express. Beware off the deposit pitfall, keep a move in folder with all pics and info and dont be afraid to contact a lawyer! Good luck....

Would give 0 stars but its not an option. After moving in the first month, many people were getting evicted out of the blue. Fast forward a few months and I get a notice to vacate within 20 days, along with a few of my neighbors, including a lady who has lived there for the last 5 years. All with absolutely no reasoning. Call to ask why, and they simply say Im evicted. All while the noisey drunken upstairs neighbors get to stay. Beware of this property management. THEY ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY. Complete SCUM. I will never rent from this company and I will make sure none of my family or friends do. Your better off living in your car than renting from these bug infested disgusting apartments.

They charge you a 300$ non refundable move inn fee for cleaning.After you spend a week with your family cleaning the home spotless, you will still be charged 300 for move out cleaning fee. And thats only 1/3 of the issues you will have.

I cant even express how disappointed I am in my choice of property management companies. Getting set up, lease signing and paperwork was a cinch. Everything since has been an outright nightmare. From power outlets not working, to a filthy house at move in, to unauthorized entry... this company obviously believes they are exempt from any laws or responsibilities. My advice... keep looking. Even if youre desperate... move on. I cant imagine a happy ending with this company and Im literally less than 2 weeks in. Run. Run far away and spare yourself the mess.

Oh boy... Where should I even begin? This place is the epitomedo of human scum. Linda, the manager, and her boss, John Honecker, are pathetic and pitiful. Im embarrassed that I used to do business with them. They are scammers. Theyll charge you insane amounts of money for the most simple things. Example: I needed my garbage disposal fixed and called the maintenance. I had to call over a span of 2 months 30 Times to get a reply. The job was finally done for $500. A brand new garbage disposal.The job was halfway done. At least it was brand new. And brand new the dann thing cost $50. So they charged me $450 for it.Could have done the job myself but with a newborn baby and a broken foot, doing the job wasnt the easiest thing to do.Around 2016 I decided to do business with them to help run my land. Linda seemed nice and friendly at first but as time went by I could see through her facade. She will pretend to be your friend but she is just another wolf in sheeps clothing.Mr.Honecker is literal garbage. He is a drunk that preys on young men. Mostly young men that are vulnerable in some way or another. He is also well known to drive drunk, seeing as how he his alcoholism restricts him from functioning like a normal human being without having to drink at least 8 ounces of vodka.Stay far away from this company and their snakes. I have not met one decent person at this company.

Well, premier used to be great!!! USED TO! They have more properties than they can even BEGIN to manage. My dishwasher has been broken for MONTHS! My maintenance requests either get deleted or are pending. I have several other repairs that have just gone ignored for the last several months. Dont expect ANY sort of service/help from this company. Teeerrible.

Ever.I was a tenant - these people cannot be trusted, and they seem to bully / prey on tenants who are more senior, or immigrants who dont speak English as well and dont know how to use our system of legal checks and balances to avoid predatory behavior by businesses.The entire employee culture -- from Linda (the owner) down -- is condescending distrust and disrespect of everyone they deal with; tenants, homeowners and vendors.They seem nice early on, but thats because they will tell you whatever they think will make you go away -- but then they wont follow up and do what they said. Very passive aggressive people. SO glad to be out of their little kingdom!!P.S. Be sure to check out more reviews at Yelp, Citysearch, and Yahoo! Reviews. Worst company to deal with! They tell you its best to just fill out the application and pay the fee so you have a better chance on getting into a house. They run the back ground and credit check before you get to look at the house and if you dont like the property you dont get your application fee back. Its a total catch 22, in my opinion its a scam. I am out $50.00. Good luck to you if you choose this company. I went with TMG.

Used these guys to rent my house out, it was a horrible experience. Not only did they take two pictures of the outside, they used out dated Zillow pictures for the interior. Nickel and dimed me to death. Fees for everything, most of which you don’t get back. I would call guy who I signed up with Shane, and wouldn’t get a call back for over a week sometimes, most the time I was calling three times before getting a return call. Normally you expect a call back by the next business day. Once they have you sign the contract you are nothing more than a source of income to them.

First does not mean first. Complete does not mean complete. Separate does not mean separate. They dont answer their phones until 9:30 in the morning and if you do finally get through, their poor communication borders on outright deception. They over promise and under-deliver. If they arent late to your appointment to view a property, theyve shown up early just to use the bathroom in the unit. Ive never had such a horrible and unprofessional experience with a company and I will certainly never do business with them again.

Good luck getting your deposit back. I had been warned and did everything I could...even after paying $300 to have my apartment cleaned, they still are trying to charge me $200 for cleaning. Plus $100 to replace a cracked plastic door shelf in a mediocre 15yr old fridge ( which btw, was already cracked)We mowed the grass in our dinky backyard before we left (and pulled weeds), and they are trying to charge me $100 for that as well...NO integrity!Good thing I figured out how to replace that old cheap plastic $5 drain cover in the shower. ..I guess well be headed to small claims court. This will be my first trip, but not theirs!

These people are something else. I would NEVER recommend someone to rent from them. If you move out, dont bother cleaning the place or even having it cleaned, because you arent getting your deposit back either way. We had ours professionally cleaned and we still didnt get it back. They sent us a checklist of all the dirty spots...which I personally verified were cleaned...Im tempted to tell my attorney he can keep whatever he can get out of them..just so these crooks cant have it.BELIEVE EVERY WORD OF THE 1 STAR REVIEWS, AND NOT 1 WORD OF THE 5 STARS.the 5 star reviews are friends and employees of the owner. Please be cautious when renting from this company and document everything! I have never had a problem as a renter until premier. They will make up fraudulent charges when you move out all while completely neglecting your property while you are living in it. The staff is beyond rude and getting a hold of anyone in the book keeping department is nearly impossible...they will avoid you. I will never recommend anyone to this company.

The rent was a pretty good deal but they would never fix anything no matter how often we asked. our backyard and neighbors backyards had rats somehow despite just being dirt with no grass, they took forever to fix anything if they even bothered to fix it, took them 2 weeks to fix our hot water heater, gave us a 20 day notice to vacate our place after living there for over 2 years just because we started going month to month on our lease. they lied and said our place was for sale but then a for rent sign goes up a week after we move out. my former neighbors there told me it took months for them to rent out the place again. there were also holes in the wall and damaged light sockets that they promised to fix before we moved in, yet two years later they hadnt fixed it and had the nerve to charge us for them in our deposit, despite listing the damage in our walk through when we moved in. left our townhouse clean other than the carpet needing to be cleaned, yet they charged us over $300 on top of keeping our whole deposit for carpet cleaning and other minor cleaning issues somehow. very bad at returning calls, they always promise to call you back within the next day but it can take you weeks to get through to someone, you usually have to drive down to their office to get them to talk to you. be very cautious if you rent from them!

This would be a zero rating if I could. Worst company Ive ever rented with. My mistake was taking a month to month rental, though.I moved in almost 2 years ago. 2 days after I moved in, 2 ladies walked into my locked house to clean at 7 AM!! Shouldnt that be done before a new renter??I had several requests for repairs and they never replied or never remembered who they sent to compete the job. Theyd call me and ask.Me and my neighbor received a notice to terminate tenancy in 60 days. (Again, being there almost 2 years and a month to month) A single parent with 2 kids being booted in December. I called to ask them, and no reply.I just got an email yesterday saying they had a potential tenant coming to look at the place....UM NO! You want to bring random strangers in my home during Christmas break and while my house is in moving?? NO!Here is the end...I looked it up and its now a rental agreement and they raised the rent!!!

I wish I could give them zero stars. Premier property management took over for Talbitzer Homes, which we never had a problem with. The 1st bad experience I had with them was when they called to demand rent payment on the 3rd day of the month. I had not even realized my rental property was under new management, my lease stated rent was due on the 10th, they demanded payment with no apologizes, said I had to pay with a cashiers check because I was late & I had to pay a $75 dollar late fee. When my garbage disposal stopped working, it took 8 days for someone to come to repair it. 8 days of foul water in my sink! They gave me an outrageous repair bill, whoever heard of a rental company making you pay for their faulty equipment?Another time they called again demanding rent, same deal, wanted a cashiers check & late payment when my rent was postmarked before the 1st of the month, because it was a postal holiday & they did not receive it by 8am on the 3rd! Then out of the blue they claimed I had unpaid rent from my previous management, again late fees, etc. I have to go through the 3 years that Ive lived here and account for every month of rent payments. They are an absolute nightmare to deal with. The management is horribly unexperienced, rude, and obviously greedy.

Epitome of bad customer service. We hadnt planned on renting from them - but wanted to have one of our rentals managed by them. Shane was very nice when we met with him (but he was also late by 10 minutes). Everything had gone great and when we went a few days later to turn in our paperwork and to get everything set in stone - the lady there was VERY snobby and rude - she acted as if we were nobody and had no business there. We said we would like to talk to Shane because we had a few questions regarding the process and our future tenants - the gal said she was his boss and if we had any questions we could talk to her and not him. Im surprised this hell hole even has two stars! I will never ever refer anyone to this company nor would I suggest anyone ever rent through them either. Horrible horrible experience.

These guys would not work with the HOA to protect their tenants. We had been fined by the HOA with out proper notifications . Total HOA fines due to bad management and miss-comunications by pramier was $350. We also did not receive our deposit owed because of another miss cumunication where they would not allow us to have the condo cleaned after we moved out and would not allow any repairs to be completed before they did a move out process. The residence was run down when we got there and I speculate they did no repairs and just kept our deposit. Will never rent from this company again. Will never rent where there is an HOA again. Lessons learned
